If I could give this place -5 stars I would. They sold my mother 4 severely dry rotted tires and they put them on in the rain. She sat inside the place while the mechanic put them on. They knew what they were doing. This man and his non English speaking mechanic played my elderly mother out of her money and put her in harms way with those horrible tires the next morning the one tore was completely flat and another tore pro came to my mothers home and diagnosed all tired severely dry rotted. I went back to get my mother her monies back and the owners husband Gary Fitzgerald told me hatefully he had no time to talk to me and when I asked him that he needs to give me the owners name and number for the establishment he wouldn t and drove off in a older black suv. I know he isn t the actual owner because he s had so many lawsuits on him and the business certification that was hanging up was expired in 12/2023 and normally that means there s an active lawsuit on the owner and doors should be closed. I had to hound his supposed non speaking mechanic in order to get some kind of assistance. Gary Fitzgerald told him to basically not talk to me. But I wasn t leaving until my mother got at least some of her monies back. It s not fair that this man who has been put out of business for dirty service and now put the business in his wives name. It s a shame they take advantage of low income people and older woman, all of which put their trust in this horrible establishment. End result was they got tired of me being there and gave my mother money back for one tire.

I definitely would not take my business there ever if I were anyone. Took my trailer there just to have them put new tires on that I already had. The guy put one rim on backwards, which the face of the rim was facing inwards. Broke a valve stem on the spare so all the air leaked out. Stripped two of my studs on the other wheel. The owner was a complete ahole and said he would not fix any of it and threatened to call the police. I had to buy the valve stem replacements along with the two studs. Luckily the more competent employee seen how angry I was and fixed it against the owners say.

Stayed open late on a Saturday after my family's RV blew two tires. Got us home that night and not on the side of the road until Monday, we can't thank you enough

Around Tires saved my weekend. They were unbelievably kind staying open later than they planned and waited for me when the tow truck kept delaying their arrival. They were efficient and very reasonable. Overall a great experience!

I can't recommend stronger AGAINST buying tires here, it's terrifying knowing that people are driving 3,000+ pieces of metal at 70+ mph on tires that could blow out at any given time. Think about it.Bought 4 used tires from this place and within a week had one separate. They have a 2 day guarantee but since they are used to having issues regularly they replaced it for free. A month later another went out, thinking that it obviously should be replaced for free since this is unacceptable I went back but was charged for this one. Now, 8 months later another a third went out. So 4 out of 6 tires separated. Not so good considering this is literally where the rubber meets the road. If you are looking for used tires in Waynesboro, please do not go here. I was skeptical when I originally bought them, thinking they probably shouldn't have dry rot cracks in all of them, but I didn't get to view them before being put on.I've been driving on used tires for 20 years, including the 4 years I was a courier in DC, driving 50k miles per year. I would be willing to bet I've got close to 500,000 miles on used tires in my life, and I've never had one separate. If the owner cares to resolve this they are welcome to contact me to do so and I will edit my post. If this post is still up, it means there was no resolution made.Update: I called and spoke with the manager and asked what a typical failure rate on a used tire should be. He said he thought 30-40%. I explained to him that I've had 4 of 6 go in the time I've had them, asked if there is anything they would be willing to, suggesting that they apply the money I paid for the used tires towards new tires and was quickly turned down. He explained their thinking is that even if you pay $25 for a tire and you get 2 weeks out of it then you got your moneys worth. The fact that safety isn't even on the radar is scary. At the end of the call I was told to take my business somewhere else, so I did. All interactions with every person at this place expresses a lack of caring.I went across the street to Fitzgerald Tires, spoke with someone who was honest and straightforward about my situation, despite it not being what I wanted to hear- they didn't have my tire size but could offer something close. She explained to me the pros and cons of my options and at the end of it took my information to put me on a list to be contacted when they get the correct size. Coming from the experience I had, I looked carefully at the tires they had on display, all much better quality, more and better tread, no dry rot, no cracks. And only $7 more each. They switched my full size spare to my normal rim, which I also bought from ABC Tire. They pointed out a split in the sidewall, so that left me choosing between driving on a tire severely separated in 2 places or this. That would make 5 out of 7 tires from ABC no good.I would advise anyone with a similar experience to go beyond Google and contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint.

THE GOOD:Very nice lady, helped me find the place.Sold me used tires, put the tires on, charged me for balancing...THE ISSUE:The tires didn't balance, but they decided not to tell me.. that's a huge safety issue.(car shakes like crazy at 55mph)Could have told me they couldn't get the tires to balance.....

I bought four used tires on Sunday. Drove my car home 4 miles. When I left for work the next day I had a flat tire. Looking closer at the tire it was cracked/dryrot near the seal. I got four new tires from another place on the way to work. I went back with the old tires and asked for a refund. They said they didn't know how to reverse the charge on the credit card machine and that someone would give me a call. I said OK and left the four faulty tires with them. Three days passed with no call. I called back and they told me the same story and that they would call back later that day. No call. Today I stop by on my way to work. Same story, they tell me to come back later. I come back and I guy tells me they left him no money to give me and that the owner will not give me my money. I asked to talk to the owner and was told that they will not talk to me. He said my best bet would be to get a lawyer and come after them. Because that is the only way to get my money. I ask for the owners name and was not given it. He said the owner will not talk to me. He said, this happens to him all the time. The owner must be a con coward when they can not even make things right with their customers or even talk to them face to face. Hiding behind their employees. I want my $140 back.

I do not recommend this place. Around Tire put 2 different size tires on my truck and one of them was dry rotted. They told me to come back that following Monday and they would replace the wrong sized dry rotted tire. Called to confirm they were there and had what I needed before driving all the way back over there. No answer no call back. Lesson learned. !!!GO ACROSS THE ROAD TO FITZGEROLDS!!!

The business needs to reconsider it's practices. Selling dry rotted junk yard tires is a threat to everybody on the road. Do not buy tires here.
