Very rude staff....had a flat tire and had to get a lug wrench to get bolts off. Struggled so I went back inside to ask if they had a air compressor to get it and they said no...I asked if they could help me dislodge it and the older guy looks at the younger man while the younger man was sitting on the ladder while on the phone and asks if he go outside to see if he could help. Younger man looks up at me and says no. I left! Never will I go back!

Wonderful service at this location. When visiting from Georgia needed battery replaced and also cables. These guys were quick to determine the problem and refer me to a nearby shop to work us in and get us safely on the road in a short period of time.

This is the only time this has ever happened to me ever, and I'm bothered by this. I walked into this location to pick up a order gentleman puts my order onto a cart I push the cart out by myself put my items into the car by myself I'm black also. Not even a few minutes later a white lady goes in behind me with a little less than what I have, and the same gentleman puts her things on the cart, and takes it to her car. I'm very disappointed in that. I might also like to add the Lightfoot location has excellent service I have never experienced that with any of the staff there we laugh when I come in for myself, or customers. I've had the privilege of praying for someone at that location in Lightfoot, and it's always been total respect over there. When I drop off my orders the men usually come running to help. It's unfortunate, but I'll never pick up another order from this location. And, I'm sincerely praying for you all.

Customer service was awful. The manager at this location was rude from the first moment we walked in the store. We didn't appreciate the "That's the way it is. " statement we got several times. And he would not give me the name of his supervisor when I asked. Stark contrast to the friendly and helpful customer service we received at the location in Lightfoot a just a few minutes earlier. We will not be going back to this location. We will go to the friendly location with good customer service in Lightfoot.

Michael was the best! Even with a difficult battery install in my car he took it in stride and completed it in much less time if I tried to tackle myself. This is the 2nd battery I have had installed at Advance recently and their service never disappoints.

This store very unprofessional. As a customer upon entering the store I greeted the employee by the name of Jeremy. He just looked and never responded. Upon checking I realized I had forgotten my military I.D for my 10% discount. I went to my car and I found it and I came back in the store to see if I could receive my 10% discount. The night manager on shift said the I.D must be presented upon completion of transaction. I completely understood that as well. My only problem is that as a manager he was quick and short and appeared to be rude as if he could have cared less. I don't expect him to we are just customers. I'm Fighting to protect this country and to come back home to be treated as of nothing. This is Williamsburg not an area of the ghetto where people accept this type of behavior. Come on Advance on Merricmac Trail, you guys have got to do better than this.

I was greeted at the door, asked to be directed to the stop leak for power steering and he brought me right to it! Very courteous and knowledgable... and they have a discount for Veterans which is an added bonus!

Had an issue with my car. Had to order it, took to long. So the parts guy I dealt with took it into his hands did some crosschecking. Find another bolt that worked. While trying to get the bolt on. The car slid off the jack. Nobody hurt. He brought two jacks out we got the car in the air. The bolt went in and I was on my way. Great help and great job doing the right thing. I asked if I owed him anything for the help and use of his personal tools. He just smiled and said No!

Closed at 7PM when they should be open until 8PM per their website AND "Fast and Free" promise. If I knew you closed at 7pm I wouldn't have placed the order or driven the whole way to your store to waste time and gas to pick up the replacement battery for my wife's car that needs to be installed tonight.

I did not catch her name but we just had a wonderful sales associate go above and beyond her call of duty to help a couple of out of towners change an unexpected burnt out head light. We had tons of trouble no tools and then tool trouble. She helped us through it even in the end showed my husband how to remove corrosion off my battery. Definitely made the 30 minute long adventure of changing 2 headlights a easier than if we would of tried it ourselves. Thank you for all your help today!

The location off of Rt 143 in Williamsburg is poorly run. I went in told them that I was in a hurry. The manager asked what I needed and I told him a Qt of oil and a filter. He called for someone else to come and help me and it took an additional 5 minutes to explain to him about my car and what I needed. He couldn't even understand that a Pontiac Torrent starts with a P and a T. Then it took an additional 5 minutes to figure out what oil was the cheapest on the shelf! I'm shocked at the lack of experience this location has! My husband and I frequent Advance Auto shops often and have never experienced this kind of experience. This was by far the worst experience ever! I felt like the guy on the computer was more interested in his computer than he was in helping paying customers! Next time I'll go across the road to Auto Zone! This was not a speedy place, even when I was the only customer there!

On vacation and our truck started running very rough. Stopped at the Williamsburg Va store 02101. Mike W was exremely helpful finding exactly what was wrong and what part was needed. My husband bought the parts and tools needed to fix our truck right there in the parking lot. Thanks Mike for not only your help but your friendliness!

I stood at check out for several minutes while the manager stood there not saying one word to me another customer walked in he directly asked them what can he do for them, they replied for another employee by the name of Jeremy to assist me in which his attitude was no better. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

I asked an employee with a red shirt on to do a check engine light request, he goes to Bubba behind the counter and Bubba says because of the COVID-19 we are no longer doing it, nobody does, but why....

Charged up my battery over night after it lost its charge, tested it as it's still under warranty. Passed and back into my car. Only Advance Auto I go to.

do not go here if you expect to be treated with respect. I was accused of using a battery and trying to return it. Nobody asked "did you use it?" or "why are you returning this?" just an accusation.

The hours for This specific store is wrong for Sundays!!!! Went to This specific store Because This site said it opened up at 8am. It doesnt open til 9am. I was VERY disappointed and This store will never get my business again. The store manager was VERY rude!!!!!
