Paul at Mr. Tire is an absolute lifesaver! He diagnosed our vehicle's issue straight away and fixed it without overcharging! Not only that, but he went above and beyond with his service. Very helpful and service oriented helping me get back on freeway for long road trip. Expertly replaced tire and worked me into their schedule so I didn t have to wait for hours at dealership ! Good price and great service.

I came in thinking I may need new tires and brakes. I also knew I needed an oil change. I had prepared myself to spend a lot of money that as a single Mom is hard to come by. Let me tell you, I have never used a more honest mechanic shop in my life. I was told I didn t need new tires, that they would last me another year. They did a thorough check of my brakes and didn t find anything other than my brake fluid was low. They could have taken me for a ride and gotten me new brakes and tires, but they didn t. I will never go to another mechanic shop. Mr Tire in Waynesboro is it for me! I will tell everyone I know about my experience.

Walked in and made an appointment for an oil change. Brought my Honda Ridgeline in at the appointed time and they got on it right away. Called me back in less than 30 minutes to say it was done. Great service!

My husband and I were traveling home to Lynchburg when we got a flat tire. We got the spare tire on but knew we couldn t make it home on the interstate with it. Found Mr Tire on Saturday afternoon and we were so grateful that they had a comparable tire. In no time we were on the way home! The service was excellent and the staff were friendly, making a bad situation entertaining and even fun!

Mister Tire helped me out in a jam, yet again, on an early Saturday morning. I thought that perhaps I had a nail or screw in my driver's side tire, causing it to go flat. The Mister Tire team examined my tire, confirmed no foreign object in it, added the required air pressure on all 4 tires, and had me back on the road within 10 minutes. No charge!! You have definitely found a loyal customer, thanks so much!!

Rolled in at 7:25AM with a flat on MLK Jr Day. They had my flat diagnosed and replaced within 45 mins. While they were working, they saw my 6 year old was running out of things to do, so they put on a movie just for him. Great set of guys who did really great work! Appreciate it!

It was all good service. Great People. But...Tire inflation psi was way off. The setting on the vehicle driver door is 33.The front driver was 36Front Passenger was 41Rears were 39I suspect they inflated them to get the tire sealed and then never checked the pressure after installation.

Friendly staff, great service.Had my 98 tahoe alignment and tires rotated.They had this done in reasonable time and an outstanding job on the alignment.You will come highly recommended when service is needed.

Aurora was the absolute best mechanic I've ever dealt with. She performed a quick service to a tire for me right before closing on a Saturday. She smiled the whole time and got me back on the road safely and securely. Highly recommended and that young lady needs a raise.

Just go to a place that can schedule a state inspection instead, like the Mr. Tire in Staunton. I called the Waynesboro one looking to get a car inspection, and they can do one Monday through Friday "first come, first serve." Ok let's give it a chance. Show up on Thursday at 1:30, and get told they don't have any more time in the day for that. That the last inspection is at 2:30 and to try tomorrow. I ask if I could schedule for one, so that, you know, my time won't be wasted again, and get told no. Absolutely maddening. They clearly don't care to keep your business if they're not even interested in scheduling you back. The solution to my dilemma seems so simple, yet I got looked at like the crazy one by two employees. Like I'm supposed to just potentially waste my time again. Feeling real confused and wondering if it's like this everywhere, I called the Staunton one minutes later and got scheduled for the next week at 3pm with them. That means it's the Wayneboro location's choice to engage in practices that are not in the interest of the customer. So, they just lost one (me, by the way; idk I thought that would be as obvious as the solution to schedule appointments so I specified). The only reason I'm giving a second star instead of a single one is because I've had services done by this shop before and haven't been so rampantly dissatisfied as I am with not being able to schedule a state inspection. May just go to Staunton one forever from now on.

I do not recommend this place for state inspection. They will tell you to come first thing in the morning at 7:30am but their technician doesn t arrive until almost 10. I sat in the lobby all day and heard one after another customer coming in for inspections, and they all mysteriously had the same $500 estimates. Very questionable, appears to be a shakedown shop! Definitely shook me down for $575 when nothing was wrong with my car before and I just had it serviced. I m 72 years old and I do not have the patience or health to fight it. I had already waited all day and just wanted to get home, so paid and left disgusted. I will not return. I suggest you go elsewhere too!

Called to inquire about getting an inspection. Told it's on a 1st come 1st served basis. They open at 7:30am. I'm there at 7:20am. At 7:40am the open sign still isn't on. I decide to just walk in. I'm told 2 cars are ahead because they were dropped off the night before (thanks for letting me know that was an option) and the tech isn't due in due for ANOTHER 2 HOURS!!! Just top notch service...not. Don't waste your time and go to Quick Lane across the street. They are super nice and super helpful.

Thank you so much to Jonathan Taylor for helping my family get back on the road safely.Our journey began on May 28th 2022 @ 5am. Around 9 am our back tire completely came off our truck and it was a Saturday and a holiday which many places were close or would not do the service to our vehicle being 298 miles away from home with a 5 year old we were able to drive 40 miles on a regular spare remind you we have 35 in tires to Mr Tire. A gentleman Jonathan Taylor then approached us realized our situation and got to work promptly on our truck.He got us back on the road safely and my family and I was able to still make our camping trip and make it home safely.Jonathan had so much compassion and love for his job and what he does and my family and I want to thank HIM so much for your kindness and compassion and making sure our safety came first.

Came in with a flat tire. they had it fixed, and I was back on the road in less that 15 minutes. Everyone was professional. Would recommend.

Unfortunately not the experience I was expecting. Made an appointment for 230 today for an alignment. I drove 45 minutes away to have this done after hearing good things about this business. When I arrived for my appointment at 220p, I was informed that they would be closing early due to lack of help. I can totally appreciate the lack of employees but a simple call to prevent a round trip of an hour and a half would have been appropriate and appreciated. Completely unprofessional on a business level.

I stopped in the Waynesboro, VA location of Mr Tire to have one of my tires checked and filled if needed. Everyone I had dealings with was very courteous and helpful. They even offered to put my car up on the lift to properly check all four tires. This was the high light of the visit according to my 5yo grandson. They determined that there was no problem but told me that if I needed anything to please return and they would be happy to help me.It's not everyday that you find a place that still offers good 'old fashioned service'.I will be returning if I have any other tire issues.Highly recommend.

Zero stars is what I give this place, called & spoke with someone on the phone about getting a new wheel & tire & was told that they would ABSOLUTELY would be able to that& that they were short handed due to call outs so it may not be ready till the next morning. I paid $90 to have it towed there. Never received a phone call so i called the next day at 1pm to see if it was ready & was told they didnt know where to get a rim from & I needed to find a rim or order one from Amazon & have it shipped there because they have no way of paying for it. I have never heard of car/tire place where you had to buy & supply your parts. So my car sat there for a day & a half & no one bothered to attempt to order or find a rim or call & notify me of their bring your own parts policy. So I had to pay another $90 to have it towed to another place to have fixed. When I spoke with whoever on the phone about this issue he went on & on about how that wasnt his store he was just covering for someone & how the place doesnt have a company credit card to buy parts & couldnt doanything about reimbursement for the money I spent to have it towed there after being told they could fix when they actually couldnt. He offered no resolution & never apologized for their lack of communication. One thing is for sure no one there knows what is going on in there or how to properly execute a work order. I highly recommend Discount Tire by Target, I had my car towed there from Mr Tire & Discount Tire had my issue resolved in less than 2hrs

They were really kind and empathetic when like ten minutes earlier that were able to do state inspections and then when I came down for an inspection they couldn t do anymore because of weird VA law. They gentlemen at the desk was so kind and even had the law highlighted on a sheet of paper. Totally weird that you can t give inspections if you run out of stickers for motorcycles, but laws can be weird sometimes.

If I could give it a zero I would. Our towing plan called them and told them our issue asked if they could fix it they said yes. When we got there they were not accommodating, had no place to put the camper, informed us the parts guy left and could not fix it until the next day. Mind you auto zone and o Reilly were right next door.

I had an EXTREMELY pleasant experience at this Mr Tire store. It was all because of their manager, by the name of Jonathan Taylor. I m from out of town and I travel along a vending route. After having a blow out, I bought 4 new tires at Harris Tire in Forest, VA. However, within 12 hours, one of the new tires I bought went flat!That being said, I took my cargo van to this Mr Tire store and Jonathan fixed my tire for free! This man is one of the most professional representatives of any company that I ve ever met. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained to me that the stem valves were taken off in the process of swapping out the 4 new tires that I bought. This issue with Harris Tire is not yet resolved, but I feel confident that it will be because I paid for it with a credit card.To the upper management with Mr Tire, please know that your employee, Jonathan Taylor is doing an outstanding job for your company. I was in a situation where a nefarious person could have taken real advantage of me. But instead, I received kindness and professionalism, and that certainly makes me feel like doing business with your company in the future.

I came in as a referral from Auto Zone. I needed a new plate attached to my car - it did not have a way to attach a front bumper. It needed to be drilled.I drove in and they immediately took my car adn attached the plate. I asked to pay them and they said, "No charge."I was impressed.

I just wanted to take a second to thank these guys for helping fix my rear tire yesterday afternoon that was losing air. With tire issues, you can t wait to have them looked at so I had to find somewhere willing to see me after work. They took me in an hour before close and fixed it in a timely manner. They also did not charge me anything when I asked how much I owed. Such great service and super nice! I definitely will be back with any other tire needs as I have not been impressed with the last couple times I have gone to Fitzgeralds in Waynesboro, which used to be my go to. Not rushing through service and making sure the tires are in good condition/not leaking air around the bead on the rim before the client drives off goes a long way. Thanks again for your service!

I m so grateful to this shop and employees! I called down on a Saturday with a flat tire and they said they could accommodate me right away. They found the nail in my tire and patched it without issue. Their prices are extremely reasonable, as well. Polite, kind, efficient, and helpful!

The employees are friendly, Clean as we'll. Seats are soft and comfortable. (That's a big plus for me because of my experience from a previous service I had done to my car where I set for 4 hours on a hard chair.( A different place But that's a whole nether story.) It took longer then they told me it would. That's why I only gave them 4 stars. But that wouldn't stop me from returning.
