I phoned Lexus Roadside Assistance and was told the rollback would be here within 60 minutes. It was and they kept me informed of its status on when it would arrive. Spot on. The technician, Mike Brime, was extremely pleasant and professional. Mike kept me informed and let me know when it arrived at the dealership. Highly recommend this company.

I didn t get his name (although he probably told me and I just forgot), but he is former law enforcement and he was very kind. I have my own opinion about AAA as I think communication between them and their drivers needs improvement. But back to the driver though, he was very cautious/careful with my very older model car and made sure that it was securely tied down. He was respectful and I wish him well in all that he does. I appreciate it.

I got a flat tire on the side of the road today and called Omega towing and they completely came to my rescue to put my spare on for me even though I had been picked up from my car by a friend and wasn t with it anymore and they were so sweet and reliable to work with and we re very reasonable And I m so grateful for them and they were just guardian angel in my day today

Called AAA yesterday at 11:10am .By 7:30 four towing companies refused my tow because it was from Gloucester to Prince George ( about 70 miles). I just about gave up and out of the Blue Omega Towing called me and said he is 5 minutes out. Mike showed up just left Chesapeake and now at my home in Gloucester ready to tow my vehicle. He made us feel like we were his only customers after working all day. He hooked it up, towed to destination, took picture and texted us picture. Mike is Amazing and someone you definitely want to call when needed. Highly recommendThank you.

My auto insurance roadside service dispatched Omega Towing to pick up my vehicle from one shop & take it to another- locally. Mark called me and detailed his ETA, was very respectful, went above & beyond & left me feeling like my car was in good hands. I would use his company again with/without insurance claim.

Jeremy and Mark are an absolute blessing. Listen my car was broke down in Newport News and I reside in Baltimore. I got home safely. The driver was so down to earth and pleasant and I can sleep with ease and figure out my situation with my car now that I m home. I highly recommend Omega towing! Needed a tool box moved from one shop to another and Big D took great care of me. Made sure my box was strapped down better then expected and even made sure to put something across the top so not to dent it. Highly recommend due to their professionalism

I am really surprised of the great reviews...I was forgotten and left behind and I don't know why there were no care nor check up, while I was stranded for hours. I even spoke to owner hoping I get recovered...NO. my insurance company dispatched the roadside assistance. Omega was called and stated there arrival in 90 minutes. 2 hours later no one was picking up there calls....I should had realized they said the Hell with me, the business is backed up. Inspite of a business being overwhelmed with calls please tell the customer you can't do the job so the customer can find someone else. To ignore and not answer calls from someone you promised you would arrive at a certain time... is unprofessional. Stranded motorist die when communication is not conveyed. Luckily I wasn't in a storm with sub 0 temps. My 3.5 hours of wait was not in vital conditions. All I needed was a jump. Never showed up.

Mike is a friendly and kind gentleman to drive 3 hours home with. He drove us from Williamsburg to Herndon VA. We talked we laughed and most of all his driving was perfect and safe. I pray he made back home safely. Thank you Mike

Mike was very FAST, SAFE, And extremely professional! He got there before the Uber driver!! LMAO! He was east to get along with and interesting to talk to while towing my Nissan back to my farm! It felt more like a friend giving me a ride home vs being taxied by a tow truck. I d give 10 stars but 5 is all they would allow!

0/10 would never recommend . The dispatcher claim that they were on the way in 90 minutes . 3 hours passed and no one showed . Had to call a million times just to get someone on the phone. He lied and said my car was scheduled to be picked up at 8 am & promised he would take of me. By time i woke up it was around 845 nobody still has reached out and said a word. When i finally spoked to the same guy from the night before he claimed my tow service was cancelled. If you wanna sit around twirling your thumbs & waiting for a tow company to decide when they wanna pick you up OMG Towing is the right company for you no matter if you re stranded on the side of the road in the cold with children they don t give AF

Omg! Thanks Mike! Just when I thought I was going to end up disappointed because I couldn't get my truck home.Mike came out and towed it for me. He is one of the most respectful people I've ever met! Very prompt and answered all of my questions. GIVE MIKE A RAISE!

Mike went above and beyond to make me and my boyfriend comfortable. We broke down on an exit ramp and he was there within 10 minutes. He let me wait in his warm truck until my Uber arrived. Thank God for ppl like him. Go Mike!

Great service this company gave me especially the owner many thanks. I was on the way to drop my kids off at school had to walk the rest of the way but car heated up an shut off on me an wouldn't start back up but I called several towing company an well they cost an arm and a leg but this company an the owner gave me a great deal thank you my man I do appreciate it alot but I do recommend these guys there very professional thank you again guys much love

I am unsure of how to feel about this service. This company was assigned to me by roadside assistance. My ETA was around 2:30 pm on 9-7-23. Nothing happened. 4:20 pm rolls around and I had not received any updates at all. Just kept saying ETA 1 minute. So I call. I was not upset, mad, or angry because I understand. The owner Mike even thanked me for my kind tone and apologized for it and offered a free 10 mile tow in the future that was transferable if the driver didn't get there in the 16 minute time frame that he was away. I didn't really care about that. So I got my hopes up thinking 20 or so more mins and we'd be on our way after a almost 2 hour delay on top of the already over 1 hour and a half wait for the service in general. 30 or so mins rolls by again and I call. Someone answered and said they would call me back. No call back. Waited about 30 more mins and called again. Straight to voicemail 2 times. They made no attempt to call back. We started the process around 12:30 pm and they didn't actually get to my car until around 5:20 pm or so. The guy didn't even say hi or sorry for my extremely long wait and the inconvenience. I get that the paycheck isn't fully there for roadside and I was so patient. But this was very unfair considering how patient and forgiving I was being for over 5 hours. We still didn't get confirmation about the free 10 mile tow either... What a disaster...

Absolutely wonderful service. My alternator went out when we got back from vacation and thankfully omega was able to help out (I d shout out my insurance but they were doing a lot but omega came thru) and tow it to my mechanic. Would definitely recommend.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

We experienced battery issues while out. Our insurance dispatched OMG Towing. Their text said it would be 70-100 minutes. When we called them to confirm the time and location, the owner answered. After hearing the situation, he came out personally to jump the battery instead of waiting for one of his tow trucks to get to us.When our troubles continued, they were quick to come back out the next day and follow us down to the auto parts store to get a new battery.Mark went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. I called roadside assistance for my insurance and they sent OMG Towing. Jorge kept me posted and was much earlier than I expected. When he arrived, he was very friendly, professional and worked quickly. He took pictures of my car and sent them promptly when he arrived at the drop off station. He called back to let me know that there was no drop box and we discussed the best place to leave the key. I had worried all day about my car and Jorge's great attitude and friendliness made me feel so much better. Roadside set me up with them for towing, called at 815am and they were supposed to be there by 10:30am. Called at 11:30 and the driver said it would be 40 more minutes. Called again 12:50pm and couldn t get anyone to answer the phone and no one ever came to tow my car. Horrible service.

Unfortunately, due to their having a vehicle in an airport garage that had limited overhead space for tow vehicle s, the assigned driver could not help me. I am giving them high marks for actually contacting quickly after being assigned the AAA call and letting me know that situation and suggesting using a repo towing service with a smaller vehicle. That is better than waiting 7 hours the day before for a company that never showed up and never contacted me at all.

Response time was unbearable. Took over 3 hours to get to me stranded on the side of the road. And then when the truck finally showed up, it was broken and couldn t load my car without cooling off for 30-45 minutes. Then again to unload it at the shop. Junk equipment and they can t even give you an accurate time of arrival. Avoid.

If I could give negative stars I would. Waited over 4hrs on the side of 64 for this company to arrive.They kept changing the time and when they would arrive when they did answer their phone. Then just started ignoring phone calls.There are many more towing companies and I would go with them. This towing company does not care that it was over 90 degrees outside, no bathrooms, no water just sitting and waiting for a company to come do what they said they would do in 20-40mins.

I used my SUV hauling supplies for a special event an hour away. Started having transmission issues. I was sitting outside when the driver pulled up to drop vehicle off. I was skeptical, initially, that he would get it in the driveway. This driver is a definite asset. He maneuvered that large SUV into a narrow spot without any issues. Plus, his professionalism and personality is very positive. Will use this company for future use if the need arises.Service: Car towing

Roadside set me up with them called to set tow up at 11am said they be their at 145pm -215pm called them at 150pm to get an eta they said the driver that was coming got caught up so he said I'll come get you myself I'm in surry so he has to take the ferry so I'm waiting at this strangers house lucky he was cool guy its almost 4pm I call no answer I call roadside and their like he canceled the tow when he said he was leaving the shop at 150pm what a joke
