I would not recommend going here. Made an appointment over phone Jon not sure if he is a manager or not...told me 10 am on Saturday and said a hour and a half job. Drop my car off before 10 on day of appointment decided not to wait...was told I'd get a call when car is done. I call at almost 2pm to be told my car hasn't even been touched they are extremely busy. Call at almost 4 then they are in the middle of it. Call back to complain they do not answer phone. If I would not of went up there at 5pm I probably wouldn't of gotten my car same day...then to wait until they close. Never again, terrible customer service.

This location is absolutely awesome! Make sure to call ahead to book an appointment. Once there you are treated nicely and everything is explained to you well. So you know what you are paying for. I got 4 tires and an alignment. I was there about 2 hours. Ample time to watch a movie on your device without interruption. The seating area is nice and has chargers for all types of devices so that was a pleasant surprise. All in all a great experience!

We had our car assessed the week prior to service. We dropped it off the night before. I received a call the morning of service asking what car was ours. I received a second call asking what was supposed to be done to it. They had ordered parts for the wrong vehicle. My husband goes in to check on it in the afternoon and they tell us it will be another hour, so we went to get something to eat. On the way to the restaurant, we receive a call saying that it will not pass inspection unless we put a new tire on the vehicle. However, they only have the top of the line in stock. We decline the tire. A minute later we receive another call saying a cheaper tire has mysteriously been found. We still decline. We are told it will be done in 5 minutes so we go back to get the vehicle. We sat in the parking lot for 40 minutes waiting. My husband asks how much longer it will be and is told they are lowering it now while I m outside seeing it is still not close. Absolutely horrible service.

Great quality service! Professional, and honest. I trust Firestone. They do quality work at a reasonable price. I will definitely seek them out when I need work done on my cars. The Williamsburg branch offers great service and are prompt. Highly recommended!

I REALLY could not recommend this place to anyone.. I took my car in for an oil change and to check out a leaky tire I had. I was quoted about two hours for the oil change despite making an appointment, and 2.5 hours later I get a call that they will need to keep my car overnight because 'all the oil leaked out of it when they tried to move it and they don't know what the problem is'.. OK I understand, a pain but I get it. I was then quoted that my tires would arrive about four days after the day I took it in (ordered on a Friday- estimated to come in by Tuesday at the latest).. It was a full six days past that quote when my tires came into the shop. Today I received a call letting me know my tires were in, I asked the gal on the phone how long my tires would take, she quoted about an hour, so I let her know what time I would be there to drop off my vehicle. It's been 1.5 hours and after a call to the store I'm looking at about another 30-45 minutes...The people that work there are kind and lovely people, but that doesn't really make up for the significant issues that I've had with this location.

Workers too lazy to do any kind of work. Came in to get an alignment twice. First time about a month ago, got it in the shop, alignment machine on and hour wasted of my time just for them to come out and practically say "we did nothing, the sleeve on drivers side is too froze up for us to adjust and camber we didn't even mess with." I have a 30 minute drive from my house to there and expect something to be done. ANYTHING and yet they did nothing. Today I came in a month later. I put aftermarket camber bushings in so they had no excuses BUT to adjust the camber and this time I waited... not 1... not 2... but 3 hours just for them to say "it's got too much camber and it's too low to go on the machine, we should've never even messed with it the first time." Yall tried nothing. Nothing at all. I will NEVER, EVER bring ANY car here EVER again. And they were also understaffed today with an employee having walked out midshift. Don't waste your time here, go somewhere else like goodyear or any other alignment shop because this place isn't even worth your time. (Especially for slightly lowered vehicles or lifted vehicles)

I booked an appointment online for an oil change only for 1:00pm. After not hearing back, I called the place and they said they couldn t take me then and moved me to 3:00. I came in at 3:00 and waited for my oil change. They knew ahead of time that I had to wait for it and when I came in. Still, the oil change was not finished until after 5:00pm. Staff was nice, but no way an oil change takes 2+ hours. Also I overheard things like one of their mechanics keeps forgetting things and needs to retire. Wish I had read more reviews ahead of time. This place is not well organized.

Made an appointment over the phone with great desk staff for a brake inspection on brake pads under warranty. Was offered earliest appointment for 12 noon the next day...fantastic. I arrived and the polite and professional staff got me checking in and I took advantage of the decent sitting area (with two wall plugs for charging devices) .....3 hours later, my truck was taken into the shop for service. I dont mind waiting at a shop..you might think it mandatory , but I feel my time was wasted by coming here. 1/3 of a business day is an unreasonable time to wait after making an appointment for a specific time. If I am forced to this location again. I will drop off my car and hope it is being worked on. Not the worst, but not a great first impression.

Now days, being without well maintained car is like being without basic needs ! Firestone is there to help you out to keep up with everything needed for your vehicle! Oil change, tires, alignment , breakes, filters and more ! Staff in here is very friendly and proffesional !Just did Oil Change and state inspection. Everything I was told was in my best interest. I got several fixes on my cars and I noticed after alignment , still could be bit better ! Without questining they double checked it for me to make sure everything right! Tina on front desk was very pleasent , as well the other lady and all guys are friendly and sharing advices how to keep maintaining my cars on my own! Good job guys !

Customer service was amazing. The ladies up front were top notch. The mechanics were good. The tall I believe blonde hair he seemed to be the one in. Charge he was amazing. You are lucky to have amazing employees. The only downfall is the guy who did my brakes seemed to be having a bad day. He pulled my emergency brake up so much I had to ask someone to release it. That would be my only downfall.

This Firestone broke our back window brake light after a routine inspection and would not fix it. I literally had to take my car to another Firestone in Newport News Va, and they fixed it. Also, not only did not the Firestone in Williamsburg did not fix the brake light Georgette the manager would give me the round for 5 month until I got fed up and called the other Firestone.she continually would say she was going to call me back on the matter but would not. So, I do not recommend this Firestone to anyone. This is is Horrible Hornle place to take your for repairs. I talked to Georgette once about the situation and she told me if we can not find the correct brake light there is nothing we can do.So, this is the reason why I am giving them a bad review. Also, this is my second time doing my review and it keep disappearing. So, I will keep coming on here to make sure it here because people should know how they treated me.

Went for a state inspection and the lady at the dusk told me it would be atleast 2-3 hours for the inspection to be done because of the wait time. She was honest about it and I sat there for 2-3 hours like she said it would take to get the inspection done. Very helpful all around.

I received terrible service from a woman with black curly hair. She didn't want to answer me. Left me waiting for 3 hours even though I had made an appointment 1 day before.

Very bad customer service!!! This location told me the day before to bring my car in and drop it off, they will get to it, they kept my car for 6 hrs, 30 minutes before they closed and said they couldn t get to it for the next 48 hours!! The manager was so nonchalant, what do you want me to do about it? so inconsiderate!!! Never again!!!

Zero stars .Absolutely do not recommend. Had an issue with my front brakes. I called and was told it would be looked at the following day. Two days later after constantly calling and visiting, I went in as soon as the opened the following day to be told they could not work on my truck as it was too long and could not fit on the lift. (F250). Customer service was not very helpful nor friendly. Lying Over the phone to have my vehicle towed there was wrong. Over all I do not recommend anyone take their vehicle there. Don t let them fool you to believe they have opening.

After reading some reviews from 3 and 4 months ago, I was hesitant at first to go to Firestone but I had a wonderful experience.I had an appointment for an alignment and was in and out in less than an hour... Maybe they fixed whatever issue they were having.

This is one of my go to places in Williamsburg. They are efficient and friendly. One of their technicians, Will, was incredibly helpful over the phone and then personally helped me when I brought my care into the shop the next day. I ve done (a challenging) spark plug and wires replacement, new tires, new breaks and two state inspections here. They usually have my car finished ahead of schedule and are very upfront and open about costs. Also incredibly willing to work with your budget and provide guidance. When they are out of their depth they always let me know and recommend a dealer for the service. Absolutely fantastic team. Definitely recommend.

Down from Michigan had break failure and needed a quick turn around and we got it. All around pads and caliper replacement. Everyone was awesome. No drunken Managers berating the Mechanics in this State. My visit to this location has me wondering what the heck is wrong in Michigan.

They were ok ,But Rodney s Tires in Williamsburg was closed over the holidays,I could have gotten the same tire for 85$ (the same Firestone price) but Firestone charged a total of 131.$ for all other charges.,including a he 85$ tire.Had to replace my tire that day b cause I had flat tire on Dec27th!

I had a scheduled appointment and still had to wait over 1 hr for a simple oil change. They gave me a price over the phone then in person said it was going to be an additional 50.00 for a simple oil change. DO NOT go here. If I could give negative stars I would. Had an appointment for 9 am. Idk how but it apparently takes over 8 hours to change 4 tires. I wish I would have read the reviews prior. This is apparently a common trend with this place. It s amazing they re still in business. What is the point of having appointment times if they mean nothing. Absolutely embarrassing. At least they had a place to charge my phone. The also conveniently called me at 6 am saying the tires I paid for where out of stock and ended up paying an additional $300. Why you calling me at 6 am if you re not going to have my car done till 7:30 pm.Service: Tires

Georgette and her staff were great!They were short staffed, but made sure to keep me informed and did everything right! Everyone was polite and VERY professional and knowledgeable of what was needed!I will definitely return to this shop the next time I need tires or a service. This is the worst shop in Williamsburg, I have been forced to go here twice now due to my car being under Fleet Management. The first time I dropped my car here for a state inspection, I had told them not to contact me until after 12pm as I was having surgery. I woke up from surgery with three missed calls from the shop. When I went to pick my car up they had performed an oil change, not a state inspection.Now this time I spoke with someone over the phone and they assured me that if I dropped my car off over night they would get to it in the morning. I had a few appointments and needed my car back by a certain point, I wrote on my papers that I needed my car back by 12, at 11:30 I called up to the shop and they said my car was not going to be done and they needed a few more hours, as I was telling them I had things to do. I am frustrated that no one called to tell me that they were too busy.This shop does not care about their customer they are just interested in the most money that they can earn. I will never return to this shop again, I will go out of my way to drive an hour somewhere else to get repairs done on my car.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!

I bought 4 tires and a lifetime alignment from Firestone Complete Auto Care in Williamsburg. Angi and her staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure I knew all the facts before made a decision to purchase the tires. There was no pressure to buy and they even suggested that I do my research before I bought anything. I cannot speak for others who have used this Firestone but I would like to share my experience. My family and I took a weekend trip from Virginia Beach to Williamsburg and we had already planned on staying the night and going to Busch Gardens and Water Country. While we were in line to pay for parking at Busch Gardens are serpentine belt became damaged. On Sunday we went to Firestone without an appointment explained our situation. They were so kind and we left the vehicle and proceeded to go to Water Country via Uber and we came back around 3. When we arrived back understandably they were servicing those who had appointments. They close on Sundays at 5 but stayed until 6:30 and tried there hardest to fix our car and once they exhausted all efforts and belts they had at the store they allowed us to stay until we had an Uber lined up to take us home. So I would like to personally thank J.R., Mike and Georgette for everything. They could have just slapped something together and called it a day but I appreciate them making sure things were done correctly. I did not even know until I picked my car up that Georgette is the store manager which speaks volumes because most managers unfortunately would not have stayed with their staff so that also meant a lot of me. I see there are many mixed reviews for this store but I am thankful that our family was taken care of in our unforeseen event.

Long wait times even when they tell you it's first come, first serve, and you show up 10 mins before opening. Poor communication and lack respect.On a side note, coffee machine has been running out of pods and cups the 2 times I came, and TV does not work. Be careful relying on the 5 star reviews that are sharing pictures of how amazing this place is

Front counter staff is often not present, but even when they are they take an unacceptable amount of time (upwards of 5+ minutes) to acknowledge customers waiting at the kiosks, going as far as to even make eye contact and not greet the customer. Then will cut you off mid sentence when the phone rings and take 5+minutes with someone on the phone without so much as an excuse me or may I grab the phone beforehand. Happens every visit. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Don't seem to concerned about the customers. Dropped my truck off the day before for a 9am appointment, 4 new tires. Call at 12:30 and they were just starting on it so apparently it takes FIRESTONE 6hrs to change 4 tires!!! What good is an appointment???
