No words can express my gratitude to the manager on a Sunday to help identify and repair a serious issue, but with a $98 spark plug coil. Our destination was 200 miles away and our fear was to have the car towed and spend the night in order to address the issue on Monday, but he saved us! Thank you! There are good people in this world and he is certainly one of them.

For an autoparts store to remove the books from the oil and airfilter isles means my money will go to another store. Instead of this one. Good Way to be stupid advance.

I was visiting family in Va and while I was there my alternator blew. My family and I went to Advanced Auto and they were able to order it for overnight Sunday delivery at 8am! The Honda dealership couldn't get the alternator until Tuesday! The staff at Advanced Auto especially Dustin, were professional, knowledgeable and pleasant! We were able to get my car repaired and we were on our way home to NJ. Thank you so much! I would recommend you give them a try!! I am now a customer for life!

One headlight was out and needed to replace right away. Walked in and was greeted, helped find the right one, and was out in less than 5 minutes. Great experience..

Good store, but closing at 8 pm is too early. At least 9 pm would have been helpful alot of times for me.

one of two auto parts stores in West Point they have everything your car, Truck or van will need. Very Friendly staff.
