Do not recommend. The first time husband went they did a good job maybe to earn our trust. Then the 2nd time my car said it needed oil like a month after we d done to get it filled. Which is odd cause we use it only on the weekends. I let it pass by and went to get it refilled. Then it happened yet again. It had 3,000 miles left for the estimated oil change.We went to a different place and they told me my car had no oil. I was blown it s a brand new Mercedes.I am NEVER going here again and recommend you don t either. They are the typical oil place that tries to scam you.

I took my vehicle in a year ago for an oil change. They used an impact to tighten everything up. When it was time for an oil change, I was out of town, so I took it to another place. They refused service because of this (fear of breaking something basically). I took it back to this place, and of course, they broke it, trying to take it off. Still charged me full price for the oikd change, but don't worry, they didn't charge me for the part they had to replace.

Purchased two tires for my car and had a great experience. They had to order the tires, but they were there the next day, and when I brought my car in for the work, I waited. They were done in under 90 minutes, and I was able to keep working on my computer with their wifi. Super friendly guys and will continue to take my car here!

Just stopped in to have the batteries replaced in my cars two key fobs, they did handled it quickly and for no charge. Offer this option as a customer service to the community apparently. What great business!!

Outstanding in every respect. Communication was great. Service was great. The facility is kept immaculately, and I recognized a lot of the faces there even though it had been two years since my last visit, which leads me to believe that this is a business that retains its employees and must be a good place to work. I entirely recommend Warrenton Tire & Auto, to the extent that I went so far as to endorse them in this forum! Did a lot of research and got several price quotes and settled on Warrenton tire and auto. They gave us the best price and ordered the tires for us which came in quickly. They notified us right away so we came in first come first serve. They were busy, but fit us right in and had my new tires on my vehicle within an hour. The employees there were also very knowledgeable and helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Warrenton T&A is absolutely wonderful. Use them regularly but this last time our car would not start and we had to tow it to them in the middle of the night. I called them in the morning and they said it s no problem they will check it out and call back. My car was fixed that day. Would never have imagine it would have been so fast. Their rates were reasonable and no trying to get me to purchase anything else. I love this place and will continue to give them my business and pass the word around about how wonderful they are. Helped me out with a tire rotation and alignment (alignment was significantly cheaper than other shops I called) with no issues. Also was experiencing a weird sound coming from under the hood. They weren't able to diagnose it because it's hard to replicate, but they also didn't try to take a wild guess and have me replace parts that wouldn't have necessarily fixed it, which I appreciated. Seems like an honest shop, which is hard to come by these days.

They forewarned me they were short handed so I arrived early. Everyone was very polite and pleasant. I noticed they were just as nice with everyone who came in while I was waiting. Bill was consistent with estimate. Very happy I chose Warrenton Tire.Service: TiresService: Tires

Staff is polite and competent, work done and explained professionally. Spacious and comfortable lobby if waiting for work to be done. Prices are reasonable and definitely not at dealership level Highly recommend! Made a return visit for balance/alignment after some deep pothole action several months later walk-in and put on standby list for alignment All done 3 hours later. Very friendly but was unhappy with surcharge of $30. For bringing my own tires! I am retired and in today's economy had to shop for the best price on my tires. Sad that I was penalized for that. Also the counter person gave me information on tire pressure that incorrect. My reccomended tire pressure is 36 psi....he said it should be set at between 38 and 45!!! This would wear the center of the tires out quickly. The shop set mine at 39 or 40. I had to have them lowered to 36.Service: Tires

I reached out by email for a quote for tires and Chris got back to me right away and was super helpful! I was shopping around for the best deal and also wasn't sure which brand of tires I wanted to go with. He always answered quickly and provided all the info I needed to pick the tires that would work best for me, without any pressure! I told him Thursday about mid-day which ones I wanted and he called me just hours later to let me know they'd already been delivered! I got them installed Friday, and even with adding the road hazard plan, I was out the door with a price I was happy with. Everyone I encountered was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Specifically Paul, he worked with me via phone to figure out the best time to come in with my availability in mind.Hands down the most comprehensive and efficient diagnostic for my Jeep to determine the area of concern and quick on on the repair. Always great service. Stopped by a few months back to discuss a new full set of tires on a used car I had just bought. Traveling with my grandson for a camping trip we discovered a low tire with a slow leak. We need it fixed quickly and found the Warrenton tire shop. The guys were professional, polite and prompt. They got in in quickly made repairs and on our way in less than an hour. The charge was very reasonable. These guys really saved the day and our camping trip for us. We want to give a Big thank you to the guys at the Warrenton Tire and Auto shop!!!

I had a flat on the highway about 10 minutes from their location. I was able to call ahead and have them start my paperwork. The technicians they were very friendly and were able to give me back on the road within an hour and a half. They are also located near many restaurants in an ice cream shop if you have children with you and don t want to just wait in the shop.Service: Tires

Have used their services about 4 times. Their staff and mechanics are always professional and cordial and service is fast even as a walk-in. Their customer service is refreshing after dealing with other businesses who don t care about their customers or quality of service. As usual, at noon on the last day of the month I was looking for a place to get my car inspected. I live in Culpeper but had an appointment in Warrenton so I was looking in both jurisdictions for assistance. Of the twelve places I called, this was the only place that said they might be able to help, depending on the queue by the time I got there. All the rest said no. So I went to Warrenton Tire and Auto (very conveniently located), checked in, and was out of there in less than an hour, no problem. The people were friendly and there was a comfortable, quiet place to wait where coffee was on offer. Afterword, I made my appointment on time too.
