I loved the wash here as they accept cash and it is a quick but thorough wash. Paid 20$ but the prices start at 10. It did not get all the dirt and mud off but then again I haven t washed my car in 3 weeks and I live in the country, it s the best wash and conveniently located for me.

Update: Someone from Mega left me a phone message apologizing for the not getting back with me.They offered to let me run my car through for free. I haven't been able to get back there yet. Hopefully, i can get there Monday, April 15. Thank you!Have used Mega for years because they did good job on interiors. They weren't offering them when I went late so I called to see if they would clean the interior separately. No return call. Then later when I got home i saw that the back right section is my car was completely missed by the car wash! Called again and asked about someone approving me going through the wash again. No return phone call. What a shame the owner doesn't treat their customers with more respect. This was the best company when they first opened!

Took my car to mega auto spa last week and I couldn t be happier with how my car looks. We went on a raining day and the crew there did an awesome job, took their time and made sure my car look great!!! If you are looking a place to get your car washed this is the place!!! Go try it out you will not be disappointed.

I have to start this by saying that my vehicle was hit with mold spores also known as artillery fungus. It was parked in the parking lot of a local timeshare and apparently the mulch that the place uses had the mold spores in it. I had little black dots all over my vehicle. I had never even heard of it before. I got on the Mega Auto Spa on the Williamsburg website and spoke to the owner via chat. He had me come in this morning at 8:00 a.m. and within an hour and a half they had totally cleaned the car of all spores. They did a fantastic job! Just to let you know, you shouldn't let it go more than a week or two before you get your car cleaned professionally or you go out and do it yourself with a very good car cleaner designed to get rid of these spores. I recommend you just bring it here! They have excellent seating and they're very friendly and helpful.

Paid $53 plus tip yesterday for this. Save your money and do the interior yourself, you ll have to when you leave here anyways.

I ve usually had good luck at this location, but not today. I ve been sitting for over an hour waiting for our car s interior to be vacuumed and watched as they shuffled it behind another car that came in well after us. Of course, all the excess water from the wash has long dried, leaving spots. When I approached the supervisor about being shuffled behind a car that came after us, I was met with a shrug and the comment that they were busy today. Not an acceptable response.

I ve been coming to this spot since 2019 when I first moved down here.Yesterday I decided to get the $53 detailing package, and I left very underwhelmed. My car looked as if I got a $8 wash.My tires were supposed to be hand shined, but they re not shiny at all. My door jams were to be wiped down, but they re dirty.My windshield is way more smudged than it was when I brought the car in, and to top it all off someone sprayed something on my back seats and didn t wipe it off!!!!Needless to say, the $53 car wash was a bust. Feeling a little robbed to be honest.

I had the express detailing where mats are to be washed. So disappointed and I bring all my vehicles here. The outside prep employee needs training, no precast, bugs still present on front and sides, mats vac'd but not cleaned, I went home with a little rub and micro cloth got my headlights free of bugs. I never had problems here. I don't blame the workers but management needs to train their folks and do QC cks. The attendee for my car backed it out and left me to drive against the one way with an oncoming SUV coming my way. Big liability for owners. Definitely needs more training and QC. Not worth the 40 I paid, when I used to get better services for less when they first opened. I was here 3pm on 6/25.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

Very poor when it comes to pickup trucks, the jets missed the whole side of my truck and the back as well, looked better when nit was dirty, not recommending this place, you for a wash then have to wash again by hand, and to answer your reply the guy DID NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT MY TOW HITCH, you are trying to boost yourself. He barely spoke English and only pointed to the instruction signs. Stop trying to make it look like I was wrong.

UPDATE August 2022: I am from New England, I love to visit Williamsburg, a year ago I had no issue here it was actually pretty great. Today I had a horrible experience, an older husky white man with glasses who was working fast pace, hammered the sign with his hand where it said take foot off break which I did but missed the part of putting car in neutral maybe because he was standing in front of the sign, I am not sure I did not see it. My brand new 2022 SUV then propelled forward which I thought was part of the wash, he then hit my car told me to stop, I went to put my window down to communicate, he started to spray my window making it so I could not, I kept my foot on the brake, then he started to hit my brand new car harder telling me to take my foot off the break so I did, again car started to move forward quickly which again I thought was the process so then he started to hit my car even harder, a very nice younger black man came running forward to see I had left my car in drive which I didn't even realize I wasn't suppose to. He was super friendly even though this is probably something many people know to do??? We do not have belt pulled car washes in my area where I live and it was so simple. I had out of state plates and this could of been corrected when I attempted to communicate the first time but the older man made it very clear that was not an option when I attempted. My car has some weird spots on it, my fault for not knowing what to do maybe I missing the rinse of those spots but it was still $19.00 for something I need to get redone somewhere that does not have a hot headed employees /// So easy to use, friendly staff (5 stars August 2021)

I used to recommend this place all the time because my car would come out looking spectacular, but lately, they've been slacking big time. I opted to have the car cleaned inside like I normally do, and when I got home, I noticed there was still chocolate next to the cup holders, the cup holders themselves were still dirty, and dog hair all over the back seat. Don't think I'll be coming here for more than a wash anymore and won't be recommending it either.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

Awesome job, guys and gals!! I do dog sitting, and my car gets pretty "hairy", but these folks do a wonderful and thorough job of cleaning. Thanks so much Mega Auto Spa!

Been using mega car wash in Williamsburg since moving to the area a few years ago. Quality of service is outstanding, staff always kind and attentive, and owner a great guy!! Highly recommend, detail service fantastic!

I have been a customer of mega car wash for many years.Over the last few years I have watched this company go down Hill. They have a lot of young people working there who don't seem to care nothing about a person's vehicle except their paycheck.. My last visit had 2 people working on my car. And 7 or 8 people stand around goofing off. They cleaned my windows with the same rag that they used to dry off my vehicle. Needless to say, they smeared the dirt from the outside of my vehicle to the inside of my truck. The Williamsburg mega car wash Is the one that I have problems with.

Pretty cool place to get your car washed! Multiple prices for every budget and they even have a package that includes Rainx! The waiting area is in AC and the chairs are super comfy.

I went to the mega auto spa to get my car detailed, vacuumed, and washed because of the salt on the road. Not only was the car not washed on the outside leaving almost all of the salt, it was also not vacuumed in many places. It was like they rubbed urine on the outside of my car. I attempted to get a refund, but the manager, Mark, was a money hungry pig like Mr. Krabs. I was extremely disappointed and would never return. These kids put a lot of attention to detail! I used to go to another car wash place off of Richmond road and they never did a good job on the inside but this place rocks! I m glad I decided to come to this place. Look no further, this is the best car wash place in the Williamsburg area

Normally this place does an awesome job but today, I'm very disappointed. Yes, the prices went up, which is fine. But the quality i received was horrible. Along with the fact my back glass was already clean, now there are water marks along finger prints everywhere. Just sloppy work.

Just phenomenal work! Their $50 package gets my car so clean and beautiful its honestly the equivalent of $200 car detailing I ve gotten done in the past. This is the only place in Williamsburg I take my car!

My car was looking a rough after a long summer road trip so I decided to treat myself to a thorough clean. I saw the reviews so thought I'd give it a try. This place is GREAT! Unlike some other places where the folks are rushing to vacuum before the car goes through the wash, everything here is done after. The folks here took their time and did a phenomenal job on my car and it was fast. The detailing part seems to run like a well oiled machine. I will definitely come back...a lot!Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Won't be returning here. They take way too long (1.5 hrs). sign says it could take up to 2hrs. Cleaners wander around and talk instead of working diligently. Watched my detail tech wipe the passenger side window multiple times inside and out. I don't mind being thorough but u could tell he forgot he already did it. Former plan customer 2 yrs ago but it never took this long.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming
