Im new to Virginia and I had a great experience with Power Trucks. Even though I had peter order some parts for me and decided to go a different route Peter was very professional and returned the parts and fixed my truck in a day and the job was done correct and fast! Thanks for doing a great job and thanks again Peter. I ll be back.

Even though these guys were booked two weeks in advance, they were able to squeeze my xj in for a front end alignment after I had installed my lift kit in my home garage. Drives WAY better now. Seem like very knowledgeable guys over there. Will for sure do business with again in the future!

Maggie is wonderful to work with!! The team stands behind their work! Had one minor issue and they took full responsibility and fixed it! My truck looks awesome and had to bother poor Maggie to death on different quotes . She never complained and gave me another quote

Will never go back. yesterday I went in to order some step bars and the guy started helping me then he got a phone call and was talking for a good 10 mins on the phone. I get it, so I looked around he still talking on the phone. I walked out. He could at least kept looking stuff up on the computer for me but nope he was worried about talking on the phone. Ended up just ordering my own off Amazon.

Just got new wheels and tires from these folks. Great prices, knowledgeable staff, skilled mechanics. I won t take my Jeep anywhere else.

Amazing staff Very friendly and Forward, very honest in their recommendations, their prices are spectacular and the work that they provide could pass for a NASCAR team, I definitely will pit there any and every time!!! They threw a new Pitman arm, andDrag link on my jeep in no time. It s not that often that you find chicks in auto shops that sound like they can build a motor from the ground up and knows what every part and piece of the motor does!!! And pretty to boot! I highly recommend these guys/girls, Maggie made some recommendations to me and Sam cosigned it and did the work; you definitely would not be disappointed. They are genuinely concerned about your safety and that you are satisfied. Good ole boyz ! Thanks so much guys!! Truly appreciate you!!! I m

Wow, just wow. I went to Sheehy, their techs were out and couldn t install my lift, wheels and tires. But They set me up with Power Trucks USA. Talk about a great experience! The guys there took my truck from the dealership, worked on it on next day, keep me in the loop to when it ll be done. And when it was, a totally different truck! Price was on point as well. Truck aligned right, no rubbing at all. They explained everything when I got there to pick up my truck. Wish I knew they did tinting, would ve had them do that too. Will be seeing them in the future. Great work guys!

Purchased my son a 12 JL audio amplifier boom box for Christmas and he accidentally blew the speaker. These guys stood behind their product and did a swap out for no charge! Finally a business that believes in customer satisfaction! It is a pleasure to work with these folks and any of my audio needs will come from Power Trucks of Warrenton! Do not go to anybody else give these guys a try first!

It was a breeze to get this scheduled/installed as I walked in on a Wednesday and by Friday afternoon I had my cover installed. The customer service was fantastic and friendly and the young lady (can t remember her name) at the front desk was on point getting me in and out and knowing exactly what I wanted. I ll be back when I want to add some other things to my truck. Thank you for the great service Power Trucks USA!Jason

Maggie was amazing!! Very knowledgeable, worked hard to get me the best deal on what I wanted. I will be coming back in the future to continue my build. Hector went out of his way to show me exactly what I was getting. So happy with the result!!! Thanks for a great experience

I had my 2019 Silverado lifted at PowerTrucks in April and they did phenomenal work. Maggie was amazing in walking me through the specs of the lift kit, and even had to adjust on the fly to swap out a Rancho lift kit for the originally-spec'd Rough Country one due to supply chain issues. From start to finish, I was kept in the loop on progress and Maggie even took pictures to send me as the truck progressed through the lift installation. Nick was good enough to entertain a few of my stupid questions towards the end as well, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Well worth it. I absolutely recommend these guys!

I drove about an hour from northern VA and I can say confidently it was 100% worth it. This is one of the only shops around that will install customer provided parts and when I asked them to save the old parts I expected to find them tossed in the trunk but they packed them up nicely for me. I really appreciated the attention to detail and level of service I received.

We got alignment ($175) and tires balanced$35( per tire 35" and under) &( $50 per tire over 35") and rotated on a truck with 35". Was done same day. Reliable place for trucks to get work done.

Tried purchasing an RSI SmartCap from them since they re an authorized dealer, called them and left my contact information while the contact their rep, I had to keep following up and reaching out to them even though they had my contact information. Horrible customer service from start to finish and all for nothing because they don t sound like they know what they re doing when it comes to toppers

I brought my truck here to have it lifted and was more than pleased with their service, great prices, friendly employees and the atmosphere in general. All of the parts were ordered work was done in a timely manner! very professional team, I plan on using them for years to come!

Had my 2016 f-150 lifted as well as new wheels and tires. Not the type to let many people do work on my things due to its hard finding any company now days that do great work and that care about quality. Power Trucks USA was an exception. They helped me find the right set up that fit my wants.Had a 6 fabtech lift, with fuel rims and 35 tires installed on my truck. Parts where in the shop next day and I had my truck back 3 business days later. Truck looked amazing! Few minor trimming had to take place to fit the 35 tires which included cutting the crash bars and minor plastic trimming. All cutting and trimming was done very clean and left no burs. Plus they coated the crash bars that where cut so that it wouldn t rust on bare metal like other trucks I have seen. Which showed me the quality of work this company really does. Truck handles and rides surprisingly well.!Everyone was extremely nice and knowledge. Will be taking my truck back for a 500 mile check up. And to get some new running boards installed. 5 star shop hands down. Would trust them with any work done to your vehicle!Edit: just had our 2019 Toyota 4 runner done! Again with a very clean job and very quick return time. They called to confirm they would have to do some minor trimming to fit the 33 tires and asked if I d rather down size or proceed with trimming. I proceeded with the trimming and man it turned out great! Cant even tell where they cut/trimmed at! Again fantastic service, everyone from the mechanics to the guys behind the counter are awesome people!

Had a set of 37 tires rebalanced and rotated here this morning. Truck rides much better as the previous shop that balanced the tires didn t get them right. I was in and out quick and the price was very fair! Great shop and great service.

I scheduled to have my JK lifted + new wheels & tires with the previous owners of this auto shop right as they were going out of business (I later found out).The new owners (PowerTrucks), did a great job picking up and fulfilling my work request and the staff (especially the owner) were extremely knowledgeable in helping compile the parts needed to do a proper lift. I received frequent updates on the work progress while the Jeep was in the shop and they were also very transparent about what parts I was getting charged for and why. My impression was that the team was passionate in not only helping me achieve the look I wanted, but also that the work was done in such a way that I wouldn't be sacrificing drive performance or have to make frequent trips for repairs down the road.A week or two later, I drove out of there with a new 3.5" lift and 35" tires and have had no problems (posting this review after about 4 months). I ultimately feel that I got a really good deal and learned quite a bit in the process :)

I absolutely love the team at Power Trucks USA. I've taken my cars to them for a multitude of different upgrades and they've been knowledgeable, transparent, and fair throughout every process.Most recently I took my Camaro in to get my radio replaced with a touch screen display; they did a great job with it and had it done within a few hours. I would recommend them for any upgrade you're looking to do with your car.

I cannot say enough for the work and quality put into my truck by the staff at Trucks Unlimited. I dealt with another shop locally (I wont say any names) but I called Missy at Trucks Unlimited and even though I was not working with them at that time on the build, she called around and even contacted the wheel manufacture directly to verified parts needed for my build and Trucks Unlimited was not even doing the work, it was with another shop!!! Once I had to ended the working relationship at the other shop, you know where I headed, TRUCKS UNLIMITED!!!! The staff here are fantastic and they do the job RIGHT the FIRST TIME!!! Shout out to the mechanical technicians Marshall, Derek and Jim! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRUCKS UNLIMITED if you are getting any truck lift or accessories done to you truck. I was greeted warmly by Missy, Duane and Rick, just a fantastic group of people who have high standards in truck builds and how they treat their customers. You can bet I will be doing more business with Trucks Unlimited during the rest of my build! Just to note - my build is a 1996 Tahoe with a 6" suspension lift running 22x12 wheels, no rubbing or scrubbing, just fantastic quality work by the team at Trucks Unlimited!!

I got my truck back after having the tires aligned and balanced... Not only was it over priced, but my tires were not balanced and the steering wheel was left off center. I asked them to fix it and they said they couldn't and would have to come back in a few days and they will look at it again. They knew I was leaving town and still wouldn't work on getting the car fixed appropriately. DO NOT GO HERE. Poor attitudes too.

Had my Ford lifted here and could not be happier. Duane and Rick made it very easy to get exactly what I wanted done and in a timely fashion. When I did have some questions they also were quick to respond, without any beating around the bush. Fair price and thoroughly satisfied I've already recommend Trucks Unlimited to numerous friends.
