Destiny Leland Was the highlight of my crazy day ! After speaking to another representatives that wasn t helping me understand my renewal and answering my questions correctly . Destiny came to the rescue not only answering my question but lowering my high renewal and car insurance. She is hands down the best . Mostly definitely will be contacting her if I have any other problems or questions! Thank you destiny

After speaking to three other representatives for direct auto and getting nowhere that helped, Destiny Leland solved all of our insurance issues and helped tremendously. Destiny Leland is a great representative for direct auto. She helped me with the issues and concerns I had swiftly and accurately I would recommend her and her services 10/10 as well as being very polite and patient.

I'm happy with the service that Destiny Leland provided me, I was looking for information and the person literally added me to her notes and called me next day after she found the answers, that's something that take time and make the different nowadays.

Destiny Leland Was truly the highlight of my day dealing with 3 other agents that really weren t listen understanding or the urgency oh my need and the reason why I was frustrated . When other agents told me wasn t possible she got done a true customer service gem and diamond in a pile of coal she needs a raise and a promotion ASAP

Service was great I had to go back and make some changes the associate handled everything very professionally I would recommend them for everyone
