Super nice guys!! Fixed the hole in my tire very fast, gave me a valve cap and were just all around awesome!! Saved me in a pinch!! Highly recommend!

Long story short I had a flat tire the employee looked everywhere for a use tire to fit my cadillac rim he could not find one so the young gentleman went to ask his boss if he can help him find a tire for my car next thing you know the manager said this one will fit I said are you sure the manager said yes.. After that the manager start to change my tire putting a whole lot of black stuff around my rim before putting used tire on the rim next thing i know my tire has been going flat every couple of days The reason is because he didn't put right sizes tire on my car therefore it's leaking air I ask for a different tire or refund they told me no I would not recommend this tire shop run forest run they lucky I had to give them a star for I can sure my review but they are so scammers

Thank you!We had a flat on I 64 and had to get a tow. The customer reviews and location led me to the Wburg location. I also liked that it was a local business. It was late on Friday after Thanksgiving so we had to leave the car overnight and return in the morning. The manager was courteous and professional. We replaced the tire in 30 minutes and were back on the road early. Very reasonable cost and great service. The outside doesn t look like much but you can t beat the experience inside.

I swear to God they never awnser they're phone. Horrible customer service. On multiple occasions I've never had them awnser once NOT ONCE

These guys are great! Came in from out of town and had a nail in the tire.. went to them and they had us patched up and back on the road in less than 20 minutes! Highly recommend this place!

call before I came said they could service me . Drove there on a spare . Told me they couldn t service me because 3 people were ahead of me . Wouldn t wrote a review but i called them 3 times before I got I headed there direction to confirm no one answered after the original call just to make sure because I didn t want to come there for no reason. But I did come there for no reason. Answer the phone next time.

Thank you Jan and Richie, we appreciated your assistance on 9/12/22. The service was friendly, professional and they obviously care about their deliverable. Our nail in the tire was fixed in no time and we were back on our way to NOVA. We really like to support local businesses like this one and they did not disappoint, great job!

Henry's Tire took really good care of me by fixing my tire which had a bad valve stem seal in which they fixed less than 10mins , Henry's Tire Is Always On Time Put My 20 Inch Tires On When Another Place Told Me That They Couldn't Take Care Of My Vehicles Needs I Will Bring All Of My Business To Henry's Tires And Then Some Thank You Again Henry's Tires

Came here today because I got a flat tire and needed to get my tire inspected so that I could make the decision in either needing to buy a replacement tire or get my tire patched up. Tim did an excellent job taking great care of me. He listened to my needs and understood my concerns and found me a tire at a very reasonable price. Jan did a great job as well with her professionalism and I really appreciate their understanding in listening to my concerns and providing a solution to my needs. Not one second did I ever feel taken advantage of. I felt like I saved a lot of money and they did great quality work. Thank you so much :-)

I stopped in at 8am. There was one person in front of me. JR was AMAZING!!!. I showed him my tire issue. He inspected all four. He sold me a set of 4 new tires for a Great Price, mounted and balanced them and did all the paperwork. I drove off the lot a 832am.Absolutely Amazing. Thank you JR.

Brandon helped me out this afternoon with a screw in my tire. He got my tire all patched and I was on my way. He was very nice and got everything patched really quickly. I will definitely go back next time I have an issue. Thanks, Brandon!

They are great here. We pulled in 10 minutes before they closed and they stayed open to help us out. I am very greatfull to the guy working here. He fixed my tire situation and I was back on the road in about 20 minutes.

Good prices and payment plans. If your a female... bring a guy with you. There's this guy there who tried to offer my fiance a discount for a "favor" while I was at work. I never seen the guy when I go there, but she can also just be telling me he's not there so I won't start anything

I have been there twice and had excellent service. His prices are also very good. He pulled four tires for me and disposed and also removed two tires and cleaned the beads and resealed. Very nice job! Will go back.

This is the most honest and helpful new/used tire shop I've ever been to. I was in dire need of tires and had already been taken advantage of financially with my transmission issues. I was unable to pay for new or used tires and was only coming in for a quote. I explained that I would be back when I got paid again.... I was loaned two used tires because he was worried I would get in a wreck they were THAT bad. I will send EVERYONE here!!!! Henry's Tire has my business for LIFE!!!

I went to the Williamsburg location on December 10, and I told the American guys to check my rear tire, the guy told me they needed 5 hours to check my tire. I was very surprised because I have been in this tire shop before and the latino guy checked my tire in 30 minutes. That day it was just 3 pm and it was empty, they couldnt have been too busy.

I bought a used tire from here and it ended up going flat in less than a few days. I used a tire patch kit on it and it still leaks air. Definately not worth the money spent. I'd recommend going elsewhere.

I really appreciate the staff an I want to apologize because I didn't get the lady's name in the office but her an Jeff was Awesome.!! My wife and I were 2 hours from home Tire separated on interstate coming from Richmond going Virginia Beach called they had the tire but was about to close soon Had to put the donut on drive 40min.To there shop got there with minutes left but they took care of us

Got the tire Friday and this happens Saturday pretty sure t was dry rotten I guess we ll see what they say Monday but I do not recommend Henry s used tires at all

Awesome service from Sean in our time of need. We got two flat tires at Water country on August 12, and Sean was able to change our tires and many others as well after the closing time. Exceptional service!

Called at 5:00 to see when they take the last car since they close at 5:30. Tech said he would wait for me to get there. I was driving slow on a flat tire. Got there and was taken care of. Thank you for the outstanding customer service.

I wouldn t give them the one start that I just gave them.. I pay very good attention to anyone touching My vehicle. I sat and watched him put my tire on without balancing it I asked him did he balance the tire he looked at me in my face and told me yes knowing that was a bald face lie. He then proceeded to take the tire back off to say you see the weights I balanced it. I said just because you see weights there doesn t necessarily mean that the tire is accurately balance. I watched him put the tire back on the balancing machine for it to reveal that the tire was not actually balanced in fact off by 2.00, he stands in front of the machine so that I could not see it.Places a few weights on the wheel then remove his body from the screen to show me the zero numbers going across. something so simple that could ve been done the correct and honest way from the beginning. this could be anyone else and they could be putting themselves in some kind of jeopardy. I will never return because they are very unethical and just wants your money.

Only place I trust to repair a tire!! They stand behind their work & are very reasonable as well as efficient.
