Buying a car is a stressful process. However the crew at Warrenton Toyota made it incredibly easy. I was able to get the best price on a hard to find RAV4 in the color I fell in love with. I shopped around and got an idea of the price I wanted and negotiated through email. They were prompt and very easy to work with. Nick the sales manager was a straight forward and fair guy, was able to get me a quote on an out the door price that was exactly in my ballpark. Rob the sales consultant was also extremely helpful and even stayed almost 2 hours after his shift ended to help me with the sales process. I'm really happy with my new car and will do business with Warrenton Toyota in the future. Thanks again**Update**My wife was in the market for a Toyota, and of course, like I said in my review 2 years ago.. We came back to Warrenton Toyota!Seriously, stay away from the main DC Toyota dealers and come out here. Now we are a 2 RAV 4 family and couldn't be happier! Thanks Warrenton Toyota!

I had a great purchase experience with Warrenton Toyota! Tom was great. I was able to do everything over the phone and internet, which saved me a ton of time. I spent 15 minutes in finance signing the docs and was in and out with my truck in 30 mins.

I just purchased a 2023 Tacoma TRD Pro. The whole experience was a delight. There was no pressure from anyone. The process couldn t have been easier and smoother. Tom and Anil were polite and professional and I would absolutely go back or recommend anyone to them.

I believe that I received a fair price without spending hours haggling. Rob and Nick were very helpful in making the final deal come together. Mark provided excellent support after the sale. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

If you re interested in shopping, seeing vehicles or test driving they don t have time for you on the weekends. The sales person, Tom, asked if we were buying today at least twice, and I told him no both times. When we asked to test drive, he said only if we were buying that day. Apparently, Saturdays are too busy despite only two other customers on the lot and a lot of open customer parking spaces, to actually serve customers. This dealership was night and day from The other Toyota dealer that we visited in the area, And we won t be coming back

I recently purchased a new 2023 Toyota Tundra. My salesman Mark and his team were top notch. They respected my time and made my transaction efficient and seamless. It took less than 2 hours to complete. The finance manager was very knowledgable, professional and polite as well. I had contacted 12 other dealerships in the region and Warrenton by far was the most honest and straightforward. Most importantly, no gimmicks with pricing and no sleazy sales tactic's that experienced elsewhere. I highly recommend this dealership!

They don t budge on price but they don t charge thousands over MSRP like other Toyota dealers in northern VA either. There honestly isn t any other option without driving hundreds of miles. They are good honest fair people at Warrenton Toyota. I highly recommend.

I was amazed how quickly the paperwork on the day of purchase went. I think I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour. I experienced a great no-hassle, no-pressure sales environment, and all of my questions and concerns were dealt with promptly and professionally.Shout out to Rob Purdham, Anil George, and the rest of the Warrenton Toyota team. Also, hats off to Warrenton Toyota itself as the only dealership in the DMV area I could find who would sell a new 2024 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro at MSRP with no dealer mark ups. Those other dealerships have earned my scorn while Warrenton Toyota has earned my business.

Our salesman was very patient with us, explaining the process from purchase to pickup. We hadn t purchased a car in 17 years! When picking up the car, he reviewed all the pertinent information so that we felt confident driving home. Our communication with Rob was timely as he responded to every contact in a reasonable manner. We are happy with our RAV4!

Excellent experience with these folks! I called the day before Thanksgiving looking for a Tacoma in lunar rock and they had one left on the lot. Within two hours, it was mine and I was able to drive home with it, even after the DMV system went down for a bit. Matt and Marcy went above and beyond for me and I really appreciated it!!!

Service was very good. At the end I was late for a meeting. I had to get my car but it was in the wash phase. I said I could not wait. The man helping me grab the key and got my car in less than 1 minute and I was able to make my meeting on time. It was really great. Thank you

Brought my car in they fixed the problem by replacing my new fuel pump and battery I got from a local mechanic. Fine. I bring my car home and it still has the same problem. They then proceed to misdiagnose my car again and want to charge me an extra 800 on top of the 1400 dollars I spent. I promised the mechanic he was misdiagnosing my car but he didn t listen. Weeks later I fix the issue from a mechanic who listened and correctly diagnosed my car. Never coming here again. Simply unskilled and unprofessional. Not to mention the receptionist was rude and hung up on me when I was trying to get my towed to a new mechanic.

I live in Stafford, but I just found my new Toyota dealership. Top notch customer service. Matt was great! Found our new 2023 Prius XLE last Friday on their website. Called them up around noon to see if it was available, and it was. Drove over, met Matt and went for a test drive. Loved it, bought it, and we were done with everything and back home in about 2.5 hours. No gimmicks, markups, or hassle. Easy, which is the way it's supposed to be. If you get anxiety dealing with sales people and dealerships like me, do yourself a favor and give this one a try. Thank me later.

Bought a 2024 Corolla from Warrenton Toyota. Tom Bonesteel and Anil were awesome to work with. No pressure, easy peasy transaction. Also, the 2024 Corolla LE is a really nice vehicle for the money. Toyota keeps getting better!

Easy to deal with and staff was very friendly. I drove from almost 2 hours away for my supra because they were the only dealer not charging for market adjustment . Was an all around great experience and would recommend.

I wanted a very specific 4Runner that was impossible to find across multiple states. I left my name with multiple dealerships. Mark saw one coming in to warrenton a couple months out and called me. He sent me the exact specs and let me know I could put down a refundable deposit to hold it for 48 hrs when it came in. He kept in touch and me in the loop along the way. It came in this week and in 2 hours I traded in my old Toyota and was in my new one. Amazing customer service from both Mark and Marcie. I am and will continue to be a repeat buyer from Warrenton Toyota.

We had a fantastic experience working with Tom Bonesteel and the staff at Warrenton, Toyota. They worked with us on ensuring we were able to close on our 2023 Prius before taking a big trip out of town. They were straight, direct, and fast with the purchase and didn t push us with additional add-ons. This is by far the most honest and hassle-free dealership experience we have had. We will definitely be returning and recommending to friends in the future!

The best experience we have ever had at a car dealership. Had to replace a car that was totaled in an accident. Every other dealer was charging "market adjustment" on the very limited supply of cars. Tom and Anil helped us replace the car that we lost from 180 miles away. Great communication and honesty. I would not hesitate to drive 180 miles again next time we are in the market.
