I started calling this guy long before the end of Dec. explaining that we had our annual inspection due before the end of the year and that I really needed to get the windshield replaced in order for it to pass. I even told him that since he was mobile that if need be he could do the work at The Tire Doctor (who recommend him as a possible repair person) near to us so we could just get the inspection done immediately after. I had to get USAA and their Safelite team to approve his prices etc. and sent emails, Safelite/USAA sent emails, called dozens of time, sometimes NOT getting any call going thru or call back after leaving messages, and getting a total run around. He may have done some good work for someone, but as far as I'm concerned he is not a reliable source if you need help in a reasonable amount of time. I now have someone else who will be coming on Monday, Jan. 9th to do the work.
