The staff at Wright Way Hyundai are exceptional. My salesperson, Nicholas, was friendly and personable yet professional and listened to what I wanted and was with me every step of the way. James went above and beyond in finding the Hyundai Elantra Limited Hybrid in the color I wanted and Rob in finance was very knowledgeable, explained many aspects of the purchase and even did the delivery of my new car. I would definitely recommend Wright Way Hyundai to anyone looking to purchase a car, new or used. Five star dealership!

I don t even know where to begin in my experience with Wrightway Hyundai. Hands down the worst customer service experience of my life.Six months and 4 days was how long it took to finish my car.On September 1, 2023 my Santa Fe broke down with 121,000 miles on it. I had it towed to Wrightway Hyundai. I spoke with a nice woman on the phone, and she prepared me that it could take a couple of weeks.Oh, I was young and naive then.I finally got an estimate to have it repaired at the beginning of October. I took the gamble to get it repaired in hopes of selling it.Spoiler alert. That was a stupid gamble on my part.Fast forward to October 31. Checks, yes, two months later, Wrightway Hyundai called me several times while I was at work. When I answered I assumed it would to be to tell me they were driving the car when it broke down again, but this time they were confident that it would fall under warranty.I would just have to pay 4,100 in repair cost for an engine that was going to be thrown away.Oh how convenient for Wright Way Hyundai! Oh, the first engine repair ISN T under warranty, but miraculously the second one is. Nevermind the car broke down while THEY were driving it.I of course argued with this, but I needed the car back in order to sell.Dear Reader, let me interject here, if you have a Hyundai that needs repair. Just light it on fire. You ll have more fun. And the fire will do the same thing that Hyundai will do.So the first week of November I was forwarded to the head of Wrightway s service department. I was told I would be put in the front of the line.Oh, how young and naive I was.I called back a couple of weeks later to check in on the status, and I was told that the engine for my car was off the truck. There were just 8 people in front of me.I was upset. In the meantime, I had been in touch Hyundai service and working with an agent named Lynn.I am sure Lynn is a nice guy. But my time on the phone with him was a waste of time. Never once actually helped with anything, nothing changed because of my interaction with Lynn.Lynn did call Wrightway Hyundai, and they told Lynn they would finish the car by the end of December.By this point I was no longer young and naive. I was hardened and grizzled, knowing full well this was a lie from Wrightway Hyundai.Spoiler Alert, they did not finish by the end of the yearJanuary arrives. Still no car. Apparently now they are waiting on a piece from Hyundai. Piece? What piece! You mean the engine.A piece came broken from Hyundai. And of course it was on back order. The manager I was dealing said it wasn t their fault, that it was Hyundai s.But here s the thing Hyundai is in your dealership s name, Wrightway ..Hyundai.So, yes, it s your fault. They finally called on March 5 saying it was finished. Six months and 4 fours days and several thousands of dollars later. It was finished. If you have a Hyundai, sell it now. If it breaks down sell it for scrap. Because that s what it s worth.

I have purchased two vehicles here. They have always been courteous and respectful. This is not your rude, hard-sell, aggressive sales tactics dealership. From test drive through financing through service, I ve always been happy here. As an independent woman, I cannot recommend them enough.

I have bought several cars from Wright Way Hyundai. I've enjoyed working with Mike. I share with him what it is I am looking for and he has come through each time. He plays straight with me and I very much appreciate his candor and helpfulness.

Don't go here, they are nothing but problems. First time I took my Hyundai Santa Fe to them I was losing compression in 2 of my cylinders. I asked for pictures and to find out why I lost 2 cylinders at the same time. They held the car for over a month and when we got it back they had not taken the pictures, they couldn't tell me what caused the problem and when I was doing my own inspection I found lose bolt so they had to pull it back into the shop fast to tighten it down and check the others but they were more than happy to give me a $3,200 bill. I paid and left and about 9,000 miles later the motor locked up, It cost me $85 dollars to have it towed back to see if it's under the motor recall warranty, it was thank goodness. But the car was held again for almost a month. They called us up near the end asking if we wanted to replace the timing belt and flush transmission and other things. (They said it would be like new if we did because of the motor being replaced) we did it and paid hundreds of dollars more, well got the car back 3,000 miles we have transmission problems and now they are wanting to try and start that process all over again. This place or at least the service department seems to be a con or have employees that do not know that they are doing.

As others have said, this place is THE WORST and a scam. I ordered parts online through their website that were listed as in stock and was charged immediately. After two weeks of no updates, I emailed and was told it would be there on time. A week after the shipping deadline was missed, I emailed again and received no response. After another week, I emailed again with no response. I called the dealer and spoke to someone in the parts department, but they could not find the order and promised to call me back. You guessed it, that was a week ago and still no call. I have to dispute the charges and deal with that, save yourself the time and shop ANYWHERE else.

Don't even live in the state and not in the market for a car yet somehow in the last week they have called me no less than 4 times and texted me trying to sell me a car and continue to call me despite me telling them this. Don't even know how I got on their call list to spam me like this because my number is registered on the Do Not Call Register. Please stop calling and texting me!

Ordered parts for my car on Oct 06 knowing parts would be on backorder. Called Nov 13 for a status update and was told they would be shipping by the end of the week. Called Dec 20 after no delivery or update to find out a part I ordered was discontinued. They never informed me of this change. Asked for a refund of the part and ship the remaining parts. Claimed it would be done by tomorrow. It's Dec 28 I still don't have parts, a tracking number, or any customer service. I would calll again to discuss this order but due to the lack of customer service this far I could only assume you would lie and ignore me again. Send me the parts I paid for.

Horrible experience. These are just the facts. I ordered a part on September 30th. After not receiving it for two weeks, I tried contacting them by phone. When I was able to get through to a person which was rare, they told me on two occasions "its shipping tomorrow" which it did not. I did not receive it till November 3rd.It was very poorly wrapped and arrived cracked in half. It was completely unusable. I immediately sent an e-mail with pictures showing the damaged part. When I reported this to them, I was told by the parts manager "How do we know it was not damaged by you".They finally agreed to provide me a refund, but only after I send the part back to them. Based on the previous communications, or lack thereof, I have no confidence they will be getting the return label to me or refunding me in a timely matter. If this is how you would like to be treated as a consumer, you should go with this company. I will never order parts from them again.

Wish I had read the posts here before placing an online parts order - they're just as awful as everyone here says they are. Placed an order for a strut bolt and nut on January 1st and after multiple calls, voice mails, and emails, I still don't have my part and have been unable to speak to anyone about it. No acknowledgement whatsoever. They did, however, charge my debit card the minute I placed the order. If you're considering ordering a part from them, don't. Too many other good options available to waste your time with these clowns.

***Worth reading, I wish we saw a review likeThis before having our car brought here***Our car has been here now for over 2 months. We broke down on the way to Pittsburg from Richmond area, and our engine just cut off while the electronics of the car continued working. Before bringing it here, we brought it to a small shop that said it s some electrical issue, and that we would be better off taking it here. We took it to Hyundai and for a little over a month we waited, then they were unable to find an issue, so we went to pick it up. We got 30 minutes down the road and our engine cut off again (actually in a really dangerous area), we had to get it towed back to Hyundai, and they didn t cover the cost of the tow (even though it was there fault that the car wasn t fixed). We are headed home from there now without our car again, because they were supposed to finally get us a loaner, since it ll take another month waiting for them to replace the engine. We asked this morning if we needed to bring anything with us this morning, before we drove 2 hours to them, and they said no, we get 30 minutes away and we get a text that we need to bring the new registration, because the car is out of registration. So we re driving all the way home to get our registration we ve had sitting on the counter for 2 months waiting for our car to be fixed. They won t let us pick up a loaner unless we have the registration for our car. It s been the most infuriating and unprofessional experience we ve ever had. To let us drive all the way here (going on 3 times) because of their mistakes. If you can avoid ever having a Hyunda, it would probably be better than dealing with this place, we aren t people who ever write reviews, or even make complaints, but this is worth reading before considering buying a car here, or getting a car serviced here (though we didn t really have a choice).

Don't recommend their service department at all. You can call, never get an answer, leave messages, never get calls back to schedule anything. Oh yes, their sales gimmick is free oil changes, inspections and tire rotations for life of car but you can never get them scheduled. Salesman treated us well.

Ordered a Mass Air Flow sensor, never got it, They got the money up front PayPal. It's been almost 2 months now. Cancelled the order, I got 75 percent of my money back., But PayPal still holds $99.13. Probably won't get that back. Car is still waiting for an MAF. Why advertise products that you can't deliver? So you can hold Other People's Money. Clever. This sucks.

The online part ordering website is a complete scam. They never shipped my parts and then they want to charge 30% restocking fee for cancelling the UNSHIPPED order. Bunch of crooks.

Ordered a part from them online, the part was $20 and the overnight was $35. Never once did they try to communicate, when I called them out for not overnighting the piece. They canceled the order and told me to look into "overnight". These guys are a bunch of jag offs.

I Have Had My 2017 Hyundai Sonata For 2 Years And I Recently Have Been Having Trouble As Far As Mechanical Issues. I Was First Told To Take The Car To Get Service For A Tune Up , For Less Than A Week Later I Am On The Side Of The Road As I Am On My Way to The Airport, The Car Completely Stops. I Then End Up having To Get The Car Towed To The Nearest Hyundai To Me Which Is "Wright Way" Which Has Been The "Wrong Way" For Me. This Happened On The 28th Of September. It Is Now The 9th Of November And My Vehicle Has Just Been Approved For The Recall Which Come To Find Out Was An Engine Recall And I Was Told That I Could Get A Loaner Car As I Was Approved On The 7th Of November, I Get Out Of Work Early As I Was Told I Had To Be There By 4:30 Which I Was There Well Before Approx 3:45 Due To My Conflicting Schedule With Work. I Arrive At The Location And Am Told That I Am Unable To Get A Loaner Vehicle Due To The Fact That I Have Out Of State Plates. I Have Only Recently Been In The Area Due To The Fact That My Brother Was In An Accident That Was Nearly Fatal And Is In Need Of My Assistance So This Needless To Say, Is The Last Thing That I Need On My Plate. I Have Done Everything On My Part To ensure That All Criteria Is Being Met To Ensure I Can Recieve The Loaner Vehicle. Its Now Going On The Second Month That I Have Been Without A Vehicle And I Am Expected To Continue To Pay For A Vehicle That Is Now Causing More Inconvenience Than I Expected. This Situation Has Made Me Reevaluate My Thoughts On Hyundai As A Whole Furthermore I Would NEVER Recommend This Location To Anyone, The Staff Was Not Helpful In Helping Me Find A Solution Even After I Stressed The Situation That I Am In With My Hardship And Now The Misinformation I Was Given As To Picking Up And Receiving The Loaner Vehicle. I Am Lost For Words At The Moment As I Need My Car To Care For My Brother Through His Recovery And Still Making Ends Meet With Day To Day Living. I Am Utterly Disappointed In Hyundai And Hyundai At Wright Way . COMPLETLY THE WRONG WAY !

On August 26th my Hyundai Santa Fe locked up on me on the Highway in VA. The closest Hyundai Dealership was this one in Waynesboro. After a few weeks it was determined the motor had in fact locked up and it was covered by warranty. I was advised they were waiting on parts and would then be able to fix my vehicle. I was told I would get a call with updated but never do, I always have to call myself to get answer which always ends up never being a direct answer. At this point it is October 11th I am still being told it will be another week out. The lady on the phone advised they are down technicians due to COVID and to "send a tech her way if I know of any" to speed the process. I understand things being out of their control, I am always polite and patient whenever I call but to have that met with pure sarcasm and not a drop of empathy is frustrating to say the least. I am out of state so they will not supply with a rental and continuing to pay $400+ a week for a rental is not something I can afford to do. I have let them know how this is setting me back financially and about to cost me my job which I use to support myself and my 2 children on my own. They say they are doing everything they can yet I have not been accommodated or prioritized in anyway. For this to be such a large company but have such little concern for their consumer is disgusting. At this point it feels like their is no point in calling to check as I will be out of a job and no way to get to a new by end of this week. Thanks HYUNDAI.

Part paid for and delivered as agreed. When it was time for my refund for the returned, used part, it took weekly calls, an additional $350 to have the part returned, and four months to get the refund! I talked to or left vouce messages for front line, accounting, managers, supervisory staff; never received callbacks from voice messages left.

This is the WORST experience I ve had in my life with a dealership. I purchased a $17000 car three months ago and it has been broken down, plus a flat tire for over a month The dealer refuses to help, trade in, diagnose or honor the power train warranty I got from them. The dealer I bought the car from Mike, actually lied at first claiming I didn t have a warranty. The finance director Robert seemed helpful at first had me test drive a car and then told me I d have to voluntarily give back my current car and I d have a second loan in bc they won t accept a trade in bc my car won t run . The GM passed me off to the first person he could. I m stuck paying 500 a month for hot air. Don t buy from here you ll be sorry.

It is very sad to me to have to update this review. This dealership used to be awesome...until Big Chris and Dana P left. In August, I arrived for a scheduled recall, oil change and state inspection. I was 10 minutes early for my appointment. After 20 min, they had not taken my car back. I had to teach a class right after the scheduled maintenance, so I had to cancel the recall and oil change. (They also have rid their wait room of any enjoyable refreshment) They scammed me on the car inspection. The car only needed a windshield wiper blade. I approved the install. After waiting over an hour for a simple wiper blade install, they came back and told me my car did NOT pass and that the air bag light was now on and that it was a "very expensive" repair. The Sales Manager, James, told me they would not charge me for the wiper blade, because they felt so bad about the air bag going bad while I was there. So, I left. I will admit, I was VERY VERY ANGRY! I yelled an expiative and I left! After 3 years of going to this dealership, not one time have they given me my car keys before I paid for the service. They GAVE ME MY KEYS because I did NOT OWE A BILL. My husband returned a month later, to get the recall and the oil change. They told my husband that I am banned from the dealership because I stole a wiper blade and peeled out. I have never stole anything in my LIFE! (I did peel out... ha!) When he dropped the car, they confirmed they would be completing the recall. Told him it would take 3 hours. We live an hour away, so we waited around 3 hours. No call with an update from them, so we called and the car was ready. When we got there, they had not done the recall at all--just an oil change, which only takes 45 minutes. My husband paid for the wiper blade that James Linsey had stated I would not have to pay for. I do NOT recommend this dealer at all. BUYER BEWARE!Excellent customer service! Free oil changes for life of the car! Honest! Hyundai cars are top of the line!

This dealership is a joke first things first my girlfriend bought a 20,000 dollar car brings it home half way cleaned stuff in the backs of the seats then the windows roll down then dont go back up take it to the dealership to get fixed still doesn t get fixed but they now roll up on the drivers switch but no other switches work then take it back again then they try charging 125 dollars a door just to diagnose the issue not to mention the car has a missfire which is not there fault but the diagnostic fees keep getting bigger each thing the check ridiculous to say we have bumper to bumper and powertrain warranty and nothing has been covered yet not to mention after the first wash of the car the paint started flaking of which come to find out it is a manufacture defect.

If there was a no star option I would have chosen that. Dont know about there lousy service department, but I can say if you are going to buy a car from this dealership, "WATCH YOUR BACK". Salesmen was nice, but has little power to do anything without the condescending TO that came out to discuss money. First had a $795.00 charge on the pricing sheet, that we caught and asked what it was, and then he went back and took that off. Title and tag estimated fee was $127.00 for a $45.00 DMV charge. I asked 3 times if the difference for the tag and title was refunded to me if less, and they would not give me an answer. Then he tried to explain it as "another tax" when the line item clearly said "non tax items". Made a second offer and refused us on $100.00 difference on a 27K car. Guy also stated right way, that "its a good car and I can sell it. Only been here for 20 days". What does that have to do with anything? He was very NON customer friendly and petty. If you buy a car here and the TO that comes to your table is Ron, WATCH OUT! Be sure to check every penny on your contract, this is a greedy unfriendly dealership. I did check all this out directly with DMV. They also charge you a 600.00 processing fee!! Pure profit for the dealership, like they aren't making enough money on each vehicle they have to add 600.00 to each.

On our second Tucson in 5 years and they decide now not to honor their free oil changes and state inspections. We could have gone to another dealership and got a better deal up front but didn't because of the oil changes and inspections. We will never buy from Wright Way again.

The service department at Wrightway Hyundai is just plain lousy. We took our Kona in for service on March 7, 2023. They were to change oil, state inspection and rotate tires. We also wanted a noise coming from the right front checked. While waiting two and a half hours, they said they couldn't fix the noise in the car. (The only good thing they accomplished was giving us a loaner car while repairs were being done.) We finally got our car back on July 24 after contacting consumer affairs several times. While our car was in the service department, we were never contacted about progress on the car. When we called, asked or stopped by the dealership we were always told that they were working on it. We were told that all the parts were there and then told they weren't. A call placed to the general manager of the dealership was transferred back to the service department where the problem was. When consumer affairs contacted the service department, they told them a completely different story than they told us. The bottom line, we were lied to up and down by the service department and management at the dealership. Consumer affairs did little to help us out by siding with the dealership.

So I recently went to schedule and oil change with Wright Way. They tried to tell me that they have updated their loyalty program and in order to get the free oil changes you have to do all these extra services to qualify. Ok what are they? Tire rotation and cabin air filter change. Oh and we are only gonna let you do this every 7,500 miles now. And that will be $69.99 No thank you! For one I have a K&N reusable cabin filter to save on the landfill waste for two the cabin air filter requirements per my manual only need to be done every 15,000 miles. Well if you don t do both of these services then the oil change is no longer free That s the biggest load of BS I have ever heard of!! I will literally just take ALL of my business else where!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered A part by VIN # and paid for expedited shipping that cost more than the part (they shipped w/USPS). It took 4 days to get my part and it was WRONG! I called to return and was told it was incorrect on their part and would be given a full refund. They have had the part back for 6 weeks and still NO REFUND!! I called every week and was told they use PayPal and it would take time for it to post. Finally, I spoke with BILL, a manager that was VERY RUDE, and advised me to do a chargeback through my bank if I was not happy. I waited another week and did the chargeback yesterday. I wish I read more reviews on this company before making my purchase!!!! READ REVIEWS, AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!Hey Bill! I told you to look for my review! I hope you are pleased a$*HOLE!!!!

Purchased a trim part through their website. It only allowed the cheapest shipping option so they shipped the trim part in the original Hyundai bag and slapped a tag on it. They did not contact to say that it would cost more to ship it with better protection. It would obviously not make it in original condition. Tried calling and leaving messages for a month with no call back. Finally got in touch with the parts department and they referred me to USPS for a refund but they shipped via USPS first class with no insurance. They suggested I ship it back to them for a refund and would not reimburse for the shipment of the damaged part back. Avoid the parts department, they think just because USPS accepts the shipment that it's not their responsibility to pack it to survive shipment.
