They were very friendly and Professional. I don't normally leave my vehicles without knowing who works on them but the atmosphere and homey feeling made my feel okay and it payed off! Thank you Erica and all the mechanics for being AMAZING!

Auto Clinic was very professional in working on my Nissan Frontier Truck. They provided an in depth analysis on my truck and fixed it ahead of schedule! Staff was very friendly and courteous! Thanks for a job well done!

I have a 2002 Dodge Dakota that I love for sentimental reasons. Over the last 5 plus years I have been taking it to Chuck at The auto clinic for all my work to keep it on the road. They have done an outstanding job in maintaining my truck safe and sound. All due to my sons recommendation I stopped using my old Auto service provider and started using TAC. I trust in their work and recommendations as needed. Great staff and I appreciate what they have done for me.

A Big Shout Out for The Auto Clinic at Longhill! Absolutely the best auto service I have experienced. The drop-off appointment was for an oil change, "inspection", wiper blades, tire pressure check. The front desk associates were friendly, smiling, knowledgeable, and understanding of my needs. The tech, Shay Hess, completed my services efficiently, and professionally. He courteously communicated with me thorough the appointment. I received an intensive "Health Inspection" report for my car in text. The report earmarked "red" urgent; "yellow" non-urgent (tech noted when due); "green" passed. The report was very clear and I understood the details. They had gone over my car "front to back & under the hood" to give me an honest assessment of the condition of my car. I appreciated their far- beyond-what-was-expected exceptional service. Prices were quoted in text during the work, so I could okay my requested work and the "red" urgent service found. Final invoice total did not differ from this. The invoice also noted what would be needed and when. I greatly appreciated this heads up. I am so glad a neighbor recommended The Auto Clinic at Longhill. I could not be more pleased. They even buffed out some paint scuffs. My car is purring.

TAC Auto has been my "Go To" Car Clinic since we came here 15 years ago! They have literally kept my BMW X3 going in tip top shape for all those Years. Everytime, I think it is time to move on to another car, they fix whatever is wrong for 1/2 to 1/3 rd the price of the dealership. They are always helpful, friendly, and most of all honest and dependable.

Excellent service with scheduled oil and filter changes and tire rotations. However, a little on the pricey side! Probably better than the dealerships prices, but still more than I expected for both vehicles.

I have always taken both on my MGB s to the Auto Clinic. They have successfully fixed all the issues and are timely and cost effective. I have also taken our other cars there for typical service and occasion repair and again, are most satisfied. You really can t go wrong here. A very strong endorsement from me to them.

We're from out of town and our brakes failed in Williamsburg. TAC was helpful and so professional. They're a whole 'nother level of professionalism, with a web-based detailed diagnosis that put us at ease. They completed the work ahead of schedule and below the estimate. We're very pleased. I wish we could take them back home.

This was my first experience with TAC. The woman at front desk told me they would inspect my vehicle & contact me first if they found any problems & give me a price estimate before any work would be done. It went exactly like she said. I met Brian, one of the mechanics & two people at front office. Everyone was kind and professional. Reasonable prices. I will definitely be going back & referring my friends there! Thank you TAC.

I needed to update the maintenance on my 2011 Subaru Outback and the auto clinic did a excellent analysis and provided a detailed report of what needed to be fixed. I decided to fix most of the issues immediately and they provided a detailed cost estimate and scheduled the repairs for the next day. Car was ready on time and the cost was exactly as provided. Transmission FailureEverybody was great at TAC. Informed me on status, which was important to us since we were renting a car (from Kansas).Getting a new transmission was slow, but not there fault, no transmissions in stock for quick delivery. Once transmission was delivered it was a quick turnaround.Very happy with services.Bruce Bessey

Just discovered this shop which is about a mile from home, from a friend. They did a thorough check of my entire car which I trust was done well and for a very reasonable fee. Very friendly group. I ll go back!!

GOUGERS!!! Stay away! When the Honda dealership recommended two fluid replacements for a total of $250, I thought a) they might be making it up, and b) it's got to be cheaper to go to a family-owned local garage. I dropped it at Auto Clinic at Longhill and told them I didn't know if the services were even needed, was told they would let me know. A few hours later I was notified they had done the work (without contacting me) and the total charge was $460! Plus they told me I needed new brakes, when the dealership had told me two weeks earlier the brakes were fine. Never again!The gougers response below that my estimate from the dealer did not include parts is absolute nonsense; it was for the total job. And are they suggesting they charge over two hundred dollars for transmission and brake fluids for a Civic? Hah!Services: Transmission, Brakes

Yesterday was my second visit for inspection and oil change of my much loved 2012 Camry. They pointed out that the car needed transmission fluid exchanged, quoted a reasonable price, and offered to do it then if I cared to wait. No hassle or threats of dire consequences. Yes, do it! I am so pleased with the professional work and friendly personnel here. I will happily sign up for an appointment and continue to use Auto Clinic.Services: Transmission, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

They did a lot if work on my 2008 Honda pilot. They broke a bolt fixing the AC. We split the cost. Thought they fixed the engine light error. It came back. Good mech. But not sure if they get it right at times. I feel if they brake it, they owne the fix, not the owner. Still get the engine light on. But now have a Prius as primary. Need to put the customer first. But otherwise they are a good ship
