Took my car in for a suspension problem. They said the car was fixed, charged me $800.00, talked down to me during the process. Brought it back for the same issue, and again it was not fixed. Now I am out the money and have to find a new mechanic to repair my car.

Fantastic service. Fair and honest. I've done business with Shannon at other locations and have always been satisfied. Having service done by his team at Shamrock was no different. Options always explained and never any pressure to do work that isn't necessary. I'd 100% recommend Shamrock for anyone looking for reliable and honest vehicle repair or maintenance.Another great experience with Shamrock. Can't say enough good things about the quality of work and the honest approach to any services or repairs suggested. Never feel there's an attempt to upsell or to suggest unnecessary repairs.

I had to have my car towed late last night and by noon today Shannon and his crew had it fixed. He always calls to discuss the problem and the expense before completing any work. I m grateful to have a friendly and reliable shop to count on!

Plus, I know I can trust what he is telling me which is hard to find for us ladies. Price has always been very reasonable plus service with a smile!! I ve had the pleasure of getting to know Shannon this year and working with all of Shamrock Tire. I m with a company, Converge, in Waynesboro and the crew at Shamrock help us to maintain our fleet of vehicles. They ve helped with brake repairs, oil changes, inspections, and so much more. They squeeze us into their busy schedule and are always communicating any findings and getting our vehicle back to us asap.I personally have a Subaru that I took to them today for an oil change, I ve only taken it to the dealership that I purchased it at. It was finished as quickly as I dropped it off at a fraction of the price I m used to. I can t wait to recommend you all to everyone. Thank you so much!

I ve been to this shop 3 times to have a tire pressure light fixed. Each time I go they are able to only reset the light and not fix the actual issue. Don t recommend this shop at all, seems like this is should be a simple fix for an experienced mechanic, who knows what they would do if I needed something more serious. Don t waste your time or money at this place.Service: Tires

I needed tires and Shannon gave me the best price of anywhere I checked! We ran into a snag because I was missing my lugnut key, but he was very patient and kept my vehicle safe while we waited on the part from the dealer. The best thing about Shannon and Shamrock tire is not the better price... its the service, the integrity, and the workmanship. If you need tires don't call anyone else!Service: Tires

Had a really great morning with shamrock tire & auto. They replaced my old dumb battery quickly and got me back on the road. Waiting area was super clean and staff were friendly. I sipped on hot coffee while they kept me giggling with their lovely sing-a-longs to the radio echoing into the waiting room. Their slogan Shamrock & Roll couldn t be more accurate :)Service: Battery

A few weeks ago I needed a front end alignment and called quite a few places. I called Shamerock and they were cheapest by far and very friendly. I was very happy with their customer service and service. Then I went to stuff the bus the other day to donate and saw they were a Sponsor! Forgot to post a review in September 2022. I had a tire that kept going flat, took it to Walmart thinking an easy fix. Wrong I needed four new tires. I reached out Shannon with Shamrock Tire. I explained that I was going out of town the next day and needed it done quickly. He told me to be there the next day at 8am. They were installed and an alignment before 10am so that I could hit the road for my trip. Now that is service that you won't find anywhere else in this area. Thank you and for keeping me safe on the road.

Shannon and his team at Shamrock got all four of our vehicles taken care of in a very timely manner, some of which needed significant maintenance. The key drop process is very easy and secure, they called before any pricey labor was done to check with us first. 10/10 will use them again!

Worst place I have ever been to. ChargedMe outrageous price to even tell me what was wrong with my vehicle without even telling me there was a charge. Then refused to even write a proper estimate for the damage due to an accident. They really hurt me in an already difficult situation. And this was addressed when I picked my vehicle up the gentleman simply shrugged off what I had to say took my money and that was that.
