My experience at Safford of Warrenton was exemplary. My salesman Mr. Grayson was amazing, he managed to get an amazing deal worked out with me even though I was based 5 1/2 hours away. He made the process smooth and precise. He helped me immensely with my purchase as I initially reached out for a different model that didn t have the options I wanted to but he still guided me the right way and it lead me to my new 2024 Ram Rebel GT. The financial department was great as well, they helped me work out amazing deals with different warranty s so I d walk away with the best protection I could for such an an amazing vehicle. Overall this was one of, if not, the best vehicle buying experience I have had to date. If I ever need a vehicle or a friend needs a referral for a great place to go to, Safford of Warrenton will be my first choice.

I did have to wait a bit on my order however, Bill is one of the best sales people that Safford has, he kept me updated on my order the best I could and provided me with top notch customer service. I am a first customer of his but my family has been buying cars from him for over 25 years. Omar was excellent as well I'm finalizing the deal with me and explaining logistics of purchasing a new car. If you are looking to buy a new car, go see Bill, he will give you the best customer service possible. I am happy to be a Safford Warrenton customer.

1 thing I made very clear to my sales rep is I understand my trade has negative equity so if you can't help me no big deal. Last Thursday was the last text I got from him and it was to run my credit to see where my payments would be. I said to him if we're not close and my payments are a mortgage payment then running my credit wouldn't make a difference. So I got ghosted. Never heard back from the salesman. I guess having enough decency to tell me it can't be done is too much to ask for. Especially if I'm willing to drive 3.5 hours to purchase it.

The people are all very nice and provide great customer service, but I feel like it s because they are wolves in sheep s clothing. I have never felt more sheisted than when I have gone to this place. 6 months ago I was there for an oil change, I got out gave them my keys, and went to the waiting room, and one guy ran up to me and said Have you been having with your battery because it s dead and you need a new one. When they ran the diagnostics (which they rob you again for $189), they showed me it wasn t dead but I should get a new one. I never had battery issues with my car ever, but I have in other cars so I know what it s like, and I know my battery was fine. I also have 2 young kids, and we were about to go on a trip so I allowed it. Yesterday I went in for an oil change and state inspection. They said my check engine light was on because my thermostat needed to be changed. In retrospect, I m sure it was totally fine because they also called me and told me that the control buttons on my driver door didn t work, and I needed to get them fixed. I said I have never had an issue with those, and he said, you said you were having problems with them working. That was a WHOLE damn lie. They are fine. Instead of telling me about how much an actuator would cost for my car door they charged me $189 to give me a $1200 quote. When I called Chick s in Warrenton, I told them what I was quoted, and he quickly pulled it up on his computer and said it would be way less. I ll do all my future business at Chick s, which I should ve done from day 1 because they are the best in Warrenton when it comes to cars, and I can trust them. Safford is truly sleezy and so is its sister store in Fairfax where I bought my car.

I m a very picky and no nonsense type of buyer. Yes, I want the best deal and I typically know what I want. Purchasing from Safford was quite possibly the best vehicle buying experience I ve ever had. Yes, I just stated purchasing a vehicle was a pleasurable experience. . From the moment I virtually met Chris in sales to closing out financing with Michael, it was the smoothest experience. I had to drive near 2hrs to get the best deal and I would drive 6 to work with this team again. General Sales Manager Drew was phenomenal. I had questions about purchase vs. lease and he was so incredibly knowledgeable. There was no pressure. They wanted to make sure I got the vehicle that I wanted and exuded zero sales tactics. Highly recommend the entire Safford family of dealerships.

Working with Bill was one of the best car buying experiences we have had. He didn t rush us, helped us look at the various models we might be interested in, didn t try to upsell us, and was very helpful the whole time. Brendan was great as well. We had a lease that we wanted Honda to take back a few months earlier and he gave us a contact at our Honda dealership to work with. Brandon (at Honda) came through for us and got us out of the lease early. He also had only great things to say about the Warrenton Ram dealership, Bill, and Brendan.

The sales member Nick and sales manager were straight forward. One thing I hate about dealerships is games and Safford CJDR of Warrenton did not play games. Even when I called they gave me straight forward answers, which is why I came over to see the Jeep. They didn't tell me to come check it out and we can talk numbers when I arrive. If I were to buy another Dodge, Jeep or Chrysler it would be from this dealership first. I love the paperless process and getting a memory card for all my documents. Great process and this was the fastest and enjoyable experience in my car buying that I can remember. And car buying and enjoyable don't normally go together, but this place did!

I very rarely post reviews, but in this case I felt it important to warn others so they do not make the same mistake I did. In terms of the purchase of a Pacifica from Safford I would have rated the experience a 4.5, I don t think any purchase of a car would rate a 5. Angel and his partner were great and made the process very easy. For the Pacifica I would have rated it a 5 out of 5 until the about the 7th month, now I would rate it a 1 and warn you to think twice before you purchase this car.This review is for the dealership and follow up. I brought my Pacifica in to check the software and battery functions. I m retired and do not have to commute so about 80% of my driving was within the range of electric power available after a charge. I was getting around 55 mpg, give or take, and getting 500 or so miles on half a tank of gas. Then something changed and I continuously experienced getting only 50 to 75% of available electric power and the MPG dropped to between 35 to 40 most of the time.I told the service manager I had pictures showing this drop but he was not interested in them. They kept my car for 3 days because they were busy with other cars even though I had an appointment, told me there were no alerts with the software and there was nothing they could do. I asked to have the regional Chrysler service contacted but again was told without alerts they would not do that.Relying on only software alerts and not doing any real trouble shooting is insane. When there was a recall on the rear liftgate they did not get alerts. They did not charge my battery and when they took the car on a test drive they said it was fine. I did take a picture of trip status before and after I dropped the car off. The results were:drove for 4.7 miles. The display shows the change in electric power went from 15 to 9 miles but only used 3.6 miles of electric and 1.1 miles gas. This did not appear to be a problem to the service staff??I emailed the general manager and service manager and neither responded. Took my car to another dealership they took my copies of photos showing the extreme drop in electric power, kept the ticket open and said they would contact Chrysler. See photos before problem and example of not getting the electric power it should.

My initial review was 5 stars and I was extremely happy with the service that I received. However, after attempting to get the 2022 TRX inspected (I live out of state), it failed emissions. The dealership was aware that engine modifications were made to the truck, of course voiding the warranty after encouraging me to purchase an extended warranty, and never disclosed them to me. After alerting the dealership of the failed emissions test, I was told that they were aware that engine modifications were made. Since that time over two months ago, no one at the dealership has returned any of my messages. I have spent thousands of dollars on trying to remediate this issue and countless hours without any support from the dealership that sold me this, very expensive, vehicle.

They've messed up every appointment I've had since buying my truck. They didn't give me the key to my wheel lock when I bought the truck and charged me heavily to have them replace the lug nuts for regular ones, it took two hours. Today, I was supposed to have an appointment because the "leak guy" would be there to check why my truck is having moisture coming in, he wasn't there, he was in Maryland because they didn't tell him, this was after being bounced around 5 times on the phone to set the appointment. I'm very disappointed with the service here.

Went in for a standard oil change on an SRT Durango, something this dealer should have experience with daily. I opted to stay in the waiting room since John the service manager told me it would be 45 minutes. One hour, Forty Five minutes later John came out and told me that technician spilled some oil and they worked on cleaning it up hence the extra time. John did take the price of labor off of the ticket as he should have. The next 700+ miles the vehicle smelled terrible as it was burning oil off the block and exhaust. I took it back in to make sure everything was OK. They took it back in for half a day and apparently cleaned up all of the oil, ran it and made sure there was no more mess left and the problem was resolved. The vehicle continued to smell like burnt oil for the next week. I called and explained the situation but no call back for a week. During that time my son and I decided to put the car up on stands and address the mess ourselves. It took us nearly 3 hours to clean up the mess that had been made. I have no idea what actually happened during the original oil change but I can tell you it couldn't have been pretty. I could have done the oil change myself in an hour for less than they charged me and wouldn't have spent the additional hours of clean up. John was professional about the situation and did what he could but I have the feeling the garage is the problem. I was considering taking my 2nd Gen Viper GTS there for some routine maintenance that is probably necessary but that will never happen at this point when they can't even get a very common 392 V8 oil change right.My advice is to steer clear, there are better options. At the end of this, I'm out $75 and about 6 hours of my time on an oil change.I notice the standard response when Safford has a negative review is for the customer to reach out to their customer service team to discuss, I'm not going to do that, it should be the other way around.Mopar18

Great experience. We knew what we wanted and Sam Mingle led us to the perfect truck for us. Sam was very easy to work with. He is knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Our experience with the gentleman in finance was also exceptional. Over the years we have purchased many new vehicles, our experience at Safford Dodge in Warrenton was by far the best of many. I am a huge Jeep fan. I ve had a couple of Jeep Grand Cherokees and just bought my third, a new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from Safford Jeep Warrenton. Big mistake!!!After ONE WEEK it is completely DEAD!- Will not start- Will not jump start- Engine will not turn over at all- Will not manually engage to neutral using emergency pull lever (google it)- Had to get vehicle lift tow truck with wheel dolly because the car cannot be put into neutral or release the electronic parking brake- As soon as it arrived to Jeep service, at a different dealership, they informed me that this is the FOURTH vehicle this week with these symptoms and they do not know how to resolve it and Jeep has no idea when they will figure out a fix.- I now have a $65K BRICK!!!- I hate that Jeep would damage their reputation and brand like this.- No choice. Starting the lemon law paperwork- Have left 2 voicemails for the sales manager at Safford Warrenton. No call back- Left voicemail for Safford Warrenton General Manager. On vacation.

We purchased multiple Dodge Ram City Vans this year from this dealer. The process was very painful and unorganized. Unfortunatly, this dealer was the only option to purchase the vans we needed at the time. The paperwork for the vans had numerous errors and the tags on the vans were incorrect. Despite countless attempts to contact them, all of our calls have been ignored. Stay very far away!Drew was very unprofessional about the situation and refused to call us back or to fix our paperwork.Kathy, our sales representative acts as if we no longer exist and has moved on to her next commissioned client.We purchase between 10 and 15 Ram Promaster City Vans a year and will no longer be purchasing them from this dealer. We will take our money to dealers that appreciate repeat business, are responsive to clients and correct their mistakes!

It was time now to buy a new Dodge for 2024. After owning a 2006 Dodge Stratus for the past 17 years, and with ownership of a used Dodge Spirit 6 years prior, I became a Mopar fan. I had absolutely no major problems with the Dodge cars in the past and decided to continue to buy them. As a college professor I needed safety, reliability, and economy in a car as top priority, and Dodge filled that bill.I saw a 2023 Dodge Charger SXT for sale online at the Safford Dodge (etc.) dealership in Warrenton, VA. this past week and decided to inverstigate it. The color was what I wanted and the price was about right. My wife and I drove 1.5 hours to the dealership.Upon meeting, Garrett Wynham, our Sales Consultant, I was immediately impresssed by his readinss with the car for me to see. I had a slew of questions about the new technology in the car and Garrett was both courteous and knowledgable in answering my questions. I was very lucky to work with him.Happy with the availability of the car, the manner in which I was treated, and the car irself, I bought the car,. I filled out the paperwork, and got a decent trade-in allowance for my Dodge Stratus. Michael Somuah (Sr. Financial Manager) was also very courteous in explaining the extended warranties and we chose the basic one.My wife and I drove home with the new car at the end of the day. We were both thrilled with the comfort, quiteness, quality of the ride, power, and the larger passenger space the car offered.All and all I give a rating of "excellent" to: Garrett Whynam. as our Sale Consultant and to Michael Somuah (Sr. Financial Manager).Thank you.J. I m always wary of the entire car buying process but Grayson made it fun and I really enjoyed the experience. I custom ordered my car and they kept their word on all the pricing and incentives I could expect once it arrived. When it came in and it was time to work out the final price, I was very pleased to see all the discounts and total cost were exactly as discussed weeks prior. No gimmicks, no hidden fees. I have my dream car and and very happy with the entire purchasing process.

Worst experience of my life. I have purchased many vehicles over my lifetime and this was by far the worst. Dahlia was very disorganized, didn t understand the paperwork, took over 4 hours just to get through the process and did not explain all the features on setting up the applications. We actually had to come back to the dealership 2 days later so she could show us all the features that we had already figured out. Not to mention the nightmare of getting my tonneau cover. I will never buy from this dealership again.

Gerry was my sale person who took care of me and walked me through the process. At first, I wanted the black Grand Cherokee Limited X that I test drove but that was way out of my price range. So we went looking at other options and found the next best thing. I wanted a white or black Grand Cherokee, with a sunroof, and a larger rim and it was at the Springfield dealership but they bought it to me. I absolutely fell in love with it as soon as it pulled in the parking lot.My car buying experience with Gerry was exceptional! I felt comfortable and didn't feel pressured into buying a vehicle I wasn't happy with. He kept a positive attitude during the whole process and was fine with me walking away if the numbers didn't fit my budget. He was also very personable, we related to each other on lots of topics, and he gave me great life advice. Lots of times, once you purchase the car no one follows up with you but Gerry has checked in a few times to make sure everything was smooth sailing since the purchase.I also had the opportunity to work with Dave and Omar (I hope I got both of those gentlemen names correct) but they were very helpful through the pricing and finance piece of the process. The day went smooth from all aspects and I honestly couldn't pick a better team to work with the next go round.I wanted to thank you gentlemen for making my car buying experience a memorable one! I really appreciate your patience, mannerisms, exceptional service, and welcoming environment throughout the whole process. I didn't want forget the rest of the team working that day either, everyone was nice, as well as congratulated me on the purchase and the detailing team did an amazing job on getting her (I call my Jeep Betty White) road ready! dont pay their ridiculous markups. they already make a profit off of selling for MSRP but decide to add $8,000+ to the price of a vehicle just because its pushing a lot of power. don t let them take advantage of you. it truly is not worth it.

Wonderful experience! Theresa was very very attentive and responsive via email, and was wonderful in person! She has a great knowledge and love of the product, and was very efficient during my experience! Highly recommend - ask for her by name!Drew assisted with the numbers, and beat 2 other area dealers of pricing, not by a few hundred, but by a few thousand! What I did not get was the run around, a pitiful trade number, or a 4 hour dealership beatup, I received up front aggressive pricing from the get-go! He also was very thoughtful and ensured the vehicle was pristine during the delivery and I felt truly had my best interest in mind. 100% recommend Safford Warrenton for your next vehicle purchase!

My time purchasing my new RAM was nothing less than amazing. The entire staff of this location is beyond friendly, helpful, and honest. Drew is the magic man and can make things happen. The entire dealership feels like a big family unit. When I finished up with my purchase, they had cake for an employee and I was asked to join in the festivities. I couldn't recommend a better location and they have found a customer for life.

I responded below but wanted to follow up to the owner. This is a Virginia title not out os state so your response is untrue. I purchased a vehicle from Safford of Warrenton in September. As of today 11/9/2022 the tags from my trade in have not been transferred. I have received multiple excuses as to why this has not happened, the salesman Sam who sold me the truck will no longer accept my calls because I called him out on the multiple excuses, the tag/title office has never responded to my calls or an email. The only person that has even made an attempt to help me out is Neal in sales. I am now waiting on my 3rd set of temp tags to arrive so I can drive the truck legally. I did get a quick response when I asked about buying another vehicle (took 5 minutes), to bad you don't get the same service with other issues you have there. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.To the owner I received your response, it is not an out of state title, its Virginia.

Over the last year, we have purchased several Dodge Ram Promaster City Vans from this dealership. The experience was horrible. Our paperwork was processed with incorrect information and it took 75 attempts to have the paperwork corrected. We have been attempting to make another purchase but have been unable to get a call back from Drew or Kathy. It seems as though they will not admit their mistakes nor attempt to make it right with us as a reoccuring client. We will NEVER purchase from this dealership again!

Our company purchased a couple of Dodge Ram Promaster City Vans from this dealer. Unfortunatly, our experience was frustrating. From the lack of organization, to the failure to properly process paperwork and the level of unprofessionalism we will not be returning our business to this dealership. We do not recommend purchasing from this dealer!

Purchased a Brand New 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4xe from this Dealership and the Experience was amazing. Matt Scott went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. We spent over 2 months trying to find the perfect vehicle. Matt made sure that we got the perfect vehicle. His customer service was spectacular. I am referring everyone of my friends to purchase a car from Matt and this dealership. Matt thank you for the countless text messages at 7 am about colors and specs of our dream car. So happy . The New Car buying experience was a joy. We will definitely be getting my next car from Matt and this dealership. The finance Manager Omar was amazing as well.
