Marley and her team have serviced my vehicles since 2016. I find them to be fair and aware of cost. I have a newer vehicle and a 200k plus mile truck. They know I don t want to do extras on the old faithful and they don t push them. They are good people doing a good job.

I am so grateful to Impact Auto for the service they performed on my smartcar. Mercedes quote to fix the brakes, and engine mounts was a little more than I wanted to pay. I needed a second opinion. Because I live close to Impact Auto and knew someone that had their car serviced there, I took it. Marly, was so understanding, gave me a quote that was affordable, we worked out a day to bring the car back for repair and the mechanic did the job that same day. It's been a few weeks now and the car drives great. I can feel a difference. Thank you so much to Marly, the mechanic and Sara for such a great experience. I will always be a customer!

10/10 service I dropped my jeep off because the tire felt like it was coming off. They not only let me drop my jeep off at night making it easy on me but fixed my jeep within just two days. They even ordered me the parts I myself wanted without having to tell them which was the craziest part! I won t take my jeep anywhere else for now on. You don t come bye great service like this anymore. Thankyou guys!!

I called to make an appointment and when I described the issue they told me over the phone how to fix it myself. (It was super easy). Other shops have charged me for the same issue on the past. This place did not. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY!!

I typically struggle finding good places to take my cars. I started my working life as a mechanic years ago and still do the majority of my own work but some things (AC, Alignments and just-don't-have-time-stuff) I take places. I know I am picky, I hate finding things like stripped or boken bolts after I take a car somewhere. I also hate the needless sale of things I don't need. Let me say these guys are awesome.This is my second time at Impact Auto:First time was AC repair I think I was out the door for around $200. I couldn't believe it! ... I felt sure I would get a $500 charge.Second time was alignment, I took the car there after replacing ball joints, etc. I was a bit worried becuase the car actually went down the road straight and seemed fine and I kinda thought I might get it back, I hate to say it, maybe worse, with a slight pull or something. However, was concerned about the tires may wear uneven. - So anyway, I pick up the car after the work was complete, get in the car and leave, steering wheel is now absolutely perfectly straight (wasn't before). The car doesn't pull and has good return to center. Goes down the road perfectly.Virtual hug to these guys!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto A/C recharge

I have had a lot of work done to my Acura at impact auto- brakes, fluid flushes, inspections, oil changes, etc. and they ve always explained everything in detail. They ve even been honest and said I don t actually need some of the services I thought I did. Marley is so pleasant to work with. Impact Auto came highly recommended from my aunt's neighbor, who has been a long-time customer. Marlee was wonderful to work with. Very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and honest. Marlee fit me into the schedule this week which saved me because I'm from Illinois visiting family for Thanksgiving and started having car troubles and need to head back home this weekend. Impact Auto diagnosed the problem, provided detailed information on their findings/root cause, and even saved the components that they replaced for me per my request. My first time ever going to an auto shop outside of the dealership. The customer service was amazing. Even if I didn t get my service done here I would ve given 5 stars. The lady at the front was informative and helpful she went beyond to accommodate and make me feel comfortable. I m a first time car owner with minimal knowledge of cars just learning as I go but they made me very comfortable. This is gonna be my go to I trust the mechanics they weren t forceful or aggressive.

Impact Auto saved us! We suffered a tire puncture on the highway, and stopped in hoping to get it repaired. The staff at Impact Auto were so kind and, despite being busy, attended to us immediately. This is my first time to Impact Auto for a repair on my vehicle. Today is 12/27/2021. They took my car in right away as soon as they opened. The staff took me back to the work area to see the underneath of my car and explained what I needed repaired on. They had my car finished later the same day. Up and Beyond excellent service. I work for Busch Gardens Williamsburg so I rely heavily on the car and having it done on the same day you come in is extremely excellent. Thank you so much Impact Auto!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a family business who accommodate everyone as family. Pete and his staff are experts, do best work in a timely manner and reasonable pricing. For a few years Molly, daughter, has been running the business. She is young, pretty, professional, knowledgeable and above all very eager to provide best possible appointment timing. She will not return your car unless she is sure it's up to your expectations. It's always a pleasure to work with her. She always calls me by my name with respect. I highly recommend this establishment if you need good work done to your car and to be treated as family. They have the knowledge and experience to work on any car, year or model.

I have been taking my fleet of 4 cars to Impact Auto for about 6 years now. Marlee especially, and all of the folks there are great!! I can trust that they will do a great job on the things that need to be done; and just as importantly, they will not recommend work that is not needed. I was new to the area when the timing belt/chain on my 20 year old Toyota broke and I had to quickly find a repair shop that would accept my car being towed to them. Impact Auto had great reviews and is a local, family owned business so I gave them a call. They were incredibly accommodating from start to finish. Elijah answered all of my questions and called me back frequently with updates. He didn t even get offended when my brother, a mechanic, called to verify the plan for the repair. The work was finished a full day faster than quoted and was reasonably priced. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service!

One time I thought I had a screw in my tire and I had a long trip to take the next day. They were able to squeeze me in and found no screw and charged me less than $20 which I'm sure is more than the labor cost to look and put the car up on the rack. I use them for all of my repairs. The mechanics are fair and honest and Marley is fantastic.

These guys save me $2k by being honest with me about a power steering leak that didn t exist. Acura dealership told me I needed to replace power steering rack to pass inspection and it would cost me $2k. Thank god I found Impact Auto. They told me it wasn t bad at all. Honest and upfront and not looking to fleece you. I recommend highly.

Pete Papas found the problem. Thank goodness. Marle impressed me with her mechanic knowledge and attentiveness to details. I'm now a regular customers. Hope Palmer

Went there to get my rear tires replaced. Excellent service and it is family owned business! If anything is wrong with any of my vehicles in the future I will definitely be taking them here. Also, would like to note that they did not pressure me to get any additional services that was not needed.

Are you traveling through Williamsburg and need a repair? These guys are where you need to go! I picked up a bolt in one of my tires and these guys pulled me right in, patched my tire and got me back on the road in less the 45 mins! They also did all of this without overcharging me. Fast, Friendly, Professional staff!

While we were driving from Portsmouth, VA, to western Tennessee a couple of days ago, my van broke down in the late afternoon. The tow truck driver took it to Impact Auto. I told Impact that I *had* to get home by the end of the next day.Even though they said they were short on workers that day, they still repaired the van by early the next morning. I made it home in time, thanks to Impact Auto. I am grateful for their excellent and friendly service.

On the way to work had a piece under the front of the bumper drop down and drag the ground. Despite being swamped that day (overheard on a phone conversation but never made me feel that way!), they put my car up on a lift and took care of the dropped piece. Minimal cost. Have a 25+ year relationship with current mechanic but very happy to know we may have an alternative when he's booked or we are closer to Williamsburg. Thank you Impact Auto!
