Stopped in on my way back home to Richmond, VA, would make the drive for to this store again and again. Outstanding Customer Service and Expert Advice! I thought Id just browse for a few minutes, hours later I had advice and assistance / supplies to conquer my tasks around the house I have put off for quite sometime and also after hundreds of visits to other hardware stores have not felt I even knew where to begin with selection of the right supplies for a few of these projects, nor was anyone working at other places interested in my interests, goals, needs in the genuine, kind, helpful manner Jean and Lenny were. I had the pleasure of experiencing the best customer service I've ever encountered from Jean and Lenny when purchasing from Ace Hardware Warsaw, VA. Kelli, Mike from management also showed amazing enthusiasm and support, were nice to talk to. From the moment I reached out with a query, the customer service team went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information and support I needed.Not only was the response time incredibly fast, but the advice I received was genuinely insightful. The team's expertise shone through, providing me with tailored recommendations that perfectly suited my needs. Their patient guidance helped me make an informed decision, and I couldn't be happier with the purchases.It's rare to see a company that truly values its customers as this particular store does. Their commitment to exceptional service and expert advice has made me a loyal customer. I always have a great experience at Warsaw Ace! I recently sent Kelli and Mike a sketch of a plumbing project I was working on and a list of parts. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the right items and that everything fit, surely saving me multiple trips to the store. The staff there have always been super-friendly, eager and knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you find what you need. Excellent paint department, too! Thanks!!

Horns Ace Hardware in Warsaw is awesome!! From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted and asked if any help is needed, even on busy days. I ve been going there since they opened and it s a pleasure to shop there. Kelli and Grace go beyond what they need to do to help with and questions or concerns about their products.All the staff are helpful and professional. It s my go to hardware store.

Look elsewhere for equipment rentals.Rented equipment made it 3 hours into a 24 hour reservation before it broke down. Ace had to come pick it up and winch it onto a trailer to take it away. Ace said this was pretty common with this piece of equipment as it is known for having issues. Further attempts to contact Ace have been ignored. No refund. No store credit. No contact. No apology.Save your self the trouble and go elsewhere. I wish someone had saved me the hundreds I spent on a known faulty machine.

Attempted to return an item Saturday 1-06-24. Item still in the original bag and unopened package, including purchase receipt. They refused to honor any form of return compensation. Not even a store credit. Very bad customer handling. If you buy something at this Warsaw store you own it even if it doesn t fit.This store policy is against the state of Va. fair trade practices. I don t understand how they get away with this?

Fantastic store with great staff. Dennis who works with the lawn mowers is a treasure. I would HIGHLY recommend buying mowers and equipment from them rather than the big box stores. Everyone goes out of their way here for their customers.

This is the nicest hardware I've been. The customer service is great. Being out of state was difficult to find my way around. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and I got this little guy a feeder.

Needed to ship a box via UPS. Warsaw Ace associate was very helpful in getting the package ready to ship. Superb and friendly service.

Store would not honor a warranty return on a water heater purchased under a year ago. They would not return my call after they rudely said they would call me back and would not call the warranty company as warranty company asked that they do. The warranty company reimbursed us since Ace wouldn't comply.

They gave us 75% off the summer sale. We were there the day before and had said it was going on sale for 75% off the next day but then the manager changed it later that day. They honored the 75% off

This store has a lot for its size, particularly impressed with their equipment rental options. We rented a trenching machine and the process couldn't have been simpler.

I purchased a Toro mower from Warsaw Ace Hardware.They are a Toro dealer. You won t get better customer service at a box store. Warsaw Ace Hardware is my go to place for outdoor power equipment . Great customer service. Friendly atmosphere; a very clean well organized store.I give Warsaw Ace Hardware a 5 star rating.

I did not have a positive experience when I visited this store on May 6th at 1:30pm. I will not be coming back.Rental counter should process rental customers, not other customers wishing to buy floor items who want to purposely evade the longer checkout line in the front of the store. Staff member 'Kelly' walked female customer with her floor items, to the front and checked her out. She should have handed that customer off to the female floor employee walking around doing nothing, or perhaps to the staff at the front of the store already performing that role.Kelly, is apparently the only employee trained in processing rental agreements. None of the other 6 employees I counted were presumably trained.Cross train more employees so that they can assist the needs of your rental customers. And, advise other staff members not to make verbal excuses on behalf of your shortcomings by stating "well we've been busy". You won't be for long if you continue to neglect other customer prospects.I got tired of waiting for someone to assist me renting a bush hog mower so I left.

I have found that their prices are higher than other ace's in the area. They seem to have less inventory as well. The store is clean and organized and fine for a quick trip, but I find myself driving to other places because they don't have what I need.

This Place sucks the price suck and employees suck do yourself a favor and go to the ace in lottsburg. update after a year I tried to go again and the woman touched My girlfriend's kid without his consent and made him feel very uncomfortable

Gorgeous new store with great selection!! Just what was needed in the area. I love it and it saves me from the dreaded trips to big box store in Tappahnnock. It's nice to grab a wrench or a bag of birdseed without wandering all over a giant store with no customer service. Yay Warsaw! Our sweet town gets better everyday.

Oh my goodness. The first time I visited the store I was greeted and I believe his name was Rob he has some medical disablitities that I noticed because I share in the same situation. He was so sweet and tentive. He took time and alot of effort with me. I fell in love. Lol. But truly enjoyed his help. and the cashier who was a brother. Counted my money back to me in my hand and was helpful in asking if he could take my things to the car for me. I'm so humble. Great team. And excellent selections. I'm blessed to be a part of my Richmond County team members. I love them all
