Best auto service experience I've ever had! The people are friendly and helpful. The work was great and completed in a timely manner. Also the price was much better than anywhere else I've been and no one tried to tack on anything unnecessary. I will definitely be back!

Carquest Auto Parts and Auto repair are the absolute BEST! Molly and Malcom are always professional and fair! My family have so much confidence in their performance, it is the ONLY place we take our vehicles for repairs!

My family and I were on our trip to Washington DC when we had car troubles. The tensioner bolt for the alternator/power steering belt had sheered off on our 2003 Subaru Forester. I Googled the closest auto parts store to buy parts to repair the car then we ended up at Carquest. I spoke with a young gentleman and I told him what happened. Without question, he said let s take a look , he ended up replacing the bolt and nut for the tensioner then we continued on our trip. I didn t catch the name of the young gentleman but I greatly appreciate how you helped out my family during that emergency situation. This person went above and beyond his job to help a family in need. Thank you so much!

Very disappointed... wife took my car (2011 Mercedes E-350) in for the Virginia state inspection and was told that a tiny tear (1/4 inch) on the very tip of both Bosch wiper blades purchased in Aug 2016 would fail the inspection unless replaced on the spot. No other part of either blade showed any sign of wear or tear. The inspector did not find anything else at all wrong with the car as I had replaced the brakes, tires, and wiper blades during the 75K maintenance in Aug 2016. When I showed the blades to the guy who inspected the car, he went right to the tip of each blade and pulled back on the rubber to tell me it would not pass inspection. When I questioned him about the lack of wear or tear anywhere else on either blade, he stated there was no way of him knowing when I purchased the blades, even though no other part of either blade is degraded at all and appear new and intact. I believe the tips of both blades were torn in this shop and because a female brought the car in, she was taken advantage of which sadly is very common to happen to female customers.

I always liked carquest ,for there parts and for the ability to get any part some other autopart stores can't get . You better not be in a rush. They will take there time . Love it it reminds me of the old original auto part store.

This place is a waste of time. Employees are extremely uneducated about automobiles and auto parts. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere you wont get completely screwed.
