Got my tires balanced and mounted on Christmas Eve, it took the mechanic for ever but still I am grateful that they were open on Christmas Eve and providing the service.

Almost three hours waiting to oil change service and that s how I picked my car up. Black oil everywhere inside the car.They said we clean it in vacuum.

I recently bought 4 tires at Warrenton Walmart Tire Center. The price on Good Year radials was excellent. The service was quick, professional, fair and friendly.They went above and beyond a simple tire replacement: they ran a diagnostic and found out that 2 of my sensors were bad, which I knew. And they replaced them for a very reasonable rate.The mechanics were knowledgeable, personable, honest and informative.I will come here again and I highly recommend this Service center to others.

They will get you in quick, but it s not what it used to be. I had been taking my non exotic cars here for oil changes , but the last 2 visits have been disappointing. This new car I took they acted like it was rocket science on the oil my car takes . The first time I let it go because the service lady said they go by what s on the cap (I believed her and that was that ),but the next time I took it I realized they changed it again and I had to say something. So basically the first time they put 5w 40 then the second time they put 5w 30 when my car takes 5w20 . They fixed it , but like I told the manager how would I trust them if they did it wrong 2 times . She said it s what the system recommended and got a little flustered when I asked for a partial refund so I could actually take it somewhere that knew what they were doing . I never had this issue with any other professional place . If it recommend 2 kids and you see on the cap it says one of them then why would you go with something different ? I get it it s Walmart but cmon no other place would do that unless the owner specifically asked . No wonder the first time I noticed my car taking so long to warm up the motor. I m not taking my car so the techs can experiment train better . Y all had better techs before .

I asked for a Full synthetic oil change. I always got the full synthetic oil change done at Walmart. I got it done at the Warrenton location this morning instead of Culpeper. She looked up my account and asked if I'm getting the same oil change as I usually do.They did semi-synthetic instead, and I was charged for semi-synthetic. I was very disappointed. I don't want to mix the oils in my car and my car had a very bad performance after the oil change. It drove worse then it did before I came in.I'd advise writing it down on paper for the clerk and making sure they understand "Full" not Semi. I don't why this happened.

I can't even put into words how wonderful Miss Faye is! That lady brightened up my whole day yesterday and made me feel right at home. She took the time to explain the differences in tires and helped me find an alternative when y'all didn't have the 2 tires I needed in stock. Even though there was a long line and Miss Faye was by herself, I watched her use the same diligence and care with every customer that came through. She is truly a treasure and I really hope Walmart recognizes how wonderful she is!Service: Tires

i have had good experiences in the past with oil changes, i bought tires on monday, they gave my car back with a broken TPMS, i call back when i got home, as i was told the light would be on for 20 minutes. they refuse to give me an appointment to fix the situation they caused, 2 days later they replace the broken sensor. another it will be fine in 20 minutes. not the case, when i go in today im told "well the thing is we know we broke it and our device to fix it is busted, oh darn, last time it took us a year to get a new one!!" so my TPMS light is now perma on until either they "get" the new device (suggested a year) or i find a more competent place and pay them to fix it. frustrated with this last interaction, especially after spending over 400 on tires.Service: Tires

They went above and beyond when they fixed my flat tire after I arrived in less than 30 min before they closed. Usually they do not start a new job in the last 30 min before they closed because they can t stay after 7 due to over time policy. However they did mine after I explained to them that it took me 40 min driving to come here. Thank you all and thanks to Terrisa the lady by the register, i guess that was her name.

These guys are always swamped. You have to show up at 6:15 am when they open at 7 to be first in line. By 8:00 am they are booked until 4:00 pm. It's crazy. They need more help!!

Big Tire chain service and prices right in my back yard. If want a specific tire that's not on the common tire rack, they usually can have it in a day. I only run a specific type of high grade Michelin and they ordered it and had it the next day. Great service after also.

We were traveling & one of our trailer tires had a flat. We managed to get to this Walmart Auto Center, not having high hopes. They did the change for us, promptly & were all so kind! I think Brian was our new friend for the day, so thank you!Service: TiresService: Tires

They were amazing!! Our children had an issue with a flat trying to get back to school the Sunday after Thanksgiving. They were SO helpful and even stayed past service hours to help our kids. I cannot thank them enough or say enough good things about their service.

I am new to the Warrenton area and the Warrenton Walmart. After several visits to the Warrenton Auto Care Center, my experience each time has been excellent.Specifically my experience with Faye.She is knowledgeable, compassionate and treats her customers with respect (even when they get a bit 'salty' as I just witnessed).My experience with Teresa has also been excellent.It's refreshing to find Walmart personnel to be so courteous, competent and efficient.My tires were done in less than an hour, which is a fast turn-around time for any tire center.Hats off to Faye, Theresa and the young man who installed my tires!

Went in for simple oil change and they took over 30 minutes to attend. And that there were only 2 people working today so it would take over an hour. Employees weren't doing anything just talking and joking with themselves. If I could give them zero stars I would! Don't come here for car purposes.

Worst service experience ever. Went for a simple oil change and tire rotation. After 3 hours of the car sitting in the bay, was told they couldn't rotate the tires because they didn't have a 17mm socket. How are you going to operate a service center and not have a 17mm socket? Had to wait another hour for them to find "lost" paperwork before they would check me out. Spoke with a manager and was told "sorry, we've received alot of complaints about this particular department."If I could give 0 stars, I would.

These guys have some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.I had to wait in there check in / check out area that was left unattended for about 15 - 20 minutes before I was helped. I was there to pick up a wheel and they tried to charge me for mounting the tire on to the rim. Which should have been free because I bought the tire from Wal mart. Then they tried to make me pay $1.50 for a disposal fee for the old tire I had replaced. I specially requested before checking in that I would like to dispose of the old tire myself.So with this being said, it took another 30 - 45 minutes just to get a manager to grab the old tire I wanted to throw away. A manager came...and left, then I had to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes to have one of the employees from TLE to grab my tire for me.Also the lady who was helping me with all this had a terrible attitude. I have a job that requires a lot of customer service, so I understand, I get it. Maybe I caught her on a bad day...but that doesn't mean that I want to suffer through your bad attitude while I'm trying to be helped.

I called around 11 AM to see what their wait time for an oil change was, they said they were not excepting any more till after lunch which was over at 1 o clock. I drive down there with plenty of time for 1 o clock and was greeted by a lady who told me they were not taken anymore for the day.If I had known this I would not have wasted my time driving down there to get the oil changed. Lesson learned to stay away from Walmart auto and lube.

Great service. Woke up to flat tire pumped it up and headed in . Got me fixed up pretty quickly. 9 nails in tire..smh. wth...with... they have never seen that many in one tire. Thanks guys for great service

Price is Right, that is for sure. I got a full synthetic oil change with my own selection of brand, and there is nowhere in town that can beat the price. I normally do my own oil but they were able to squeeze me in on a busy Saturday.

Website said they close at 7. Sign on the door written in marker said they were going to close at 6. I walk in with a tire to drop off at 4:45 that I don't need to pick up the next day or even Monday and the guy said they were done writing up new orders for the day and he couldn't take my tire. I guess I'll just come in on Sunday and see if you're open. The guy said they open at 6:45 but we'll see about that since they kind of operate by the seat of their pants around here.

To fix a supply problem (I waited on my parts for 2 weeks and still nothing) the whole crew went out of its way to help me out. They did it fast and very well, even the manager don't hesitate to get his hands dirty to fix a situation. Will definitely come back.

Oil change and tire rotation, yes, if you come later than 7, you are staying in the line, but the service was good, I liked it, I believe this service will be getting better

We had a flat tire on the road and found this Walmart auto care center, we were in and out in under 30 minutes. We had wonderful service.

Always have had good experiences here. Tires mounted 6 times different vehicles good job every time.

Had a good deal with the tires I had purchased. The wait to have the installation done (3 hours) was just too long.

Need some training in there jobs in the service department. Took 3 hrs. For a oil change and tire rotation. They we're 1 and half hours wait

Horrible attitudes and customer service. I don't mind the waiting but being disrespectful is uncalled for. This center used to be a friendly place for your auto needs. What happend?

Got to auto center at 5 PM to get 2 tires put on my car. I was told by the tech he was leaving at 6 and wasn't going to do it. There were no cars in bay, no cars in parking lot... very disappointed at the attitude from the tech
