Stuart Young, as always very attentive and helpful. He made sure to show me all my vehicles capabilities and that I knew how to do them. He made sure several times to ask if I had any questions. Our day ran into other appointments (Stuart has been with CMA Ford a long long time and has many repeat and referral customers), but Stuart maintained contact with everyone making sure everything was running smoothly and no one was being neglected in anyway. Awesome service Stu! Awesome Dealership CMA Ford thanks for ALL you did for my trade in and helping me get the best financing. Dwayne and the employees at this dealership are wonderful and thoughtful people. I put in an order for a 2024 Bronco in November, Dwayne updated me often and assisted with the build as well as answered any questions I had. I picked up the Bronco yesterday ( Jan 31) in perfect condition, financing was a breeze and everyone I engaged with was helpful and kind. Dwayne and CMA s Williamsburg ford give a new name and reputation to car salesmen . I won t be buying another new car anytime soon, but if I had to I know where I would be going. Thank you to the whole team

I would like to give a huge thanks to everyone at the CMA Ford Service Department. Everyone there made my experience friendly and hospitable. As soon as I took my Raptor in for a huge problem, DAVE (Service Dept.) took on the issue and executed as to what was need to get my truck done while being stationed in a different state and even though it was a lengthy process they expedited so I could have my vehicle returned before the holidays. JOE the Master Mech. took care of my vehicle as if it was his own. They actually made sure my vehicle was returned in better running shape than before I had turned it in. They definitely make me want to drive back to them from a different state to get any work done on my vehicle and they turn those Dealership Horror stories around. Again, big THANK YOU to them!

I am getting tires and rotors resurfaced. I really liked seeing that it's more than just about servicing and selling cars here. They are doing a really cool bike donation event benefiting the boys and girls clubs of America. Well done!

Me: traveling through Williamsburg, was driving for a few hours when some unusual sounds started around my tire. I didn't want to keep driving without checking it.The first Ford dealer I visited said they couldn't accommodate me, even just to have a mechanic come chat real quick and take a quick peak. I understand, but personally hoped for me.So I was directed to CMA Ford. I called them, they said come in.I arrived and worked with Brandon, who immediately threw it up on the lift, diagnosed the issue and got it resolved in under 15 minutes. It was a minor issue and I was on my way and cost me less than $30.As an army veteran coming up on Veteran's Day, I want to highlight how professional, friendly and helpful they were. If you are a fellow vet, I highly recommend coming here.. their 4.6 average review is well deserved.

My experience was good and pretty fast. STU was great. He helped me get use to driving a stick again after 10yrs ... although I came in pre approved He suggested I give it another shot with a different bank. I was reluctant because I didn't want a lot of hard inquiries. However I am happy that I tried ended up finding a credit union that offered a interest rate that was 3%less . I love my current credit union but less is best . . Thanks CMAWent in 1-24-24 looking to upgrade my mustang. But after careful consideration and advice, I decided it wasn't a good time. Im ok with that. I absolutely love my current car. It's a stick shift, something i dont see on the market, much for my specific make and model, so i guess that makes it rare and eventually somewhat valuable to a future stang owner who appreciates a good stick shift at a reasonable price. . Thanks, stu and cma staff, for excellent service.

We were a long way from home and found ourselves on the side of the highway with four young kids. We called multiple dealerships, and CMA s was the friendliest and most willing to help. Anthony in the service department helped us come up with a plan and sent a tech and a shuttle. The technician, Stephen, was knowledgeable and happy to help. They got us back on the road quickly and I am so grateful for their patience and kindness during a stressful situation.

Thank you so much to the whole team from CMA Williamsburg Ford. From start to finish the team there went out of their way to help me buy the right truck for me.Spring (Sales), Steve (sales) & Nick (Finance) all we re extremely knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. They knew their products well and laid out all the options for me so I could made the right choice for myself.I actually ended up purchasing some extended warranties on my vehicles. It is extremely satisfying knowing that the truck is going to be maintained & cared for by Ford techs who know what they are doing.I would absolutely recommend this dealership to any family or friends who are looking for 5 star service. Aug. 2023. I purchased a 2020 Ford Escape for my daughter. Car had just under 60,000 miles. It was presented as a reliable car. Within 6 months, car had 2 differentials installed, one return trip for brake caliper improperly installed, another few days in shop to repair check Engine light problem ($800) which dealer picked up part of, engine died while on a major highway ($500 repair bill and $500 towing bill). The service dept did get her a loaner for the weeks car was out if service, so I have no complaint there. It has just been a crappy car. To add insult, they offered me less than 50% of what I paid for the car 6 mo. ago. I understand there is a difference between bid and offered prices and normal depreciation, but over 50% in 6 mo? I probably paid too much for the car as I was in a hurry and didn't do proper due diligence. I will likely visit dealership next time It breaks down, but never again to buy.

We have great experience at CMA Williamsburg Ford. We were treated with hospitality and respect.Pete Jefferson your product specialist, did an outstanding job in initially greeting us, identifying what we were looking for, and allowing us to drive the 2022 Ford Edge Titanium home for the night, to get a better feel for the vehicle.Whatever obstacles we faced in getting the right deal done, were overcome by Pete giving us the correct and forthright information.Again ,we appreciate doing business with you, and hope to establish more long term and lasting business relationship in the days to come.

We purchased a truck from CMA this past weekend. I was truly impressed with everyone we dealt with during the process. Our sales specialist, Pete Jefferson, was personable, professional and a straight shooter. Everything he told us, which of course we did our own checking, was spot on. The finance guy, Nick, was very helpful and easy to work with. Both, really nice guys, even though they don't fish, ha-ha!!! Overall, a great unexpected experience. I highly recommend CMA.

On Dec 26 2023 I took my car in to the service department for an oil change. Dave (my service manager) immediately told me that there was a drive train issue that needed diagnosing so I approved for him to take a look. After he then tried to upsale me on some $200 lug nuts and brakes, I asked him to stick to the more pressing issue of the drive train which turned out to be rear differentials. I used my warranty company to cover the part. This is when my experience went from a 5 day wait period to several weeks and Dave was not doing anything to communicate with me causing the situation to get out of hand and me losing a job and without a car for 2 weeks and giving me a bad attitude every time I called for information.Then, as i had had enough, (Jan 9th 15 days later) thankfully, the service manager Jessy Jones sprang into action to rectify the situation. In a matter of hours she had everything back on track and helped me get into a rental until my car was finished. She really saved me from losing another job and was very patient and understanding. I'm an now a much happier customer.The custom service here is turning out to be the best part of this situation as Endurance warranty is prolonging this repair by continuously sending them bad parts to use. Jessie continues to stay in contact keeping me updated. It's been almost a full month and they still don't have a usable part all thanks the my awful warranty company. At this point Ford has gone above and beyond excellent customer service.

David L. has always been our trusted advisor for service at your store, We had a 7AM appointment but April recognized me and greeted me by name. She explained that she could get me signed in and offered her assistance. David subsequently kept me current on the progress with the replacement of the back-up camera.David and April not only keep us coming back for service, but they create new vehicle sales more than any salesperson. They deliver on value received from CMA and Ford Motor. This is high praise since I came out of sales and marketing.Please commend them both on a job very well done. Thank you.

Enjoyed working with the team at Ford Williamsburg. Rodney Diehl was great and easy to work with. I purchased long distance from Richmond also which says a lot about them. Consider test driving the Ford Escape while you re there. A great car!

This place ripped off my elderly parents. $800 for "fuel cleaning", oil change and brake fluid flush. Avoid this place. I am sending the invoice to VA AARP to make sure they are aware they are preying on the elderly. There are other dealerships. Avoid this one.

I have been going to CMA Ford for the past few years ONLY for oil changes so they will be documented on the computer system. Any work I need to get I will get elsewhere. It is at the point where I m angry and beyond frustrated because of the service they offer. The most recent service being I scheduled The Works Oil Change only be be informed that since my suv is now at 100k miles the antifreeze needs changing and the brake pads (front and back) are in critical condition and require immediate replacement. I brought the suv home to be inspected by my husband and other mechanics only to be told that there is more than half tread left on them and that they don t need to be replaced immediately. Anthony Romano is usually my service provider and he s a great guy, but this last guy that serviced my vehicle clearly tried to take advantage of me because I m a woman and he probably saw a quick and easy way to make his daily sales for the day. My husband is angry and frustrated because it s at the point where he can t send me to get an oil change without someone trying to take advantage of me.Living in Williamsburg, there are a plethora of other dealerships and mechanics that I can take my SUV to that won t try to gyp me.CMA, I know you can do better because I ve witnessed better customer service a few months ago! Retrain the providers and teach them to be honest!

The staff is very kind and professional. Any questions where answer. Great experience. My salesman, P.J., was spot on. Even though I purchased a Ford I would use any of their location's or dealerships after experiencing their high standards. I WILL recommend CMA over any other dealership. Ford Williamsburg s service department is top notch. The service department staff is friendly, efficient, helpful and extremely hard working. I go to Ford for my state inspection and not only is it always a quick process but they don t charge a fee for the inspection. I will continue to use Ford for any service I need in the future. Highly recommend.

I was working with Rodney, a sales associate. Originally I was looking at a 2022 Escape, but noticed a possible issue. Rodney recommended a 2019 escape with less miles. After much comparison and report checks, I went with the purchase of 2019 and I can't be anymore happier. This vehicle is exactly what I was looking for as far as options and condition it was in. I would like to thank Rodney for being very professional and atone to what I was looking for.

This is my second vehicle purchase from Williamsburg Ford. I consider myself fortunate to meet and work with Pete Jefferson. He knows the Ford products from top to bottom. Pete can answer any questions you might have and it soon became clear that he really knows what he s talking about. Pete was never once pushy. I found out that Pete has been with Williamsburg Ford for 10 years which is rare in the car sales industry! Williamsburg Ford has more inventory than any other dealership I looked at. If you are in the market for a new Ford, you owe it to yourself to check out Williamsburg Ford and be sure you look for Pete Jefferson. If a deal can be made, Pete will help make it happen.
