The owner, Timmy, UPCHARGED me almost THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS for a transmission. He kept getting very shifty and evasive when I asked a couple times for a receipt for the transmission itself, so I researched what I got, then called him out on the price on text and he didn t deny it. He does transmissions all the time - he will screw you over, too. He also proclaimed it was new , and while it wasn t used, it was actually remanufactured, not new I was only driving through Virginia when my transmission slipped just outside Waynesboro. He had good reviews, and was the only shop that would talk to me on a Friday afternoon, setting up dropping off my vehicle Monday to get started saying it usually takes 2 days, so I thought it was a relief to have met up with him. Then he had my van for a week (which might not have been his fault), but when I got it back the floor at the driver s seat was literally ripped up and worn away, and the step inside the van to get up to the seat was cracked and still wobbles, doesn t sit evenly, and won t slide back into place. But robbing me for a few thousand dollars was the big thing. TIMMY IS AN UNABASHED CROOK. Stay away from this shop!

Worst place we have ever had to deal. Never answers the phone always waiting on warranty/insurance people to call them back but they won t answer the phone for them to do so . Went to pick up car business left unlocked unattended with my keys hanging in the wide open for anyone to take. Had to wait over an hour for them to show back up so I could pay them for service. Left grease on my seats and the part that was supposed to take 2 days took 2 weeks. I would rather go to a junk yard for service than ever let them work my vehicle again Better hope you can walk because it will take them forever to get your car back. They do not care about your urgency or need. All they worry about is if the insurance is going to pay. Left car sit for days without even letting anyone know why they hadn t started working on the vehicle. If I could give them 0 stars I wouldService: General repairs & maintenance

Great service, Good people, they were able to repair my vehicle for far less than the other places around that I checked prices with.
