Superb customer experience!!! Courteous, knowledgeable and personable staff. My mobility scooter stopped working while visiting from out of town, and they fixed it by installing two new batteries, and getting my drive/neutral lever unstuck. They also showed me a few things about my scooter that I didn t know. The store manager was very knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and happy. I also appreciate her keen insight and personable nature. I highly recommend!

I ordered the new golf cart battery's on Sunday and got a call on Monday morning saying that were ready for pickup.fast and friendly staff at the store over all a great experience and I will be shopping with them again.

Corey is such a blessing! We were scammed by our car dealer s service department and after all that the battery died. So Corey came to our rescue early on a Sunday morning and diagnosed and replaced the positive terminal on our battery, which the dealer failed to do. We are so grateful for his amazing customer service!!!! We will definitely be going back. Thank you!

Batteries Plus was the only retailer in the area who had in-stock batteries made by East Penn Manufacturing. I ordered online and I rcvd a call minutes later my two batteries were ready for pick-up.At pick-up, I encountered a helpful, friendly staff.

I have gone to this Battery Plus shop numerous times. The Staff are Always friendly and have great guidance. I brought a WaveRunner battery in to test. They kept it overnight to charge it back up so they could measure the remaining charge accurately. They treated me with respect and were very knowledgeable with their product.

I ve never been to batteries plus before. Was helped by Dominic at store #217, and helped by Tish, Josh, and Corey at store #662. They were all extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. I used to trust an auto parts store (Not going to name it here) for my car batteries. The experience I had with batteries plus solidified that I will never shop anywhere else than batteries plus. Not only were they awesome but I paid the exact same price for a better battery (higher AH) and a year longer warranty here than my previous go-to.

Great service. Went there today to see if they could replace my the screen on my s21 ultra. They had the parts to fix my phone and fixed it within 1 1/2hrs. Friendly staff and very helpful.

The team here is incredible every time we need assistance. Corey got us out of a huge jam with a dead car battery efficiently half an hour before closing and made us feel welcome the whole time despite the time crunch. His customer service, expertise, and kindness is always appreciated!

My laptops battery has been acting weird. I wasn't sure where to start, or where to take it for that matter. I finally just took the plunge and headed to this Batteries Plus location. I felt a little dumb, not knowing what to do, but the gentlemen there, I can't remember his name but I think he was wearing blue nail polish, he helped me find somewhere that could get the job done and you have no idea how greatful I am to him. Thank you for the excellent service. I'll never buy a battery on Amazon again.

Awful experience. Went in to have a phone screen replaced and immediately after the phone started constantly restarting. Brought it back in then said said there was water damage, then said it was the battery, then said they give me half off a new battery, then said no it wasn t the battery. They did refund my money, but I went in with a fully functioning phone with a cracked screen and left with a non functioning phone with that same cracked screen. Stay away. The techs are incompetent and they won t stand by the work.

Great place. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They did not have the special lithium batteries i wanted in stock, but it was shipped to the store quickly and work perfectly. I will order more! The bulb selection is fantastic. They have had, in stock, many rare bulbs I have needed. Keep up the great work

I ordered online and picked up in-store an hour later. Sales associate was very helpful and checked to make sure I had selected the correct replacement bulb. Explanation about the exchange policy was helpful as well in case the product didn't work correctly.

I just arrived home and wanted to share my exceptional experience at the Williamsburg Batteries Plus. Earlier today, the battery on my Chevy Silverado died. I called the store to check inventory and was told that everything I needed was in stock, with several pricing options. When I arrived, I learned that I had provided inaccurate engine size information, but that wasn't a problem, as they also had the larger battery in stock too! From there, Corey was quick to prepare for the install in the parking lot. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The most impressive piece was the friendliness and willingness to help. While I recognize that battery install in the hot sun isn't a "favorite" part of the job -- I would never know, as Corey was laughing through the entire project. Exceptional customer service like this needs to be noticed and applauded Well Done!

I went in here today for the first time. I easily placed my order online and went to the store for installation. My car was a little tricky to get the battery out, but the staff here was relentless and took the time to get it swapped out. I can't recommend this place enough. Also, for what I need there batteries were 30% cheaper than the auto store equivalents.

Fast service on phone battery replacement (<15 minutes) and very good stock of batteries, chargers, etc. I was able to receive a $10 discount on the service since I reserved a time by email but also decided to purchase an auto battery charger while there and received a $10 discount on that item too. Friendly and knowledgeable staff in the Williamsburg, VA store and there were at least 3-4 working there at noon on a Monday, so no customers were waiting at all.

Ordered six batteries for my golf cart and one for my car online at 8pm. Received an email at 8am the next morning that they were ready for pickup. Once I arrived, they quickly took my old batteries out of my trunk and placed my new ones in, all in less than 15 minutes, in and out! Great price, Great service.

Placed order online for a new Truck battery. While they did not have the specific battery in stock they had a comparable Duracell Gold in stock. They installed it in 20 minutes and refunded me the difference. Great service and it never hurts that these Duracell automotive batteries are Made in the USA!

The folks that work there are always super-helpful, greet you as soon as you walk in the door and sometimes even help you with things that you didn't know the store would be able to help with! They aren't pushy at all - and also are attentive to current pandemic protocols so I feel safe going into the store. And Chris who last helped me also has a warm sense of humor :-)

Super fast customer service. Darrius got me wishing a minute of coming I tot he store and had me set up before I could even figure out what battery I needed on my phone. The other guys helping a customer with a lantern seemed friendly also. It s good to see a manager up front helping nowadays. I will definitely come back next time I need oddball batteries.
