The tire I ordered is not on stock or somewhere out there I don t know. Get upset because the tire supposedly change on my appointment date. But everything went well the next day when The service manager told benjamin to give me a different tire that will work.. They extend an extra mile to make it work, Special thanks to Tawa Hey for fixing my tire and making sure it will be ready on time. Great Job Nissan Service Team.. keep up the good work Service: Tires

The ONLY Nissan dealership that we will use from now on! Great customer service, friendly staff and clean/comfortable waiting lounge. Steven, the service technician, was a miracle worker! He figured out that was making an annoying rattling noise in our brand new Nissan in minutes and had it fixed on the spot. Another technician spent 3 hours trying to figure it out with no luck! Service Manager was very helpful and friendly, he took the time to speak with us and had his best technician, Steven, help us out. If your vehicle needs service, don't bother looking around just let Classic Nissan Of Williamsburg take care of it!

Don t go for repairs unless you broken extra thing s broken on your car while get repairs. And when you ask for the owner or headed manager for lot number everyone including sales have no clue. Just a waste of space for this lot to be sitting here with a bunch of rude incompetent, people . Better of making another Fast-food restaurant I guarantee you get better service and it done right the first time.
