I went to the Cadillac dealership in Williamsburg. My driver side rear door handle was broken by Family Member. The agent took the time out to listen to my story and show compassion for me. He exceeded my expectations because within 48 hours I have my car back during the holiday season. They will get my business. Again, great, great customer service.

I love doing business with Loyalty. From the time you walk in your treated like a friend. Mallory in the service department is knowledgeable and you can tell,she truly enjoys her job. Took my trail boss in for inspection in and out no haggling, no up sales, no worries. They will always be my go to....

We had excellent customer service and support from Loyalty Cadillac, specifically from our Service Advisor, Kirk Tajirian and his awesome mechanics. He kept us updated during the extended period my car was there due to Holidays, waiting on insurance company to appraise and to approve work, the ordering many parts all due to a small collision but quite damaging to our electrical system.We have our car back now and are very pleased with the work.

I purchased a used vehicle from across the country and upon delivery immediately noticed an issue. I took the truck to Loyalty Cadillac and Mallory assisted in every way imaginable. She advocated on my behalf in communicating with the other dealership. I m a Loyalty Cadillac customer for life. Mallory kept me abreast of any changes or updates and I m very appreciative.

5 STARS GO TO Kirk Tajirian. He was efficient, courteous, professional and patiently answered our questions that were outside the oil change/tire rotation service we went in for. This was our first service experience at Loyalty Cadillac and we came away feeling appreciated.

Due to some problems with my car, I spent 5 hours in your service lounge. During the entire time, Kirk Tajirian kept me informed of the progress on my car and estimated time when it would be finished. He went far beyond the line of duty helping me and consequently turned what could have been a miserable experience into one that was low stress and pleasant.

We were from out of town and came in around noon. Although they were not expecting us our service manager, Mallory Bishop went way out of her way to help us. The job was bigger than expected and she was wonderful in helping us get other transportation and communicated with us through the whole process. Truth be told I was trying to get her to relocate near where we live and work for our Cadillac dealer

We were fortunate enough to have had the pleasure of meeting Jason Collen and his sales team. We drove about an hour to come see a vehicle we saw online. Our intentions were to just look.... HA, after meeting Jason and George we were hooked! Your dealership is small yet BIG on customer service. We were greeted with smiles and handshakes and offered coffee or water even before we decided to buy let alone test drive! The entire experience from start to finish was thoughtful and full of energy and laughter! We enjoyed meeting everyone and commit to continue the service relationship with future purchases and or service work. We would happily drive the hour for a 30-minute oil change appointment than take our new "Caleigh Caddy" (her new name) anywhere else! Experience is everything! It's the one thing that will make or break you in business. As a business owner myself, I strive to create an customer experience that leaves an positive impression on those who seek our services. And I can say that's exactly what I received from Loyalty Chevy & Cadillac! Did some chatting online with Jake and the management team, worked a deal out, booked a plane ticket, was picked up by salesman, and in and out with ease so I could get on my way back home (7.5 hours). Once again I had the pleasure of dealing with Mallory Bishop, when I took my Cadillac CT6 to Loyalty Cadillac for a problem with the cooling fan extended run time after turning off the motor. Mallory was quick to get me an immediate appointment. After a diagnostic inspection while I waited, it was determined a significant amount of work would needed to be done. Mallory arranged for my transportation to my home and a pick up for me to return to the dealership later that same day. All went smoothly and the work done was facilitated by Mallory thru my extended warranty service quickly and effeciantly. I am very pleased with Loyalty Cadillac and most especially with Mallory and the top notch team.

Brought my car in for state inspection. A problem was found with my car. Kirk Tarijian explained this to me and gave me an estimated cost for the repair. Knowing this had to be done he offered me choices in which to have the work done. I chose the day brought the car back in the work was completed in a timely manner and Kirk called me to let know the car was ready for me to get. He is very knowledgeable and was most courteous. Thank you for a job well done!

Great experience with Loyalty Cadillac. I was very pleased with the reception I received, shuttle to work (van driver) very polite. My car took a while but the services were performed and I had no issues. Kaitlyn is awesome!!

Tyler Mitchell was very pleasant. He did what I asked for and did not suggest any additional services ( like tire rotation ). When the service was complete, he looked for me in the waiting room not realizing I might have wandered to the main showroom. Eventually, he found me by calling my cell phone.I was interested in the lack of brochures of Cadillac or Chevrolet products available in the showroom. There were lots of friendly people walking around but I was not asked if I had any interest in new product.I never went in the main waiting room, so perhaps I missed your advertising material.At any rate, pleasant experience and I will be back.Gan Dunnington

We are from NY and my son found the perfect vehicle for this his 83 year old grandfather, a white 2022 Escalade sport. We dealt over the phone and arranged for a carrier to deliver to us (due to flight cancellations). They were accommodating, helpful and patient with the change of plans due to the airline issues.
