Extremely knowledgeable with many different models & makes of cars and trucks. My husband and I have trusted & used their services for many years for several different type vehicles. We can always count on a job done right, Prices are fair & reasonable. They have solved and fixed all vehicle issues. Always ready to offer pick up or drop off service too. Friendly, caring staff. We won't go anywhere else.

These Guys came through in the Clutch for me after one employee fell I ll I was worried I wouldn t make my dead line as my tires were on they last rides lol Thankfully these guys came through with a great quote affordable and speedy service. Thanks so much guys, I made it to work on time. Will be coming back for other services in the future.

Excellent service all the way around, doesn't matter if you're a first time customer, or a returning loyal patron. You will be given the best service and fee they can offer. Straight to the point, no beating around the bush, but still friendly and easy to work with. As a third-party customer, with no knowledge or relation to this business, after my first visit (emergency transmission issue when I had to be at work the next day) I knew I would return. Now, this is the first place I call or go for auto repair needs. Called to get my window fixed and they wanted the VIN # instead of just the make/model etc which I didn't have at that moment. I called back and left a msg and never received a call back. I went an Advanced gave them make/model info etc and got the piece I needed and fixed it in 30 mins. I just didn't want to do it because o had so much going on. But hey, I saved a hundred or more dollars.

They were helpful. Very nice people. I had my vehicle towed there. Good price for the tow. Needed a transmission. They gave their honest opinion. I cut my loses. Was a 2000 and wasn't worth the expense. Would highly recommend. I have had other work done here and was happy with their work and fair pricing.

Bottom Line Up Front: This is a family business of mechanics that you can trust.What's more stressful than having car problems? Having them where you don't know a trustworthy mechanic. I was only temporarily in the area and needed a mechanic's help.My car was still running fine but I had a super aggravating issue of my window going down part way and getting stuck. I tried fixing it myself --I bought a replacement switch at a parts store, replaced it, all without success. The parts store recommended a new motor and regulator --I picked that up but realized it was over my head. So, I tried the dealership first, they were quick to tell me it was out of warranty but offered to "take a look" for a steep diagnostic fee.Fortunately for me, I was in the area and decided to give Gold Wrench a shot. So, I called and made an appointment. I showed up just a few minutes before my appointment and basically immediately my car was pulled around for them to set to work. How many times can you say you went to the mechanic and they were on time!? I mentioned I had replaced the switch without success and that I had the regulator/motor in the car. Everyone working here was super friendly, seemed enthusiastic about being welcoming, and about providing professional service. They also had a waiting area with a bathroom, free bottled water, and TV while you wait.Within a few minutes, the mechanic came out grinning. I thought "oh no.." but, fortunately he had good news! Turns out, I didn't need a motor/regulator change. The glue on a piece of soundproofing foam in the door had let loose during the temperature change and was physically blocking my window from going down. In the past I've been to mechanics that would have written up a massive bill (such as Miami Lakes Jeep) or told me they changed a part but didn't (Jiffy Lube in Miami).My bill was totally appropriate for their time, I left with a fully functioning window, was able to return the part I didn't need, and most of all, I found a family mechanics business that I could trust. If I have more mechanic needs while in the area or speak to anyone who does --Gold Wrench will be the place to go. Thank you for running an honest business!Service: General repairs & maintenance

As the owner of a vehicle that was sold to an individual and the driver knew the seller, is very un professional because he asked for proof of purchase seems legal to me.. even if there was no attentive relation still seems legit to me. Great service great people and a great Tow truck driver would recommend to anybody/anywhere/anytime And hasn t ever damaged anything I ve had towed.. will definitely use there service again in the future!!

Joseph is a nice guy and a hard worker. These guys have done a couple of difficult jobs for me on my S4 Audi and my wife's GMC Acadia and i am very satisfied with the results.Recommended to me by a friend years ago who drives a classic Caddy and a Mercedes, so obviously someone who cares about what he drives and how it runs.

I can't say enough good things about Goldwrench! They literally saved me thousands of dollars in a misdiagnosed problem from another garage. They called me daily when they had my vehicle to give me updates on my vehicle and the work they were doing. Extremely honest and trustworthy, they didn't treat me like I was dumb just because I am a female either. They were hired to tow an antique 83' GMC truck in perfect body shape , freshly painted n all 4 antique GMC covers on rims - the truck was perfect , now has a dent in front n lost antique rim cover - but that's not all the driver was all over the road during the tow n accused the owner of stealing the truck when he had the title , the driver threatened to knock on the door n wanted to check the VIN number - yes I am contacting the BBB of VA

The absolute worse experience I have ever had with a towing company. The prices are highway robbery and the cops call them for you. If u are ever unfortunate to be in a accident and need your vehicle towed tell the officers to call someone besides these guys.

Had purchased a truck and called them to come pick it up and he acted as if I was stealing the truck because he knew the home owner where the truck was parked and was not told they was selling a truck even tho the home owner was not the owner truck and asked to see the title and keys to it to prove I had purchased it would not recommend
