Awesome people make for awesome companies. Had a great experience with every person I spoke to and came in contact with. First employee happened to be at a red light when we were t-boned and waited around simply to keep us safe from oncoming traffic. Thank you.

Donald the Driver was excellent, he was there within 35 mins of us calling the company. Very polite, excellent customer service. Would not hesitate to call this company if ever needed again. Would give a 10 if I could. Thanks again

My vehicle got towed off of 64 because of a flat tire before I could get back to it. The price was reasonable but the customer service was excellent they pumped up my spare then when we went back for me to put it on the car they offered me a jack and air wrench to change it with and then when they brought the tools to me the guy actually changed the tire for me. I will be using them and recommending them if I ever need a tow or know of anyone that does need a tow!!!!Service: Car towing

I had a excavator do some work on our pond last year and I asked him for a referral on getting our long driveways refreshed with gravel. Without hesitation he told me to call Larry at Bradley's Trucking and I am so happy I did. I usually get 2-3 bids on bigger projects but the response time and their ability to work around their busy schedule and mine was incredible. It took 3 truckloads to cover everything but the skill that they used in drop spreading everything was amazing. They even took the time to level out a parking pad for our camper in the back of the house! All this was done without us even being on the property. Larry was so communicative and respectful you can not want to do business with him! You certainly won't regret it if you do!Service: Local hauling

Driver was very helpful, towed us to Mr. Tire they wouldn t fix the truck so he took us to OReilys across the street to get the part to fix the truck. Gave us his number incase we needed the truck towed again. Great Service!!!

So I broke down 45 minutes from home and we tried calling around to get a tow and see how much it would cost. The companies who actually did answer were super rude and we're going to charge $400 for the tow. I finally decided to check for tow companies where I was trying to go, rather than ones close to where I broke down. We ended up calling Bradley's and the gentleman who answered the phone said they don't usually go out that far but he would if he had to to help us. He asked us to give him a minute to figure out the cost and he'd call us right back. He called back very quickly and let us know it would be around $250. Obviously we jumped on that price. I regrettably didn't end up catching the driver's name, I'm not sure if he is Bradley or just someone who works for him but he was so polite and a really great driver, too. I felt safe riding with him and had a really nice ride home even given the situation of having to have my truck towed 50 miles. If I ever need a tow again I'll definitely be calling Bradley's Trucking before anyone else. Thank you so much for helping us today! If your driveway washes out like there's a river running through it, call them! We had gotten 3-4 estimates before Bradley's and they were all $2,500-$5,000 to haul in some gravel and fix it. We decided to call Bradley's and they did our driveway with asphalt millings for $1,650! Way better than the rock the other companies were going to use! Not only was the price amazing but so was Jenny and the men that came and did our driveway!! I wish I could give them 10 We've also had a nice summer storm since they've rolled our driveway and nothing moved!!!Service: Local hauling

My husbands car broke down on his way to work. Through our insurance they contacted Bradley's for the vehicle to be towed. The insurance company gave the gentlemen the wrong location, but we were able to sort it out when he called to check in. Once he arrived he was efficient and quick getting the car loaded and taken to the repair shop of our choice. He driver was friendly and helpful! I would recommend this company for towing needs. After an incident with a deer, our vehicle was not drivable. We called Bradley's towing, gave our location, and the tow truck showed up in a very timely manner. The driver was very courteous and professional. It was a very good experience under the circumstances and I will definitely use them again when needed. Service may be good but DO NOT send your trucks on the road with rocks flying off of them!Don t be lazy and clean off the back of the rigs before putting them on major highways - you re putting vehicles and people at risk.

We wish to commend Bradley's for the incredible gravel placement work in our driveway and parking area. Leveling with a giant dump truck takes much skill, and Larry truly cares about his service and was a master at doing a fantastic job. We were rear ended in Harrisonburg on our way to Virginia Beach for vacation. We were told that the vehicle was drivable. 30 minutes down the road there was smoke coming into the car and we pulled over. We called the insurance company of the person who hit us and explained. There was nothing they could do because it was after 5...2 woman and a baby stranded beside the road!! We saw a sign for a nearby hotel and decided to drive the car (bumper dragging and all) to the hotel. The hotel was beyond nasty and we felt unsafe!! But we didn t have a choice. We couldn t drive the vehicle and we couldn t leave it. The next morning I called Bradley s based on their Google review and at that time I spilled our last 12 hours to Jenny. This woman arranged a tow and drove her personal vehicle to come get us out of the nasty hotel and took us back to the business office while we got a rental and food. Then, she drove us to the next town over to get a rental and arranged for our car to be towed 4 hours home. She helped us when we were out of options. I m not sure what her job description is at Bradley s Towing, but I know she went above and beyond. Thank you for everything...especially your compassion!!!Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

I would choose Bradley's they can be trusted. Unlike AC towing in waynesboro, this company is taking advantage of my dad holding his truck in their yard and charging knowing he is in the hospital and can not get it.
