Have been going to them for 3 years now and love them! Great service; for example, this past week they called me twice while my car was with them to consult. They have always been able to take my car day-of. They don t take advantage of my knowing less than the professionals in order to sell more things to me. Things feel more reasonably priced than I would find at a dealership. I feel like I often bring my car in with a weird noise that s developed and they easily diagnose it and don t charge me out the wazoo. Furthermore, they recently recommended new windshield wipers but didn t press me on them when I declined, respecting my decision immediately. Love them!

After traveling over 150 miles for a spring getaway, I pulled into Tire Choice with a noise coming from the rear end of my car. After a thorough inspection, all my options were explained. Mr. Myers was excellent and I am so glad I stopped in...top notch business!

I made an appointment and was given a price quote over the phone. Once I dropped my car off they gave me a completely different, significantly higher price. They said there were installation fees, discarding fees, warranty was extra, alignment was extra. The individual I spoke to left out all of that information when giving me the original quote. I told them I no longer wanted the services and went back to get my car immediately.

Frankie and the team in Williamsburg are great! I had brake work done at another location (Hampton) and had issues with the brakes immediately. Unusual noises just driving, without the brakes engaged. I had to bring it back and they attempted to fix. Brakes never stopped squeaking.I finally brought it to the Williamsburg location and they re able to make everything right. I would recommend the Williamsburg Tire Choice to anybody!

We picked up a nail on our way to a recent conference in Williamsburg. A major storm was predicted and we wanted to fix the tire before the rain and wind arrived. Not knowing who to call, we first tried our luck at a well-known shop only to find out they couldn't take care of us for a couple of days. Thankfully, we discovered Tire Choice Auto Service on our way out of the parking lot. The staff was super helpful and took care of us right away. As we visited with other customers, it was clear that the shop is well-respected by locals. The repair was quickly made, and they wished us well! It is rare these days to find a service provider who makes such an effort to care for their customers. Wish we could add one more star to the review.

They do great work for a great price. They're fast, friendly, and communicate well too. They don't try to upsell you on things, and make sure all your issues/concerns are taken care of. It's the best shop I've ever been to.

Overpriced parts and labor. Can't properly handle inspections. Customer service is a joke they will try to rip you off and get upset when you don't fall for it. There are better options locally.

I came to tirechoice this morning, after visiting 4 other auto shop and he gave me a time to come by. These are the most loyal people i have ever come across. Staff friendly he took care of me and am happy. If you ever need someone to take care of your vehicle Tirechoice is the place to be. Thank you mr manager, Frankie myres. Happy new year

I'd give them 6 stars if I could!I went to a different auto shop for a state safety inspection and they failed me and then quoted me for over $2,000 dollars of repairs. I wanted to get a second opinion and immediately drove to Tire Choice. These amazing people immediately took a look at the car and fixed the issues for WAY less (because the other shop was scamming me into a whole new break system when just the rear brake pads needed replacing)! Then, if that wasn't kind enough when the original place refused to re-do the exam for another 2 weeks, Tire Choice did my safety inspection first thing the next business day AND didn't charge me another $20 for an inspection.Literally these people are amazing and it's the only auto repair shop I'll be going to from now on!

Went the for an inspection and was informed that I needed new front brakes. The staff was super friendly and highly knowledgeable! Also, the price wasn t bad either!!! This I could appreciate being on a limited budget. Thank you so much for your timely service and expertise! I will be back in the future!

We had a rental car and got a flat tire. Enterprise told us Tire Choice did their repairs. So we went there. Frankie was the nicest guy. Friendly. According to Enterprises standards he said he was required to replace all 4 tires. The tread was below Enterprises standards. (There will be another review about enterprise) Enterprise was screwing around and Frankie was trying his best to get us out quick. We ended up getting another car from Enterprise and Frankie even helped with that. I would totally recommend this place.

I was on vacation in Williamsburg when I got a flat tire. I had it patched a few weeks ago at another tire shop in Arlington, VA, but the patch didn't hold. I was worried that I would have to miss a day of my vacation to get the tire fixed.I took my car to Tire Choice Auto Service Centers in Williamsburg, and they were able to remove the nail and patch the tire quickly and efficiently. Frankie, one of the employees, was particularly helpful. He was friendly and professional, and he made sure that I got back on the road as soon as possible.I am very grateful to Tire Choice for saving my weekend. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of tire service.

We ended up with a flat tire at Busch Gardens and called to see if they could replace the tire. We arrived and the staff was very friendly and they asked if we wanted it checked for repair before we replace it, which saved us a ton of money. We really appreciate saving the money since our tire was brand new! They patched it right up and we were on our way. So grateful for Tire Choice!

6 Stars!Fantastic! I was stuck, needed help and Franky and his team were the best. Not only do they look after you but they keep you informed and share all the info so you know you can trust them.They repaired my tire in great time and had me back on the road.Friendly, kind and knowledgeable. To be honest, I'll be driving the 2hrs here from now on just so they can do our cars from now on.Franky, you and your crew are second to none! Highly recommended!

We were visiting Williamsburg from New Jersey and were supposed to drive back on a Sunday, when we noticed, as we left our hotel, that the plastic splash shield was hanging from the bottom of the car and making a racket as it scraped along the ground. Since it was a Sunday, we didn't think we would find a mechanic open and thought we'd either have to postpone our return home or drive back with the plastic shield scraping and dragging on the highway for 300 miles. Fortunately, my daughter found Tire Center online and the owner (? I'm sorry I did not get a name) was happy to serve us. We drove over and were in and out in less than an hour. Not only did the mechanic re-clip the splash shield in place, but he also zip tied it for extra security, knowing we had a long drive home. I offered to pay for their services but they refused payment. Both men who waited on us were gracious and kind and we were impressed with their concern for our safety. I recommend Tire Choice in Williamsburg 100% for both their skill and their friendly, considerate attitude.

Really people!!! $134 for a freaking oil change! I can go to a drive up and pay $79! I also called made an appt....get there for the appt 15 minutes before and you still have 4 cars in front of us! You people are a joke!

We went to Tire Choice Auto Service to have them look at a tire on our car that had developed a slow leak while we were traveling. When we arrived we were quickly greeted by Emma who took our information and made sure that our car was looked at right away. The technician (I apologize, I didn't get his name) was able to find the source of the leak and repair it right away. He also examined the other tires to make sure they were ok. This allowed us to get back on the road within about 30 minutes. The entire staff at this location is so knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond to help their customers. Every customer interaction I witnessed while I was waiting was excellent. It is evident they take pride in providing the best possible service. If you are looking for a reliable trustworthy place to take your car for repairs or tires, you should definitely go here!

I had a great experience at Tire Choice! Shortly after we purchased a new car we noticed one of the tires was low. Frustrated, we searched for a place that could help us late on a Saturday. The team at Tire Choice got us in quickly. The entire staff was courteous and professional. They educated us about the air suspension in our new car - and probably saved us a lot of money if another shop had done the work. If lifted incorrectly the air suspension could be damaged. They discovered the low air pressure was caused by a poorly installed stem. We will be discussing this with the dealership. We cannot thank the team at Tire Choice enough. A great place with great people. Thank you again.

My son s car tire had a nail in it and we found out at 6:15 pm the day before needing to drive out of town Based on great reviews, I called Tire Choice and asked if there was any way to take a look and see if it was a quick fix before they closed in 45 min. Even though Emma knew it would take me 20 min to get there, she was so kind and offered to have the guys look at it as soon as I arrived. They fixed it right then and there, saving our family A LOT of time and hassle. We will absolutely use Tire Choice again not only for tires but also for other auto repairs. They have a new customer for life! Thanks again so much!

I was on vacation and, sadly, got a nail stuck in my tire. I showed up to Tire Choice and was immediately helped. They patched my tire and changed it for me in under 30 minutes which is an amazing outcome while on vacation. Tire Choice deserves the 5 stars for the friendliness and speediness of their employees. Exceptional service and would recommend them to everyone!

The one in Williamsburg was spot on! Had two blow outs and decided to get four new tires. They were able to accommodate me so I could get the same day. The young lady at the desk is super awesome!! I highly recommend them and the price was right!!!
