We couldn t be more pleased with the exceptional service that Brian offered us. We brought him our 1973 Jeep Commando in for a fuel pump and carburetor repair. He was extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing and fixing the issues in a very timely manner. Brian was incredibly thorough, honest, and experienced at explaining his professional judgment and assessments in ways that anyone can understand. He goes to great lengths to offer you the best care while avoiding unnecessary work (that would have otherwise brought him in more income). He offers better education and candid advice than any other automotive professional that I have met. I drove an hour to seek out his expertise and will likely do it again. Our car was towed here after a weekend in Williamsburg. Not from the area, so I just picked a place on the map. No nonsense and very helpful. If I found myself in Williamsburg with car trouble again, I would bring it here.

Brian needs to be the person to work on your vehicle! He is very reasonable priced, doesn't try to get you to buy unnecessary parts to fix your vehicle, and keeps you well informed. I tend to be a person who wants to know what is going on and tend to check on the progress more than most and he and his staff were always polite, courteous, and I never felt as if they didn't want to take the time to explain the work going on each and every time I called. They will continue to get my business!

I m sure they are great, but I d never know, I ve sent into their website to try and get an appointment and never got a response, and it seems every time I call in, they are over a 30 day wait out for any service. I don t know how most people manage that, but unless you are just bringing the vehicle in for an oil change where you know you will need it in a month and can set that up way in advance, I can t see how they can get any repair business at all, unless you can let you car sit a month to wait for it to get fixed. Might be time to think about scaling?

If you need your car repaired, and want it done by an honest and capable mechanic, Brian should be at the top of your list. If you want to give your business to a local Mom and Pop business, this is the place. Brian is my go-to guy for all my repair work - and he has fixed problems on my Chrysler Minivan, my VW Jetta, and my ancient MB 240D.

Great place! I had all of the belts on my car replaced along with the water pump and the rear brakes. They did a great job and finished it all in one day. I will definitely be bringing my car back.

To find a good mechanic you can trust is a difficult task, especially when you are a women with limited mechanical knowledge. I was first referred to Brain at Williamsburg Automotive Repair when my son s late model Ford left him stranded and had to be towed. Anticipating the worst and trying to decide how much money we were willing to invest in the repairs, what we actually received was exceptional customer service and a clear concise explanation of the problem (which turned out to be relatively minor). The costs of repairs were lower than other local estimates (I called around), the vehicle was ready earlier than expected, and the problem was corrected the first time. My son and I could not have been more impressed with Brain s knowledge, consideration for our concerns and professional handling of our service needs. We have since had preventative maintenance performed on both my son s vehicle and my own, and highly recommended Williamsburg Automotive Repair to anyone looking for a remarkable mechanic with integrity.

Great place, I had a massive leak in the engine and I had to stop real quick to check it out, the gentleman checked it out and diagnosed it quickly and solved the issue right on the spot and got me back on the road, thanks dude I appreciate it!

We traveled from Kentucky to Williamsburg on Spring Break. Halfway through the trip, our SUV started making a horrible noise. We called Brian at Williamsburg Automotive. He looked at the car, identified the problem and had it repaired by lunch time and didn t charge an arm and a leg!! Thanks you Brian and Williamsburg Automotive.
