Staff was very helpful with anything we needed, especially during the process of changing ownership. It was a very smooth check out process and they even called us a few days later to let us know that everything has been processed and the move out date was changed since we finished about a week early.

Thanks to Lisa, I was able to upgrade my unit to a larger one. Her hours are super convenient, the facility is well-maintained and clean, and she definitely has the customer's best interest in mind. I recommend this storage location for anyone who lives in or near the town of White Stone.

We had a great experience with Extra Space Storage and highly recommend them! Lisa was wonderful to work with, and when she was not there it was easy to reach someone at their main number if I had a question.

The experience here was amazing and efficient. Shawna got us in quick with a unit, explained everything very clearly, and got our request handled swiftly. Definitely recommend this storage center.

Lisa is super nice. Very helpful.Helped with open air boat storage and then made a storage locker rental really easy. Don't think we were on the phone for 5 minutes.Needed to do a climate controlled locker in Cincinnati and it was a complete "Charlie Foxtrot."

I just recently moved to the area & was in need of a storage unit. Lisa was such a big help in obtaining the unit plus securing the financial part. She went out of her way to give me a lock, show me theunit, plus help me prepare for my POD delivery along with a person to help unload it.She was wonderful!

I found this place very good for items that don t need to been in a climate controlled environment, u can get insurance and a lock if needed. The store manager Lisa Welsh was very friendly and helpful. Thank u

Wow! Lisa is amazing!! She provided professional and yet personable service throughout our several exchanges. Had a couple units at extra space Storage in Whitestone VA. A great small yard with very personalized service. Lisa many times would come out and say hello always remembered my name and asked if everything was ok and if she could do anythingto make my experience better. Lisa always gave a very personal feel to the place and made it one of the nicest storage facilities I've used. Thanks. Mike I

The whole experience was awesome. Also when I called up to cancel because I didn t need it there was no problem and that lady was a big big help and if I ever need assistance in the near future, I will use this place. Awesome people.
