I went in for a tire change, and after about 3 hours I got my car back and noticed that they completely scratched up the rims. Super not happy as I just got this car and the rims were in good condition. Another thing is they will shut down whenever so if they don t answer the phone even during posted opened hours don t go. Overall I don t recommend a tire change here. Returned to do an oil change and waited nearly 6 hours after I was told it would take 1hr 30m. So always make an appointment is my recommendation

You get what you pay for is the motto to keep in mind when considering coming here. Today arrived at 7am when they opened along with 3 others. I only need 1 new tire. The other 2 customers need tires as well.As of 9am, I was advised that I have at LEAST another hour. That means although they had the best price. I m spending 3 hours here. And unfortunately at this time it s counterproductive to leave and go to a competitor.Buyer Be Advised.

The employees took extra care to make sure the inside didn't get dirty. I had my battery replaced. I thought it was still under full warranty but on the front it said pro-rated. I got $22 back.. .. not their fault.

Does not stay open until 7:00 p.m. brought a tire there at 5:20 and they said they were closed even though it says 7:00 p.m. on their door and on the website. Would not recommend.

The shop manager and all employees were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Best experience buying tires hands down. Prices are fair and tire selection is robust. The online purchase and scheduling system is a game changer. Thank you all, 10/10 recommend this shop to everyone.

I came there 3 times, you incompetent mechanic couldnt figure out what size my lug nuts were so said i had to replace, i replaced lug nuts and returned, only to find out the tores i needed were no longer in stock, it was only 2 days later. I returned today to have tires mounted i purchased on line, that were the correct size for my truck, only to have them say they werent correct. Im a 35 year master certified mechanic, i think i know what tires i need and have probably forgotten more than your so called tire changers know. I have purchased 3 sets of tire from you but i will NEVER be back nor will i recommend you to anyone, you absolutely failed

Spent over 2 hours here on a Thursday morning at 9 am to have one tire changed. It also costs $18 just to mount one tire.Incompetent. Will be going to impact auto in Williamsburg from now on for tires.

The auto center hours of operation 7:00 am. One employee came in at 7:17 am. I wanted an oil change and tire rotation. I could not get a tire rotation because there was only one technician available

Google Maps shows hours as 7-7 on Saturdays. Arrived shortly after 6 on 9/2. Shop apparently closed up tight. Perhaps for holiday weekend

Jonathan is great! He immediately stopped what he was doing and helped me when I asked if there was someone who could check the air in my tires as my warning light had just come on. I really appreciate his willingness to help!Service: TiresService: Tires

The people are always nice to us at Walmart auto care. They help us find the items we need. The service area lets us know approximate wait time and they are courteous. The last time I was there a mechanic kindly let me use a little stool to sit on outside so I could sit in the sun. When I bought two new tires they rotated a couple of older tires so that the wear would be more even. Highly recommend Walmart auto center.

How do I put in ZERO stars? The worst experience, beginning to end. Forget that everyone that works there is impossibly rude and that it took almost a half hour just to order tires and an oil change because everyone is in absolutely no rush to get anything done. And forget that it took 35 minutes just to pay because nobody knows how to charge for the tires. The part I have a problem with, is when I get home, there is a quart of oil in my driveway. Turns out the o-ring on the oil filter cap was in the wrong place, so oil was pouring out. Now the engine block is covered in oil so everywhere I drive, smoke pours out of the hood and I have a 2 foot oil stain in my driveway. I should know better than to bring my car to Walmart for anything and it will definitely be the last time. I never leave bad reviews but this was very deserving. It wasn't just one person that screwed up, it was a group effort.

I stopped in for a pit stop oil change ($20). Tough to beat their price. It took over an hour, but you could tell that they were busy. A heads up would have been nice but I appreciate them taking care of me and my car.

It's worth getting the tires from here. Everytime the car gets an oil change the wheels get rotated and balanced complimentary since we purchased tires from them. However, it has to be requested. They're not able to do the fuel injection service on all vehicles because they don't have the proper tools to do it without causing a sensor light to come on. You can shop in the store while you wait or go to Lowes which is very close by.

On Wednesday morning I took my car to Walmart to purchase a new battery for my car. The lady that rung me up asked if I wanted it installed and then told me it shouldn t take longer than half an hour. So I happily walked around Walmart for about an hour before my phone rang... The technician that put the battery in my car had a accident and informed me that my car was not drivable. I went to the shop to check it out. While looking at my car, the man who messed up, continuously apologized to me and it was very obvious that he was beating himself up over it. I told him it was okay, I wasn t mad and that accidents just happen sometimes. During this, the manager , named Isaiah, fiddled around on the iPad while filing an insurance claim. I was clueless on where to go from there because he never initiated a conversation with me. Never greeted me, never apologized, nothing. So I asked him if I need to do anything, and he mumbled to me that he would need a signature. That was about as much as I could get out of him. I had to to call my mom to pick me up and unfortunately we couldn t sit around and discuss details because she needed to get to work. So we had to play phone tag with Isaiah to figure out the details, where my car was going to get towed to, etc. This man was CLUELESS. I mean this is honestly the most unprofessional manager I have ever came in contact with. I hope for his sake that he was new and wasn t aware of what to do in this kind of situation, and if that isn t the case, Walmart needs to seriously think twice about who they have representing their Auto Care Center. Not to mention, Walmart s Claims Services is a freaking cluster. I ve now gone two days without a rental car because it is literally impossible to reach a human being there. But I ll leave that rant for the review I leave them. :)Service: Battery

Aside from the 1-2 hour wait to get an oil change and the fact that they don t carry the oil filter needed for my car, I discovered that the technicians here are mediocre at BEST due to them stripping the threads on my oil pan plug. If you want to ensure that the person working on your vehicle has any clue of what they re doing. TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE.Service: Oil change

Probably the worst place I've ever been. All I needed was a battery. Had the whole discussion at the desk about the battery core charge etc. Waited an hour and a half. Paid for everything. Drive off and something didn't seem right. All they did was spray the corrosion spray on my old battery!! Had to go back and they made it sound like it was my fault they hadn't installed the battery! While I was there the guy in front of me ordered four tires for his truck and they rang him up. They then brought him four tires into the store. He asked for mounted and balanced and the tech that brought him the tires said the ticket was only written up for the tires not anything else so he was just delivering the tires and left. So he's standing there with four tires waiting on me to finish finding out when they were going to get my battery in so he can get guys stuff straight! Oh and as "a favor" they weren't going to charge me again for the corrosion spray! Thanks! What a joke!!!

Had a very good experience in this auto center, even though getting them on the phone the previous day was next to impossible. The key is you got to get in here early pretty much when they open.

I came here to get an oil change amd Im so glad that I did. The counter clerk Dominic was extremely polite, courteous, and helpful. He told me that a new auto manager named Joe had just implemented new policies to improve the service in that department. I must say it's really working. My oil change was done in 15 minutes!!!!!!!!

Believe it or not, they were pretty quick. Its always been so long but this last time, they stepped up their game. Car was done, after I was finished shopping. Only thing that takes the longest is when you pay!! I'm not sure what all needs to be input that screen, but I do know it should not take 20 minutes. It would get 5 stars if that part wasn't so long.

The TLE staff did change the oil for my vehicle. However, they forgot to tighten the oil cap and left the lid on top of the engine. Furthermore, I paid for the premium oil change service and verified that my car did not get the interior vacuumed nor was the washer fluid topped off. I am giving their service a 3 star rating because the oil was successfully changed for the agreed upon price but -2 stars for potentially ruining the car's engine by misplacing the oil cap lid and not performing the additional services attached to a premium oil change (interior vacuumed, & fluid topped off). The other reviews also point out that the oil cap was not placed in the right spot. So, I highly suggest that after getting your oil change, verify the TLE's work by checking the oil dip stick and making sure both the oil cap lids are on tight (top in engine & bottom drainage).

They promised to have my car ready so I could be home to get my child off the school. The work was done far in advance but it took 45 minutes for a manager, any manager, to sign off on an oil change. They would not release my car to me I could be on time for the school bus. The electronic manager signed off as though they were ore knowledgeable than the technician. Unprofessional and absurd.
