Today I woke up with a flat tire this morning and was recommended to go to Modr Service Center I did not have an appointment I walked in and was greeted with a smile. I explained to them what tires I needed fixed and not only did they check the flat tires the checked all of them for safety purposes the job was done in a timely manner and at a very affordable price. Thank You Mr. Michael and your wonderful team!

Heard good things about this shop so I gave them a try last summer. Dropped my SUV off to get a new (used) car checkup and some estimates done (AC work and door lock repair), after having it for 2-3 weeks I pick it up and the entire 10 minute drive home is filled with shaking like something was misaligned and a loud metal on metal grinding noise. Took it out twice after that and it only got worse but i couldnt pinpoint where the noise was coming from, so i haven't driven that vehicle since last June. I don't even like getting gas at this shop from that experience.

I've had these guys replace a clutch and a turbo on my car, and I'll continue to use them for any automotive needs. They have great customer service, fast turn around time and offer good prices especially with today's economy. They will also warranty their work.

Daniel just dropped off our car, a trip from West Point into Gloucester. Very professional young man who kept a clean truck and made sure our car was loaded and secured with great care. My wife and I appreciate Modr coming to our rescue.

Literally the best shop within 100 miles! I have never dealt with anyone more helpful and understanding. Due to my error they had to go back twice to tow my vehicle and they did it with a smile! They also repaired my vehicle a few months ago for less than the original estimate when no other shop could even figure out what the problem was. 100% recommend these mechanics !Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place is a relic of the past where you are seen as a real human being and not just a wallet. Words cannot express how genuine and caring this shop is. I have lived in town for over 15 years and had never step foot inside until today and let me tell you, I was blown away. My issue was minor, but pertinent nonetheless, and they genuinely heard me and understood how important it was for my vehicle to be back in my hands as quickly as possible and made it happen. I was on vacation with my family they were closed left my vehicle there overnight. I called them first thing in the morning and Joyce the office lady was super nice and got her guys right on it. Fixed the problem and was able to deliver the car to us for we had no other transportation and was still able to stay on schedule with our reservations and vacation. This is by far the worst service I've had done to any vehicle I've owned. I asked for updates never called me not once. The work requested to be done was new plugs and wires the plugs and wires are junk. I also asked for them to do an inspection they never did that. I had my vehicle professionally looked at and found out that when they had remove the driveshaft from the differential and sent it off to have it worked on when they got it back they installed it and didn't even bother to put the fluid back into the differential that was lost it was low two quarts. And also the mechanic lied to me and told me that the truck had a carrier bearing which it does not my truck left from there with the differential messed up. They want $1,300 for this work. If you bring your vehicle here to have it worked on I personally feel sorry for you for the amount of money you're going to have to fork out to get your vehicle right again. Oh and check out the joke of a review underneath mine It's a shame you have to have one of the girls who I know that works the front desk write a review to try to cover up a wannabe mechanics shop.Service: Auto maintenance

Modr's staff is always friendly and helpful. They do all the regular maintenance on my vehicle and have always gotten my vehicle out in a timely manner, not to mention whenever my niece comes in with me Michael takes her for a ride on the golf cart and Joyce gives her chocolate milk and goldfish. The team at Modr's was incredibly helpful and friendly. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Wow! I had a check engine light issue half way through a 2 hour drive and they saved me from a major headache. They were kind, welcoming and gladly squeezed me in on a clearly busy day for them. I had my 80 lb, not-always-so-friendly-to-strangers dog with me, who they treated like a regular customer as well! Even sent him off with a free water. : ) I would return. Absolutely love this place. This place takes care of my vehicles every single time I come here in every way needed. Not only the mechanics are wonderful, the office staff is just as wonderful. I would always highly recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent customer service! I was a walked-in on a Friday afternoon (Good Friday holiday) to see if there was a small chance of getting my company car routine service done. Again I didn t have an appointment...but I was met with the best customer service! The ladies at the front desk (mother and daughter I believe) were so kind and quickly checked with the young man working in the bay to see if he could do it right away. I could tell he was hoping to go to lunch but agreed to get it done. He was kind and professional...discussed what service I needed, told me it would be done in 30-40 minutes and took my car right into the bay. It was obvious they were busy but still gave VIP service!! I really appreciate the local family treatment I get here! Wonderful people...I highly recommend them!!

I just rented a tow dolly from here. The woman Joyce was so sweet and helpful. I have never experienced such great customer service. She helped me find what I needed to get my car back home and was so compassionate and just a delight. If she isn t a manager or high up at this place, y all need to promote her ASAP

Can t begin to say enough how helpful Joyce and Maddie are.We ran into an issue with our Uhaul reservation being altered and our truck being given to someone else at another rental center.Uhaul themselves weren t any help-the opposite in fact.Joyce and Maddie went so far above and beyond to find us a truck and fix the nightmare someone else created.I can t say enough how kind and compassionate both of them were at such a stressful time.

This place was professional, courteous, clean and the shop was so organized and ran so efficiently. I really enjoyed the waiting room with it s ambience and home feel. Very welcoming and reasonably priced. Thank you for taking care of my automobile needs and getting me back on the road! I can't say enough about this business or the wonderful people that own and work here! My first encounter was with the wrecker driver Micheal Adams ..we had an accident in the middle of no where and this fine man drove us to a hotel before dropping off our suv..the next morning we couldn't rent a car to get home..called their office and spoke to Joyce who along with Abby found me a U-Haul truck to drive back to Philly..we had no way to get to pick.it up..so again..this wonderful man Micheal Adams along with his wife drove us into Williamsburg..at least 30 some miles to pick up the truck..if it wasn't for these wonderful people we would still be there.God blessed us by letting us walk away alive from our accident but really blessed us with the people that helped us.Couldnt thank them enough My wife and I want to thank u all from the bottom of our hearts for being there for us.... may God bless all.of you.... you all will be in our prayers and debt forever again we thank you for all that u did..God Bless and have a very Merry Christmas and happy New Year.. I'd been coming there for years, so when I got a flat tire, I knew exactly what to do. However, since I couldn't get the spare tire off the lock, I called Modrs to come help. The lady that answered the phone was very sympathetic about my situation, and offered to send people down to see how to get my truck into the shop. A short period of time later, two technicians showed up, and agreed with me, that my tire was toast. And not the good kind with cinnamon, sugar, and warnings from a cardiologist, either. Couldn't inflate it to get it to the shop, and couldn't get the spare tire off either, which made me feel a LOT better about life.So, after they checked it out, they offered to take the tire in, replace it, and bring it back. I should mention I was only half a mile from the station. I agreed to that, and they popped off the tire. I'm taking a star off the rating for not offering to let me play with the ratchet gun, but adding one in for being professional enough to not offer to let me play with the ratchet gun. While they were removing the tire, we also discovered that we agreed on the best place to get tacos, the Taco La Esperanza food truck.They came back a short time later, put the tire back on, they followed me to the shop, and I had a very pleasant conversation with the people there while I paid a lot less than I would at other locations. Unfortunately, even though the technicians told me where to find the taco truck, I was not able to get tacos.Modrs has been keeping me on the road for over a decade with gas, repairs, inspections, and I hope to continue using their services for a very long time. I know my back muscles would prefer me calling them first...Service: Tires

My wife and I have had a couple times when we needed emergency towing serivces. They were so kind and professional...and quick response time!! We also have our routine maintenance done here. Local family business with incredible customer service and quality work!! I've needed them when they were obviously busy, but they go out of their way to help. We really appreciate having a business like this in West Point.Service: Oil change

Everyone at Modr s is knowledgeable and very helpful. Despite me being from out of state (not a regular customer) I was treated like a friend. They went out of their way to fit in fixing up my car while they were clearly quite busy with other clients. I was stranded near West Point, VA and a local person recommended this center for the towing. I called and the truck was there with 15 minutes. The very courteous driver called a motel to check on room availability and delivered me to their door. I spoke with the mechanic several times the next day and he kept me up to date on the repairs (serpentine belt and pullies). The mechanic was courteous, professional and my car was ready to be picked up at the end of the day. I had already researched the problem and repair costs and they were right in line with the estimate. 5 Stars from this woman!!

They have gas .10 cents cheaper than the main road has compare 3.29 to Modr's at 3.19 then add in my upside discount really paid 3.09 a gallon

Great Company. Needed to have my RV towed. Michael the tow truck operator was so friendly and professional. He took great care of my vehicle. Obviously he had years of experience.

Purchased 2 tire for the front of my vehicle and while they had the front tires removed I had them install rotors and pads that I had purchased /supplied. A young male that looked to be about 14 seemed to be somewhat challenged at the task. I was billed $172 for this service, when questioned they stated there labor rate was $85hr, seriously over 2 hour labor for this service? Then to top it off no road test after work was preformed, removed vehicle from bay and parked outside. Drove car home about 25 miles to see smoke rolling out of the right front wheel, had to have it towed to a local shop for repair to fine that the caliper slide bolts were not lubricated causing it to seize. Needless to say I will never be back or recommend my worst enemy!

This location is in West Point. We rented a uhaul there for an out of state move. The facility is an antique (really old) and they seem to take some pride in that with their 1960's cigarette machine in the front office. The employee that helped us was helpful, kind, and got us on our way.

The people ate friendly but I'm still waiting on my car since Nov. 29th....it's really preventing me from working as much. But I have hope they'll get it done soon
