I bought gas here, it filled my car. The kids used the bathroom, they were clean. The location is nice.

A conveniently located gas station located near the highway and other food options as well as a hotel. The gas has been competitively priced and there are plenty of snacks and drinks to choose from inside as well as restrooms.

My husband and I, minus our cell phones (never again), ended up here after our truck broke down a few blocks away. The three staff members on the job went above and beyond to help us call for a tow, tried to get me a cab home and ended up using one of their own Uber accounts to request a ride for me. Wow. Who does this nowadays? Thanks, guys. You saved the day. We'll be back for some gas.

I don t think I ve ever written a review for a gas station. The young guy at the counter was exceptionally nice and seemed super happy about doing his job. The restrooms were clean and well stocked. They have hand sanitizer at the pumps. Overall just a great experience.

Quick in-and-out Service easy to find from the main Highway. Gas prices were reasonable and the restroom was clean. They weren't too crowded so the parking was open. Don't expect to have your car wash since it was closed and it look like it has been for a long time!

I went there they had some decent food it was quick on the go food but it tasted well and it was fresh and the bathrooms were very clean and it's not much more you can say about a gas station the people were polite and helpful

We stop at the pit stop several times a year on our travels and have always had a good experience with all their services. They have a good place to walk your dogs and we stopped there just before thanksgiving. My wife dropped her wallet on the ground in the dog walking area on this trip and we didn t discover it was missing until we arrived home that evening 200 miles away. We phoned that evening and a customer had turned it in. I spoke with the manager Mrs. Caroline Rose and she promptly put it in the mail the next morning. She was very pleasant and refused a reward or even reimbursement for shipping cost. We will definitely continue to stop there when we are passing through the area!

Urgently needed air and air pump not responding. After trying every combination of button pressing, swiping, insertion and tapping despite "welcome" LED image, asked cashier about it not responding. Her first answer, "1.50." Her second answer. "It not working." Seriously, this is the best answer, no suggestions? No suggestion to go elsewhere. Her answer was an offense to my cultural standard of American excellence.

Went to get a propane tank replacement. Gentleman behind the counter literally refused to provide service. Sometimes the experience here is quick, efficient, and friendly. More often than not however it s slow, and with quick unfriendly attitudes. I d rather drive a little farther than go to this location.

I stopped going here because EVERY time I stopped, the pumps are **always** out of receipt paper - thus I [always] have to go in. Going inside and waiting in line eliminates pay-at-the-pump convenience (it's always busy).My wife says the exact same thing - that the station does not stock receipt paper in the pumps (I guess it saves them $30 a month in overhead?) ...In summary, there are nearby gas/diesel stations that have better prices ... drive about 3-4 tenths of a mile, it's worth it.

Good station to refuel and to pick up a coffee. The issue is involving fair treatment across the board with customer service. I came in for coffee and the morning staff emember made a point of watching me make my coffee without any reason or conversation. I usually spend between 50-60 dollars at the station but if staff members can't show equal respect to customers then it is bad for business with this location.

Had a flat tire. The attendant, Mike?, working asked if we needed help. He asked some mechanics that happened to be getting gas if they could help us. The 3 kind gentlemen fixed the flat tire and helped us load everything back into our vehicle. Another nice family let us borrow their tire gauge. I cannot thank the 5 of them enough for their kindness. We are filled with gratitude.

So I went in the store at about 5am because I work near there. I needed gas( which is high btw) and breakfast because I woke up late so I needed this to be a quick in and out. I come in the store and I'm not even greeted( whatever it's early in the AM). I make my purchases and start to head to the counter(mind you this being only about 3 minutes) but the lady is nowhere to be found. The other guy that was in there told me" She may be in the bathroom for a while" A heads up would've been nice.

It's a gas station. Not much to like or dislike except the fact that u pay at the pump, touch yes for a receipt and it says cashier has receipt. Why pay at the pump if you still have to inside?

Micah was really helpful- I bought coffee and he replaced it with a fresh pot. Didn t have to do that- it was really great customer service. Thanks a lot!

It seems like everytime I go to an Exxon i don't get as much gas as if I go somewhere else. ( Even when it's cheaper there). But besides that the place was nice.

As soon as I walked in I was pleasantly pleased! The store smelled clean and looked clean!! the staff were helpful and kind!! I will definitely return here!!!

Your standard selection of things at a gas station. Several pumps which make it easy to get in and out. The gas is expensive but close to the highway, so it attracts people who would not drive a little further.

ya'll got the big pickles, i like big pickles, not the spicy ones tho ya'll need to keep those regular single packaged pickles in stock and I'll buy them out every time they restock

Very rude staff , dirty, and a women was told that she would have to buy toilet paper because they (not her) kept stealing it.Considering that the bathroom was very close to the food area I found this an infection hazard

Quick stop for gas. Love using the app to pay at the pump without even leaving my car, plus rewards points are always a bonus.

Price gouging, don't use this place. I understand charging a few more cents a gallon due to their location, but 20 cents more than most Williamsburg locations?
