I m so glad I brought my car to Caliber Collision to fix my car after I backed into a tree. They were super friendly and nice from start to finish. I got a phone call twice a week on updates and to top it off, my car was ready faster than anticipated! They did an incredible job! I highly recommend taking your vehicle there!!

This place was very professional, thorough, and fast. My truck was in and out in a surprising amount of time, as the parts were available allowing them to complete the work on time. The lobby has coffee and popcorn, and even a place for kids to play. The receptionist is nice and helpful. Dave took care of me and kept me informed through the whole process.

David is absolutely amazing! Anytime I bring my vehicle here I hope I get him as my tech. David is super nice and explains everything so that I understand. I trust him when my vehicle is here, and I know it s in the best hands. Wouldn t want to take my car anywhere else or have anyone else work on it! Been here a few times and never had a complaint. Polite and friendly staff, speedy service, and quality work!

Everyone from the young lady at the desk who was on a call, But still acknowledged me to my guy Ken who was in charge of my vehicle, they were on point. Ken kept me up to date with every movement my vehicle made. He would call and leave a message and also text to leave a message. I was very pleased at how he carried things out. I wish they had a service center in Virginia, as I know from how he took charge of my vehicle, if they had a auto service shop my vehicle would be well taken care of. Thank you Ken. Kendra and the whole team were amazing! This was a repair for an accident that was not my fault. I was kept informed the whole time and going through insurance was a breeze. This place gets a big high five from me!

Couldn t be happier. A deer ran out in front of my car one night driving back to Williamsburg from Richmond on Route 5. Called State Farm and they had the vehicle towed to Caliber. The very next day I got a call letting me know that they were very busy and it may take some time to get my car back. I asked them to do the best they could and they began the work. They got me an estimate the next day, gave me proactive status updates every other day, and finished the work a week early! Car looks better now than it did before the accident! I would highly recommend Caliber and their team to anyone. Big thanks to Heather, Sorin, and David! Y all did an amazing job! I hope I never need them again, but if I do I ll happily go back!

Someone hit my car in a parking lot, my side airbags deployed. The damage was mostly on my rim of my tire. For some reason I have no longer have usb-connection in my car after they did repairs. I plug my charger and there s nothing to connect to and all they can say is they didn t work that part of my car

I couldn t recommend the caliber of Williamsburg team any higher. Mr. Gladding and the whole crew at caliber took great care of me and my vehicle and treated me like a truly valued customer. I received all pertinent updates and got the level of individual care I would expect from a mom and pop shop from a large company. I will absolutely use caliber in the future if I end up needing any more work done.

This is not going to be a glowing review clearly since it only has 1 star. I'm going to keep the majority of my opinion to myself and include pictures and facts so you can judge for yourself if this is a shop you want to use. The majority of the damage was to the driver side and very minor dents. Mostly scuffs and paint work. Easy right? Original estimate was for a week. The car ended up being in their shop for 75 days, and it is now 5 months later and the repairs are still not completed. No I'm not kidding. The paint was very sloppy and way too heavy. There were a number of drips, over spray, and areas where it was clearly too much. The trim inside and outside all had issues. Door panels falling off and scratched, the bumper trim not installed correctly and broken, tools left under the hood, trim around the windows reused instead of replaced. The car was also not covered or protected during the repairs. The photos the Geico rep sent had parts laying on the roof, trunk, and on the leather seats with nothing covering any of them. I have now returned 3 times with the car trying to get various issues sorted out or damaged parts replaced. This last time was for a drip they missed on the last go around, overspray, and the front bumper trim which I've complained about every time I've picked it up. When I spoke to Manager about it I was "assured that nothing was broken and everything was installed correctly and there was nothing wrong with it". It was still very loose and clearly not fitting properly. Once I had some time to personally inspect the parts I found 9 broken clips on 4 separate trim parts. Also let me say that I know for a fact these parts were not broken before the accident and all this trim fit perfectly. Anyways, so I sent pictures to them and 2 weeks later and 3 unreturned phone calls I got an email stating this was pre existing and they are not responsible. What?! So the parts they took off and handled last are now broken.. At no point was I told there was pre existing damage ever. The ironic part, some of those parts with "pre existing" damage were brand new and installed by Caliber during the repair. Caliber also stated in the email that "we have repaired exactly what was discussed and what we as a company owe for". When I started this the customer service was amazing even with all the issues. However those people are no longer there or not working on this claim anymore. Now I'm being met with excuses and a general lack of interest in resolving the issues. The car as a whole looks nothing like it did before the accident and I'm left with broken parts and messy repairs and paint. I'm really not trying to blast them with a bad review, but considering all the issues and then to be told damages their shop caused are not being covered really was too much. A number of times I was reassured that if it wasn't right there was a lifetime warranty. But really if these are the results you get, and the customer service that they deliver, why? Do it right the first time and take care of the customer.Update: I contacted the email provided and they asked me to contact the regional manager. I did and we agreed to send it to Hampton to "make everything right". When I picked it up the front trim was indeed replaced and some minor scratches fixed but nothing else. The gentleman I spoke with mentioned he noticed how poorly the clear coat was applied and how there were trim issues but none of them were really addressed. He said he would talk to the regional about bringing it back in. I was never contacted after that, and when I reached out to the regional manager I was confused for another customer having issues. It's been 3 weeks and still no word. Can't say I didn't give them a second shot at making it right....Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My baby momma baby daddy done crashed into the BENZ outside the crib. Man let me tell you I was HEATED. But its cool cuz Caliber took care of my baby. They did an awesome job with the body and paint work! Everyone was mad cool too and they made sure we were in the loop the whole time my car was in the shop. Got it back on time and pulled off in the whip lookin fresh as hell. Caliber some real ones

Had an appraisal conducted at caliber collision and then had a number of issues1. Prior to appraisal young lady at front desk stated the appraiser would be a little behind guys in the back had "bumped" cars again!!2. After appraisal never heard back from Caliber Collision called at lest 5 times getting runaround he's not here he's busy final after getting frustrated with service was told we are going to decline repairs to your vehicleI have never written a review prior to this but would strongly recommend not using caliber collision in Williamsburg VAGunny USMC out

Caliber Collision performed scuff repairs to the front bumper and fender of my Escalade. The process was easy and they dealt with my insurance company without me needing to take any action. In my opinion Caliber failed to keep my family, your family, and the entire community safe by giving a vehicle back with no brake lights. Then the general manager trys to blame the customer. In my opinion Caliber did not complete the proper safety inspection and quality repair that a customer deserves when trusting them to provide adequate repairs. In my opinion you should not trust them to complete the work or even give them the opportunity to put you and everyone else in danger like they did my family. Horrible experience and I would never use them ever again. They would get negative stars if it was an option!!!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim
