Very helpful people. I drove over 2hrs to get an SUV and when I got there they were very nice and nice vehicles. They buy the vehicles straight from the original owner and not an auction that way they know what they're getting. I had both my keys all the floor mats and even the car manual. Which is really nice. Paperwork was easy. very professional people. Overall I would definitely buy another vehicle from them and drive 2 hours again.

Choosing Platinum Motor Cars was a great decision. Working with Raj (and Max) was beyond low pressure and an incredibly easy experience. Raj was always available and ready to answer my questions. If I'm in the market for another similar caliber of vehicle (maybe Maser #2) I will not hesitate to business with them again. Thanks guys.

I got my first car here and it s been great. There were issues with it but Marcos helped me out and made sure everything was good to go before I left the lot. The owner also gave a very nice discount. Great service and people :)

I buy, sell, and work on cars for a hobby (15+ yrs now) so only write reviews when I think it is necessary to highlight exceptional or tragic behavior at a dealership.Raj was awesome! I have an impossible work schedule and had to test drive at an odd hour. No pressure, knew the car well, and easy to work!Even the pickup of my final vehicle was exceptional - too much traffic on rt. 66 made a potential 2 hr drive to him after closing hours. He not only had all paperwork ready to go when we met, but he drove the car to me part way to make life easier! We did all paperwork quickly, exchanged keys, and done!Platinum rocked it thus far! I will edit/update this review as we finish up trade-in payoffs, final registration of car but would highly recommend. They are car guys through and through.

If you're finally ready to treat yourself to that extraordinary vehicle you've been thinking about all these years, then you're going to be happy you found this note. Platinum Motorcars is the friendliest, most laid back and stress-free auto dealer I've ever encountered. And at my age, I've dealt with many. Raj and Max were both very knowledgeable on the vehicle I was interested in, and they offered a very fair price on my trade. Their goal is to get you on the road as quickly as possible, because they know that's what the customer wants. Not a lot of nonsense here. Get the car ready...nail down the financing as quickly as possible...and you fly! I drove all the way from Arlington to visit Platinum, and I wouldn't hesitate to do the same again. It was well worth it for me, and I suspect it will be for you too. Outstanding auto buying experience!

My husband and I purchased a Jaguar XK from Platinum Motorcars.We couldn't be more pleased!! We got a great car and a good deal. How many times can you say that about purchasing a car? I love my new car and thanks so much to Raj and Mike. Raj even offered to wash my car if I was in town! They treated us like family. I had a positive buying experience with Platinum Motor Cars. Staff exhibited knowledge, professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills. It was easily the smoothest and most pleasant car-buying experience I have had--and I have had many over the years. They had the exact car I was looking for--a Lexus GS460--and sold it to me at a good, fair price (I compared prices of the same model in our region).

Easy out of state purchase. Max and Raj were good communicators and easy to work with. I bought the car sight unseen, which is always a risk. After sales support was excellent in that they gave me an allowance to repair my brakes since it was worn out. They make life easy for you and are good people. I would recommend that you make a purchase here.

Recently we purchased a Late model Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Platinum, from the fist email to them putting the temp tags on, the transaction could not have been more refreshing.Over the years we have dealt with many different dealerships, these guys are top notch all the way.Thank you for making our car buying experience the best ever!!

The easiest no-pressure car purchase I've ever had! A very good friend recommended raj, and when we showed up to look at a couple of cars, we were test driving within minutes. With the USAA purchasing program, I showed back up the next day and was driving home with my new vehicle within the hour. An absolutely fantastic experience!

First time online car buyer and this could not have gone any smoother. Raj was excellent and answered all my questions. Even sent me multiple videos of the car I purchased. Raj made arrangements for delivery halfway from my home to his dealership. Car I purchased was everything I wanted and expected to see. Highly recommend Platinum Motors! Exceptional experience. First, use the USAA car buying service to make the initial contact. We got a call from Raj, and he let me conference him in with my wife to discuss the car and the situation. We showed up and he handed me the keys, put a plate on the car, and sent us out on a test drive. No pressure at all, and very upfront with us about history, pricing, fees, and process. We agreed to meet the next morning and finalize the paperwork. He was ready for us, and we were out the door in no time!I really wish all car buying could be this easy, friendly, and low pressure. Conventional dealerships, in my experience, have very little respect for the customer's time, relying on confusion and fatigue to wear the customer down to take advantage of them. Platinum was not like that at all--there was no attempt to sell us anything extra or waste our time at all. I hope these guys stick around for a long, long time!

I purchased my vehicle with them from afar and had it shipped. They were helpful with the shipping process being seamless. I was a little bummed about a couple paint slips on the exterior of the vehicle when I had only been able to ask over the phone of any and was told "I would have to look long and hard to find something wrong with the car". They were very evident. Also, the vehicle only came with 1 key which is odd and that could have been more transparent from them, but all in a all a good experience with them and I would recommend to a friend.

I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Platinum Motor Cars. Raj and Max are so easy to work with and very accommodating. It wasn't your typical spend all day in the dealership type of purchase. They completed the paperwork and then Raj even delivered the vehicle to me. Raj is very professional and super friendly too! You will love working with him!

Just bought a 2014 BMW 335i Xdrive from Platinum Motorcars. The process was about as painless as possible. Raj the salesperson I dealt with was super straightforward and helpful. I never felt pressured and was about the simplest purchasing process I ve dealt with. I would definitely recommend to others and would come back in the future if I m in the market for a vehicle.

I just purchased an SL550 from Platinum Motor Cars. It was exactly what I was looking for. I have to say that their Va inspection may be more forgiving than our Pa inspection. Fortunately I don't purchase based on an inspection sticker. We knew that the car would not pass Pa inspection. I did my research on price and repairs/parts needed before negotiating the sale. I feel I got a good deal. I would buy from them again.

I bought a 2015 Porsche Macan from these guys 3 weeks ago and had a great experience. I worked with Raj and Mike. The showroom was very clean and the inventory was impressive. Everything looked new. Raj and Mike were informative but low key. I never felt rushed or pressured. To help me avoid a 2nd trip to Warrenton, Raj even drove me across town so I could drop off a rental car and close the deal that day (after hours). I would definitely buy from them again.

I purchased a 2017 Maserati QuattroPorte. It was brand new showroom condition with 13,500. Not a scratch on it. Just as promised. Great experience. I had it shipped to NC. Raj was easy to work with. No problems.

Raj was very helpful and made the processes of purchasing the car buying process very quick. No hidden fees or skeletons, car was very clean and had everything that was listed, pristine condition. No haggle pricing because of the features and how well kept the 1 owner cars are and are reasonably priced.

I purchased a car from Platinum Motorcars in Warrenton Va. at the first of September. I live 4 � hours away and negotiated the deal completely over email. I was extremely happy to see that once arriving at the dealership there were no surprises, everything went as promised and I was in and out in less than an hour. I would definitely do business with this dealership again.

Bought a BMW M4 through them over the internet. They just happened to get one in that was the exact color and feature combo I was looking for. There aren't any in my area so I had to buy one and have it shipped. Due to being picky I also paid more than average. The sales process was okay. They sent me a few pics of a couple of scratches which I was okay with. There has been paintless dent removal as well. Notice the pictures on their site aren't very good. There is a good reason for that. Car had a couple of extra scratches I noticed when it arrived on the trailer 5 minutes before dark too. The next day I drove it to work and when walking back out to it noticed that the front looked strange. Got underneath the front to take a look and noticed the oil cooler was trashed. The protective plastics over it were ripped off and the bumper holes that held them in place was destroyed. There was some bailing wiring holding things todether. Of course they played the we had no idea card. The car was "inspected" by state inspection place that's in the same parking lot. IE they faked an inspection because on the way home the check engine light came on. There is no chance this car was on a rack and inspected and they didn't notice the damage under the car and that it had no catalytic converters, which will not pass inspection in Virginia. Took it to my local Dealership and was quoted over 10k for everything to be fixed. I offered to fix the critical parts myself at a huge discount but they refused. I mentioned lawyer and they quit responding. I ended up spending hours doing the necessary repairs myself and will have to live with the rest because the legal process would be cost prohibitive living halfway across the country. DO NOT BUY anything from them.

No pressure. Promptly responsive to initial email query and rapid follow up with a quick call. Drove over in the evening, traded a used Mercedes ML 350, and closed within an hour and half. Good selection of quality pre-owned vehicles which they have chosen for reliability, performance and aesthetic appeal. Visited them to specifically look over and test drive a used 2016 Mercedes Benz GL 550 4matic in late 2019 which has since performed flawlessly. Will visit again and consult regarding future Mercedes purchases or seeking out more difficult to find vehicles such as vintage Porsche, Bentley or Rolls Royce. Clearly the owners are automotive enthusiasts, enjoy selecting their inventory, and seeing their vehicles roll of the lot to appreciative new owners.
