Auto Haus is awesome!I purchase a BMW M3 from them, and the entire process with smooth and easy. But that is the easy part.The best way to judge a business is how they respond when there is an issue to deal with. I discovered an issue with the top after purchasing the car, and was given a sky high repair estimate by the BMW dealer. Auto Haus' service department reviewed the issue, and discovered that the BMW diagnosis was wrong and repaired the issue for about 15% of the cost BMW quoted. They did their research and took the time to make it right.The service manager, Preston, was on point and communicated well the entire time. And his technicians were incredible.If you are looking to purchase a car or have any work done on your car, Auto Haus should be your go-to.

I have brought many vehicles. This dealership has been the best. Front the receptionist, to my salesperson Jason, to the sales manager, to the finance manager and even the owner. I have never felt so special, like royalty . From this day forward I will only buy a vehicle from Haus Auto of Williamsburg. Out of 5 stars I rate them 10 stars.

I recently had a significant issue with my 2013 BMW 335i - a fault with the variable demand oil pump. My experience with Auto Haus was exceptional from start to finish. They provided a detailed estimate and presented me with various options for repair, including the possibility of replacing the engine with a used one.I ultimately decided to go ahead with the engine replacement, and I couldn t be happier with the outcome. The used rebuilt engine runs incredibly smooth, and the car feels like new again. Throughout the process, Autohaus demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to providing top-notch service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of automotive repairs or maintenance.

When you re in the market for a used car and you want a top- notch, personal and no pressure experience, Auto Haus of Williamsburg s the place to go! The cars are all beautiful - outside, inside and mechanically. It can be daunting to purchase a used vehicle but the care Auto Haus gives their cars made me confident that I was making a great purchase. Thank you for the super professional experience!

Me and my Wife had an amazing experience!!! It all started with the customer service when we called about a Mercedes-Benz. Harrison who was one of the salesman was able to hold it for us and we made a hr & half drive to see it and test drive it. He had it already pulled up to the front for us like he said he would. No extra, No pressure, and was honest and upfront about everything. We loved the car! And started the buying process, we went thru our bank which made it easy to apply for the car. Between the bank and forwarding over all the paperwork was so painless. Within under 2 hrs we had bought and signed for our new Benz we been looking for over 2 months. Vincent, the sales manager was great as well! He love that he could sell us this beautiful car to a beautiful family which made it even more special for us. We would highly recommend if your in the market for an import. Harrison also filled up the tank before we left and left a treat for me and my son in the car . Thank you so much for everything!!!

Excellent experience with Vince and Auto Haus. I have purchased many cars and motorcycles but I must say the whole entire process and experience was super smooth and pleasant dealing with the Auto Haus group. I will be buying another car from Vince in the very near future! Best experience so far.

Chase and Vince were very professional and knowledgeable. When I took the car for a test drive and I got lost they just simply said that they saw me circle around the dealership three time. They made me feel comfortable and respected. I would recommend allowing my family friends and coworkers to explore Auto Haus for their next car buying experience. Was not welcoming at all, Steven knew I was coming to test drive a specific car but once I got there I couldn t drive it & than mysteriously someone else had the keys to a car we are looking directly at but he wasn t there with the car key, so I couldn t even look inside it, it gave they didn t want me to drive or see that car & assumed I didn t have the money or qualifications for that car, They were being very hypercritical & prejudice

I missed out on the chance to snatch the car I wanted, however Jason remembered me and my information and texted me as soon as he got in another Mini Copper for me. He was very patient and willing to work with me, and they're very good on pricing and adjustable.

I couldn t ask for a better online buying experience than with the people at Auto Haus, Jason, Vincent and Steve, were very friendly and professional, answering all my questions, sending me extra pictures and setting up my transportation. I had an issue with my tail light, drivers side, on my Smart For two. I took a chance and went to Auto Haus in Williamsburg on Saturday, 09/02/23.I met Ian, the service parts manager. I know on Saturdays it's very busy, or there is no staff working. He dropped what he was doing and helped me. Excellent customer service. Bought a car there and drove 3 hours to get it.Got there was told my car wasn't worth what we talked about even though that wasn't true.I found out later who bought the car what they paid and what it's now selling for double what he gave me on trade .I haven't had the car three days and found several issues.The car brakes were squeaking very loudly I thought maybe wasn't anything I asked the manager at the dealer he said the brakes had been changed all the way around car was tip top . Partly correct the rear had been changed not the front .The trunk want close at times it will open every time you close have to keep doing it and hope it stays .The washer fluid pump for the windshield wipers does not work as well .So you can clean the windshield.I took the car to a Mercedes repair shop and found these issues the front brakes need to be done as well as these other things i mentioned.The manager told me i needed brakes on my car which wasn't true no squeaking or squilling from my car the trunk stayed closed I kept the car serviced by the same shop 2013 s550 4 matic he told me my car was only worth 6000$ and it's being sold for 14k.The manager never responded to me after text and calls and even sending a video of the trunk not working properly the gas flap does the same thing periodically there is know way the previous owner didn't know this.They refuse to help me basically blew me off .

Both Rory and Dale were great and really worked with me to get me in my C300. I was looking at 3 cars with them 2 C300s and a BMW 328. One of the C300s was on another lot. They let us take another Mercedes to get it so we could test drive the C300 on the way back to compare the 2013 and 2012. They both respected my eye for what the cars very minor issues were and agreed to fix all. It was such a good experience that we almost bought two cars from them that day. My hope is that this level of service will continue as it is hard to find these days. Good job guys I'll see ya soon.

I'll be honest: the service here is competent but you have to get past the slightly hostile service writer. Disinterested at best; haughty and dismissive at times, like customers are a problem to be endured.

Preston, Mikey, and Chase all have excellent customer service in the service department. I brought my car in for a coolant leak and had it out of the shop in no time. Ian was also very knowledgeable when I asked him a couple questions about part availability. All around great service!

This is the classic take your vehicle in for just an oil change and they end up charging you for a bunch of other stuff you don t need or want. Took my car in for an oil change and ended up with a $265 bill. Be very careful with their online approval process. Doesn t work well and its difficult to tell what you are approving. I approved of only a $98 oil change. They tried to bill me for an air filter and to fix a oil pressure switch light that came on, this came out to the $265. The air filter replacement was $95 and the pressure switch light was something like $72. They said the light was the result of a loose fuse. Didn t buy that. And wasn t paying for that. 1/2 mile down the road this light came on again after I left the dealer. I knew it was a problem but didn t request them to fix it. Which they didn t and were going to charge me. The filter is a $10.95 part that takes 30 seconds to replace, no tools needed. I requested they put my old one back in. When I arrived I took my air filter out and saw it was in excellent shape. I ended up paying for just the oil change but they were going to charge memuch more on things I didn t need. This dealer is committing fraud, plain and simple. Never will I go there again.

Fantastic time today with the purchase of our 2018 GLE. Ken, our salesman, did a fantastic job. He was very informative on the questions we had but also gave us time to explore all the features on the vehicle. Once we got to finance with Diana, things were a breeze. Our folder was assembled completely and prefilled with all the info to save us time through the process. Great experience overall and I work in the auto industry. Would recommend this dealer to anyone.
