This business always does the BEST service, checking tire pressure, adding fluids, etc. besides changing the oil and filter. I visited Xpress Lube for the first time today. I am so grateful that I did. David was the young man that helped me with my oil and other concerns I had about my car. This place has a fast and friendly service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The owner will work with the staff when it's busy to help with efficiency. Plus, they vacuumed out my car! I would definitely recommend Xpress Lube for anyone needing a fast, efficient oil change. The prices are comparable and fair for this area.

I don't make a habit of leaving reviews but these guys ALWAYS do a GREAT job. Today I was helped by Robbie and Travis. Super professional and courteous and they had me in and out in record time. They always make good recommendations and I never leave feeling that they "pushed" something on me. This is the "Go To" spot to get your car serviced in the Valley.Service: Oil change

Quick and efficient......that was unfortunately under the old management. Now that it has changed hands the business has gone down hill. My new truck has developed a leak since going there. hoping my mechanic can find and fix. I will not ne returning

I have to admit when I walked into the office and realized that Brittany wasn't there anymore I was a little worried that I might not get the same experience and service I'd had in the past. The new owner is nothing short of amazing! He explained to us how he worked with Carl Sr. for over a year to learn his customer service standards for the valley, and his goal was to maintain those standards as he took over the business. The guys that worked on our vehicle were so professional and polite, prices may be a bit higher but honestly that's expected in the current economy. I think Carl, Seth and Brittany would be very proud of the way the place is being run and our family will continue to have our vehicles serviced here in support of fantastic small business in Waynesboro! Thank you for a job well done!

Great people, great service. Came here for the first time for an oil change - not only was it was quick & affordable but the very next day I called to get more information on a service and the shop manager David was very helpful & knowledgeable and spent time to educate me on the service so that I had the information I needed to make a decision. Highly recommend!

To make this short and sweet unfortunately I cant leave a 0 star review. When Brittany and Seth owned this place it was very welcoming and not to mention much cheaper! I use to get a full service oil change (vacuuming car included) for only $35! Now under new management a simple oil change is $59. While I sat there it was hard not to over hear the "men" talking about a fist fight that had occurred in the garage during business hours . Not something you talk about infront of a customer ... I will never come back to this place again.

Changed my review from five Star to one star. I drove from Staunton all the way to Waynesboro to get my oil changed and I got there at 2:00 p.m. only to be told we are all taking lunch come back in 30 minutes. I don't think they all have to go to lunch at the same time. What poor business practice. It's so undependable you never know when you can be serviced and when you can't even during normal business hours.

This has been my go-to place for an oil change for the past 8 years whenever I've been in the area. I've only had a problem with their service one time when they recommended a repair that wasn't needed, but they're the most reliable place in the area for full-service. Also great customer service.

Xpress Lube gives rapid thorough service, changing your oil and checking other point on your vehicle quickly. Their staff is friendly and courteous, explaining why they believe your vehicle needs something extra, such as an air filter. They even bring you the part so you can see it.

My wife and I we were going to the lake house I use and all of sudden the oil light came on . I told my wife we need to change the oil right away and she really recommended XpressbLube . The service was so quick and they followed Covid19 and you don't have to leave your car, it took like 20 minutes and our car oil changed and they car is happy now. Thank you for your service and definitely recommend this place for any type car service

This locally owned business is awesome! They get you in and out fast and don t try to push you to buy a bunch of stuff you don t need. They have always taken good care of our vehicles. They were closed for awhile recently due to a fire. We are glad that they are open again.

Love this place. Makes getting an oil change so quick. Friendly service, they go the extra mile to make sure if they see something that they don't work with they'll tell you to go get it checked out. I dont take my vehicle anywhere else to get oil changes. Britney is awesome!!! She keeps the front running properly and keeps the guys in back in line lol. She's a living definition of good customer service. I wish it didn't run me $30+ each change but for all the things checked and done, and the convienence of it being so fast ill take it.

The folks at Express lube are great! Brittney runs the counter and is very friendly. They use good fluids and oils, and I've been going to them for years and years with all of my cars. They only try to sell me filters and wipers when I really need it, and I usually turn down the transmission flush that is offered, but when they did it once for me it made a big difference.A+ They're not open on Mondays though, just so you know.

Not impressed. $36 for a basic oil change. They refused to even check the air pressure in my tires unless I wanted to upgrade to the "full-service" package, and told me so. I can go elsewhere in Waynesboro and get an oil change for 20$ and they will check fluids etc. Go somewhere else. No listing of prices on walls etc. There was an menu on the left but you couldn't even see it. I'm accustomed to other quick, jiffy and 10 minute lube places and this one is not for me. Two months later, I needed another oil change. For 36$ at the new valvoline place, I got a full service and they filled fluids and checked tire pressure.

Prior to a trip I was taking to Tennesse, I came in & asked for "full service," assuming that meant tire rotation. It does not. When I realized my tires weren't being rotated, the lady who runs the register acted like I'd committed a cardinal sin, even though there were NO cars behind me, they acted like I was putting them out. I apologized all over myself since I was made to feel uncomfortable about the matter as I ran my card again for the cost of rotation. When I was pulling away, my tire pressure warning light came on, as well as the computer that designated I needed to rotate my tires. I pulled back in...more attitude. As she reset the rotation reminder, she said my car would just "have to learn" the new tire pressure. Well, ok. I traveled to TN & back for the weekend & the tire pressure gauge warning was still on. So I took it to Jenkins, where they told me I was lucky I hadn't popped a tire because they were ALL over-pressurized by at least 20 psi.I returned to Xpress Lube to inform them they had put too much air in my tires & guess what? Yep! MORE ATTITUDE. No apology, no courtesy, just a story about how my tires "must have built up pressure since I drove it."If you like bad attitudes & sketchy work, this is the place for you!
