I must say I was more than pleased with the professional mannerism and degree of communication I received from the guy (forgot his name but younger guy with dark hair) and also when I got my phone back I seen just how perfect it was and worked just as it did when I first purchased it. Even an added bonus, my face ID still works as it always had considering Apples warning that some times it won't after having screen replaced. Thanks for saving me hundreds of dollars on a new phone!

Made an appointment online for a phone screen repair. Service was courteous, efficient, and pleasant. Phone was repaired in a very short time frame. Looks great - works great! 6 month guarantee on the work is a huge plus. Super satisfied and would recommend to anyone!

The small chassis AGM battery in our 10 year old Prius started acting up late on a Saturday afternoon so I called around to some auto parts stores on Sunday morning and wasn't making much headway and then called Batteries+ and was lucky enough to get connected with Nathan R.I was very happy with the outcome.

So happy I went to this place. Had to replace my lost car key. Not a newer car so was worried they couldnt replace it. 2013 Kia. Boy was I wrong. I can get in my car and start it with my replacent key. So incredibly worth it as my dealer wanted to charge me 200.00. Just ridiculous. I am thrilled that there is a place that won't take advantage of customers . Special shout out to "MASON" for his kindness and professionalism. What an assett he is to your company. Thank you**I will definitely be going back.**

They always have the batteries I need in stock and ready for pickup right after I order. The staff is friendly and helpful. The ONLY issue I have is the 10% online discount isn't automatic. You have to find the code and enter it or else you lose the ability to get that 10%. They can't rectify it in the store because it's a "corporate thing".

Follow up. It s been several months since the repair and I stand by the 5 Stars. I rarely give 5. In fact this is the only one I ve given in about 7 years. BATT+ Staff is Knowledgeable, helpful. even professional. A great experience overall. Mason - is a wizard with everything there.

If I could give a zero I would! They have terrible customer service!!!! We will never go back. If you have an iPhone do not go there!! My husband got a new battery and it s junk and they won t do anything bout it! His phone won t even keep a charge!

As always, Batteries Plus has the best customer service anywhere. I had issues with a cell phone. Spent an hour at the phone store in a waiting line.10 minutes at Batteries Plus and I was good to go.

Very easy phone repair from online scheduling to an included discount from scheduling to saving money for installing a new battery while they had phone apart. Also purchased new phone case that was in stock when I picked up the phone. Customer service and tech in-store was professional and was knowledgeable and very informative about what had to be done to repair the phone. Would buy from again great translation!!!

Mixed feelings. I had my pixel 4a s screen replaced three times in as many weeks because of installation issues. They told me Afterwards that Pixel s are notoriously hard to fix properly and will never be as good as before. Instead of sending me away- they took my money and gave me back a product that feels like might fall apart at any moment. They re good people but three phone screens later for a total of $490, I don t approve of their business methods.

I would have been absolutely lost today if not for the excellent staff at Batteries Plus Waynesboro. They were friendly, professional, and were able to replace my car battery so that I wasn t stuck hundreds of miles from home. Huge thanks!

These gentlemen, Reed, Luke and Doug were extraordinary Sales Person(s)! I had a wonderful experience with all, however, Reed and Luke had personalities that value the customer, professional and very honest. Reed checked my phone and I didn't need to replace it. I value his intelligence and trust his core salesmanship! Luke gave me a few insights on my phone that really mattered to me. I recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs for old fashioned customer service!

The service was great! The gentleman that first fixed my broken iPhone screen was knowledgeable and nice. But he must have messed up because when I got my phone back when it was finished, the top speaker didn t work and I couldn t hear anything when making a call. I went back to the store after almost being home and realizing the issue, the guy who fixed it was awesome! He fixed it and everything was working great. But now, not even 2 months later, the screen seems to not respond as quickly and I have to tap the screen multiple times before it responds. It s irritating but I paid $150 for this. It should work for months/years going forward.

Glad that they were open on Sundays! Purchased my mother a new phone recently and no one could call her. I'm not the most phone savvy person, but the gentleman there explained to me that the phone was on silent. He actually told me that with a straight face too! He didn't make me feel stupid at all, but I'm sure he had a good chuckle when I left!

I needed a car battery and had accidentally purchased online at the wrong store. He returned my incorrect purchase and installed the correct car battery. I was on my way quickly! Great customer service!

I was unavoidably running late on a Friday night and knew I wouldn't make it before closing time. Called the store and Drew said he would wait for me. When I got there, he already had my battery waiting. Excellent customer service. He even researched my phone model before I got there in case I had questions when I arrived. I'll be back for more!!!

Update: After posting a 1 star review below, we were contacted by the store manager. He asked us to bring our ipad in so it could be diagnosed. A internal part of the ipad related to the battery was not seated in its spot, but once it was put in the proper spot the ipad charged correctly. I am pleased that management reached out and that problem was ultimately fixed. I wish our issue would have been handled differently by the store employees when we first reached out.We brought our ipad in to have a broken screen replaced, the screen was replaced but following replacement the ipad's battery no longer charges. We did not have any trouble with the battery charging before or after the screen was broken prior to it being replaced. Some internet searching suggested that in some models of ipads a small internal switch could be accidently flipped when the screen is being replaced resulting in the battery not charging; however when we approached Batteries Plus Bulbs with the issue they took zero responsibility and did not attempt to diagnosis the problem. I would not recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLEthey had me under the impression that if my screen broke after I left them it would be fixed for free. My phone was dropped not even a foot off the ground and shattered under the screen protector and the did nothing but say we don t cover that even though the day before a red headed man told me they did. I do not recommend them at all

Your representative, Shelby, was awesome. She was so helpful, answered my questions, changed my batteries quickly. She is the reason that I will highly recommend! That and the ability to find batteries of almost any kind, but Shelby first!

The person working there was very nice, helpful and friendly. Store was clean and well organized.Only issue was the online guidebthat selected the battery I needed ( for my motorcycle) was not correct; the selected battery was not the right size. The clerk used my IEM battery to find the right one, we did the exchange and all was good.Woulda been 5 stars if the online selection had been right.
