I was very impressed with not only the shop but the employees as well. They were kind, considerate, and honest. The work they did on my truck was exceptional and they were able to get it done in time for us to head back home. I can t thank them enough for helping us in our time of need. I would highly recommend American Pride. Thank you for everything.

I was so afraid to switch from my dealership to American Pride, but I could not have been more satisfied and confident in the work that was done. From the first phone call to the end of my time there yesterday, I was amazed at the detail and professionalism that resulted in an excellent job and in my having such confidence in American Pride.Yes, I m repeating the term confident, but that is the essence of this review.I have to admit that I thought that I might have gone to the wrong place as they are titled American Pride Truck Shop, but the name didn t matter at all.BTW, if you need to wait for your vehicle to be serviced, their waiting room is very comfortable, including a clean bathroom.

Came in for an alignment on my truck. Overall good experience. Had a very good conversation with gentleman at counter. Wish they would provide before and after printout of alignment. Will come back.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this company. The diagnostic fee was very expensive, i understand why so because my vehicle is a diesel and they tend to be more difficult to repair and such. I had an exhaust fluid system failure, they came to me with the price of $3,000 to fix the issue (including diagnostic fee) which was absolutely absurd to me. They told me a few other things that were wrong with my truck which I am thankful for, but the price to fix those other issues were also very much overpriced. I took my truck down the road to another mechanic shop to get another diagnosis and they called pride ridiculous for the amount they tried to charge me. I understand companies need to keep doors open but i don t understand how people can take vehicles here when you can take it 15-20 minutes down the road and get much better assistance and more helpful workers without being charged an arm and a leg. I have brought other vehicles here and I have known that they re prices were much higher but I would definitely consider another shop. Other than prices and such I believe they do a decent job with work completed.

Very friendly staff and comfortable waiting room with drinks and snacks. I was overdue for my state inspection and they fit me in and finished in a reasonable timeframe. I highly recommend them.

I took our church van in to find out what was causing the ABS, emergency brake and auto-track light to stay on and they found a mouse had eaten the wiring in the back by the gas tank. They said the gas tank would have to be removed and it would cost $1,200.00. I asked them why they couldn't just move the wiring harness away from the gas tank and repair it, but they insisted that the gas tank had to be removed. I am a mechanic and I know what I'm talking about. I could have done the job myself, but agreed to let them do the repair since they said the gas tank had to be removed. When they called to say it was ready I specifically asked if they removed the gas tank and they said yes. When I got the van home I was painting under the van because of a rust issue and found the gas tank was NOT removed. I took pictures and called them and told them the gas tank was never removed. The manager of the store said the technician had indeed just dropped the gas tank (not removed it). They charged the church approximately $821 for removing the tank and repairing the wiring. The manager did agree to give us a $400 credit which we took because we are done doing business with this company. We have dealt with this company for many years with different vehicles and now am wondering how many other times we have been charged for something like this. We have lost all trust and will never go back. (Have to give 1 star or it won't post)

I could not be more impressed with the consideration, care, fairness and professionalism shown me by everyone I have had the pleasure of meeting at American Pride Truck Shop. What a pleasure and what a difference from a local dealership who kept my car for a total of 6 weeks this summer - and returned it to me only partially repaired - paving the way for it to stop functioning and leaving me on the side of I 95 in midday with 99* temp. for 3 hours.American Pride is devoted to providing professional work and excellent customer service for a fair in price!It is a company you can trust with such a valuable service!

American Pride Truck Shop did a great job on inspecting and calling out components that needed repaired/replaced. Their attention to detail is excellent and the system they use online to itemize and show pictures of the problem areas is fantastic! Finally, they make every effort to make sure the work is done when they say it will. Nothing but positive for me.

Had safety issues with my lift kit (installed by another shop). These guys got me in and taken care of same day. Wouldn t recommend another shop more than American Pride. Thanks guys

I had an unexpected trip out of town on Monday. Saturday I went on to American Pride site toSchedule and oil change Monday morning, on Mooretown Rd. It was so easy. I took my car in for the oil change. They looked over my car as was expected, the difference here was they showed me what I had vs what I needed done to my car. With photos. I found the prices were fair for what I should expect for the services. They quoted prices for the regular service stuff that needs to be maintained, too.The print out was super easy to read and understood. They also sent it to a link that was even easier to understand. This was new, as this was not my first time there. I literally thought it just keeps getting easier.The atmosphere while I waited was very welcoming. Plenty of nice chairs to sit in, in a room that was quiet, but not cut off from the office. The team were very friendly yet professional and offered coffee as well as wifi access while I waited.I think the best thing was, I walked out feeling okay about what I spent, not at all like I just got ripped off. Thats a great feeling walking out of a car care place. I will be returning for all my car maintenance. Simply a great experience.

I was originally going to go with another truck shop to install a 3.5 inch lift kit and new tires on my Dodge 1500 Ram Bighorn. Someone told me to check A.P. first. Although I committed to the other shop, they were expensive, couldn't get me in for two months, and customer service never returned my phone calls, and was unprofessional at best. I reached out to the Truck Shop to get another opinion. On the phone, I immediately felt a valued customer, speaking with someone who knew exactly what they were talking about, wasn't cocky, and invited me to come in to see what they could do for me. Although a nearly 2 hour drive, I was so impressed with him I decided to do it. Not only did I find the shop clean, professional and comfortable I immediately was kindly greeted by TY BALCH. Although clearly busy, he stopped what he was doing and calmly, clearly, intelligently and patiently answered the 2 pages of questions I had written and prepared. Something the other shop didn't have time for and treated me as a novice. He step by step, patiently, sometimes twice for clarification, gave me a "warm and fuzzy" I was speaking to a true professional who truly cared about me and doing a great job. Further, I had a list of parts the other truck shop was trying to sell me that probably would have made him a good little commission, told me I didn't need any of them, saving me at least a $1,000. Who does that? Ty did and I cancelled my other appointment, and got one with him for a week away, not a 2 months. In addition, after hearing I was two hours away, he arranged a rental car for me because it will be a two day job and I only have one vehicle. And he did it at a reduced price, I don't have to do a thing, it probably would have been difficult for me to do that. I sincerely appreciated his honesty, candidness and professionalism. He is obviously in the right job and I respectfully request his boss/superiors commend him in front of the entire staff as an example of professionalism. I would also HIGHLY recommend him for more responsibility, accelerated promotion and leadership positions. He is the kind of employee a company really wants to keep around. I have no doubt my decision was sound (even with a 2 hour drive) and can't wait for them to finish the truck. If the rest of the shop is professional as he is, and that is what I observed, I'm going to be very happy with the final outcome. Maybe I will review again and post some pictures! This shop was most impressive. Top quality work at a very reasonable cost. How does it get better than that. My go to shop from now on. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience with American Pride Truck Shop. Needed a fleet of vehicles inspected & they were able to get me in on short notice. Inspections were thorough- detailed invoicing and work reports- very honest and fair. I felt like they were very efficient and time management was out of this world. Front reception staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and provided excellent customer service- barnone.I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody I know.

Excellent communication and service for my vehicles and camper. I appreciate Ty and the professional knowledge of the whole team. They text updates, photos and explain the work. I have been to 3 of their locations and the quality is the same. They don t just fix the problem they help me maintain my vehicles to avoid issues.

I went there for a state inspection, after arriving I expressed a concern with a conflict in my schedule, thinking I wasn t going to have enough time, I was going to reschedule. The people at this shop were so polite and helpful they moved a few things around and got me right in and right out. They didn t need to do this but the fact that they were willing to spoke volumes of who they are as a shop. While I was waiting I had a few conversations with the people working up at the front desk, they were down to earth very friendly people. I will definitely be going back there and recommend anyone who needs auto services to there as well, you will not be disappointed!

I have stopped using costly factory dealerships that could care less about me the customer. American Pride is a great family owned business that provides professional service. Their personnel are always courteous and friendly. The technicians are well trained and up to date with factory recommendations and current service standards.

We sent our truck in for a coolant flush. We needed the truck back the same day and they made sure it happened. They also gave us a list of other services that the truck would soon be needing. They were super friendly to work with and 'll happily do business with them again.

I am from out of state, have never been a customer of American Pride but the service staff and mechanics went out of their way to whatever it took to get my vehicle back up and running to get my family home safely. I cannot express how nice and professional they were, especially Ty. I recently bought a ford truck a month ago and Ford motor company refused to help me asap and led me in the wrong direction wasting valuable time I didn t have. Thanks again to American Pride Automotive for they did for me and my family.

American Pride Automotive (previously Colonial Foreign Car & Accent Autos) has performed nothing but outstanding service on my 1998 Jeep, my 2005 and 2018 Odysseys, AND my 2001 Miata SE for well over 15 years. I have always known and been confident that my vehicles were in very good hands. In late December 2023 APA performed an immediate brake service on my wife s 2018 Odyssey. It seems that the brake pads became defective while under warranty. Billy Weston, Service Director, and his Technicians turned Cindy s Odyssey around in record time. Mr Weston and crew finished up their great work with the final stamp of approval. He added to my wife, Mrs. Gates, you Odyssey is in great shape and you are ready to roll once again". There was nothing routine about the brake service, and I wish to express my sincere gratitude and "thanks very much" to Mr. Weston and his crew for their "can do" attitude, dedication, hard work, and ensuring the final maintenance step for our Odyssey and that it was roadworthy . I recently brought my Ford E450 Shuttle Bus here after a recent purchase with plans to convert into an RV. Decided to have the nice folks at American Pride do their $99 comprehensive inspection before I started building. Though I received bad news regarding a substantial amount of work needed to make a safe conversion, I was happy that I received as thorough of an inspection as I did for a bus that I could have sunk deeper into the hole with financially. Overall, American Pride were very professional, kind, and exceeded my expectations for the work they did! Thank you!

The staff at American Pride Auto was super trustworthy and responsible. I unfortunately had to have my transmission replaced, but they took care of me and got me back on the road. They have a great rewards program which gives back to the customer and are super transparent throughout whatever maintenance care your vehicle needs.

I was stranded coming back from Virginia Beach from a car show and was headed to my home in Pennsylvania in my truck when my vacuum pump froze up and caused my serpentine belt to snap. Truck was stranded right off the highway so I unloaded my car from my trailer to drive it around to find parts and a tool set to replace them. I came across this shop headed to Home Depot and if I lived down in the area I would take my truck here for everything! A gentleman was outside and brought me inside and helped me locate the parts since they did not have one in stock unfortunately, they even gave dealerships and auto parts stores calls to help find the parts since they are discontinued. They where a huge help and just with that customer service I would recommend this shop to anyone! They could of easily said they don't have it and let me walk out but they did not and they helped me out and made sure they found a shop with the part I needed to help me out! Thank you again for the great customer service and locating the parts for me! Truck was back on the road in no time!

Absolutely by far the best mechanic shop I've been to. The entire staff is very engaging and easy to talk to. They really valued me as a customer and gave me good fair prices. I will not be taking "MIDNIGHT" anywhere else!. Thanks guys you're awesome

My wife and I cannot express the gratitude we have for this company. As visitors to the area, celebrating their honeymoon, having car trouble was super disappointing. Yet, Alan and Katie reassured us that we were in great hands. From the welcome at the door, to a detailed diagnosis of auto mishaps, and constant reassurance, truly we were beyond impressed. Our truck is moving better than it was before and this is all accredited, to the amazing service we received. Upon our exit, Alan and Katie reassured us again with warm regards, congrats, and special recommendations for the area.
