Piedmont Motors is by far the most honest automotive repair company that I have ever used in all my years ! ( And that's a lot of years ) I have never been surprised by the total charge of once they are done! The owners and staff always treat me like I am their only customer!! I will continue to take all my car repairs to Piedmont Motors in Warrenton Va

I needed routine maintenance on both of my vehicles, and the guys at Piedmont took really good care of me. They were cost efficient, professional, and very informative about what and why I needed maintenance and repairs. I trust them because of their professionalism.

This is the ONLY place we go for car repairs and state inspection. They are the most honest repair folks we have ever used. We have never had unnecessary repairs made here. When they do work, its done right.

Always receive great service here on all my cars at an affordable price. I like the fact that I can drop my car after hours using their night box option and it helps they are open on Saturdays when other shops may be closed.

My family has been using them for our auto repairs for many years. Chan is always nice & honest! He only repairs what needs done & doesn't lie about things being broken if they aren't. He is always reasonably priced for labor & materials. If I have questions about a repair he will take the time to explain it fully so I can understand what needs done. All of the employees have been very respectful to my family and I.

The best place! I alway get great service here that is quick but still gets the job done. Love coming here for my state inspections. Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Will continue to come here whenever I can!

They charged over $150 for a tire rotation and oil change... and not even a quick one, we left the car with them for a couple days to get to at their convenience. That type of pricing is so dishonest. We had decent experiences with them in the past, but this is way over the line. I almost lost my mind when I saw $80 in labor next to the tire rotation line.

Wonderful shop. Knowledgeable, friendly staff that treat you fairly and don't try to upsell you with unnecessary repairs. I can't say enough good about our experiences with them. The only place I take my vehicles.It's been 10 years we've been taking our cars and trucks to Piedmont. They always treat everyone great. My daughter moved out closer to DC, but she still drives to Piedmont for service because their professionalism, quality, speed, and price cannot be beaten.

I was very surprised and pleased with the overall experience..Mack was friendly cordial and helpful.. real not faked .. he made sure I was pleased with my purchase and made sure my reasonable requests were met.. it was quick and pleasant.. no high pressure sales tactics.. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle..Thanks Mack.. I went home pleased and unstressed.. Loving my sweet Jeep

I've been going there for many years for auto repair and inspections. Have NEVER had a bad experience. Always make things right. Very reasonable prices and don't try to gouge you with additional repairs. Honest place which is hard to find !!!!!! Same mechanic since I started going there.

I can't speak to how the dealership services clients in their local area, but they seem to have no regard for their online customers. This week I tried contacting this dealership regarding a vehicle via email, their website, and Auto Trader. Yes, I could call. But what is the point of advertising your inventory online if you don't respond to customer inquiries?As of this afternoon, I still haven't heard back from the dealership after 4 days. Might be a great option if you're local, but I'd suggest steering clear if you are an online/ out of state customer. The level of communication and organization seems to be lacking.

If I could give it less than one star I would. I arrived to have my emissions inspection. I was told it would be 1hr before my turn. I said that was fine. After one hour and and forty minutes. There where still "2 people" in front of me. Keep in mind there is no line or designated spot to park and wait. I was thirsty and tired so I went to Taco Bell not even a block away to get a drink. I was gone for 5 minutes. Upon returning I went to inquire about the wait time. I was promptly and rudely told that I had lost my spot in line. There were now 5 more people in front of me and I would have to wait for another hour. Not a shred of courtesy. Overall I found the experience to be horrendous and an absolute waste of my time. There is no standard of professionalism here and clearly the employees do as they please. I would not return even if I was paid to do so. I was treated as an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.

Bery friendly service from the mechanic, the other guy inside needs to learn some better people skills. They are quick with the inspections and reliable for simple repairs. I recommend them and will continue to patronize them.

Great group of guys. I've been going to them for about 6 years now. They have been up front and honest about my vehicles. They let me know when things might need attention. I don't feel like they are always trying to up sale me. I haven't had any issues with them so far. I mainly go to them for my inspections.

My husband bought a car last friday a 2011 Hyundai for $8100. Less than 24 hours later the engine blew up driving down 81. Had car towed and the owner stated he would look at it. Monday advised us the engine was blown and he would replace with us paying g $1000 for labor. Absolutely not so just asked for money back, he said that was not an option. He offered another car same price but wanted $500 for tax and tags. I went off threatened to call BBB as well as get an attorney. Long story short he gave my husband a 2009 Honda that when going above 60 the whole front end shakes and is burning oil. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. We have basically lost $8100 and no car as I dont trust any vehicle on the lot. The owner is RUDE, he cursed at me and my husband. Horrible experience

I ve been bringing my vehicles here every year for the past 8 years for because of their very thorough state inspection. I appreciate the fact that they have never once attempted to up sell or BS me. Good guys.

I absolutely LOVE this auto repair facility. They are the most honest people in the auto repair industry that I've ever met!! I bought a brand new vehicle, so I don't see them much anymore. Chan is fantastic, extremely friendly, knowledgeable and customer service oriented.

The old Indian man that works has the worst customer service i have ever seen. He should be fired... plain and simple. He was rude, raised his voice to me and used vulgar language. The service that is provided horrible, i feel unsafe diving my car after using them. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Bought a car in January 2019 and in May 2019 the motor blew up without any Warning. Mack unwilling to do anything. That's $8500 for a car that lasted 4 months. Buyer be ware!!!! Let everyone know to be extremely careful with this dealer. I'm turning the car into a rolling billboard as to who NOT to buy a car from.

Wow..you just won't find a more respectable mechanic. I have been a client of Chan since they were in the Mobil station in Gainesville (moved because of the VDOT constructioninterchange). He is honest, respectful and can figure anything out with any type of car! I never ask price because I don't have too, he will never price gouge or rip you off, its not who he is. I completely lucked out finding them . God bless you Chan and Roberto! Thanks guys!!As a side note for the guy dissing Mack, its a used car with many miles! Try to find anyone who would replace it. That is why there is a limited warranty.They don't have a crystal ball to know what the future will bring.I t's the same in purchasing a brand new vehilce. There is always risk involved.

bought a car from you that lasted 3 months (passed inspection apparently) then it died on the side of the road, brought it back to you, you said you could fix it for a good price, but we had a broker look at it and they said it was trash. also you said we couldnt keep our car in your lot for more then a few days even though you said its undrivable. so thanks again for trying to double cross us. btw you made life impossible for my fiance who is working while im pregnant and taking care of our other toddler. i hope you go out of business. im telling everyone to stay away from you unless they like loosing everything.

Horrible! Asked the owner about a car cash wise, he said he couldn't work out a deal. Not knowing I had more than enough cash in my pocket to buy outright. Difference between a bootleg dealership, and a actual dealership, his answers were short, and not even what I was asking. Horrible customer service in this dealership. Do not recommend to anybody!

Don't even know where to begin first off it took over an hour of waiting then when it was my turn he declined me and had an attitude right away and made us leave, so I couldn't even get my inspection and nobody was even there I was the only one there waiting. I would not recommend this place to anybody

We've used Piedmont for car repairs since we moved to Warrenton. We have consistently found them to be fair, thorough and helpful. We have recommended them to family and friends.

I really like these guys I had a light on in my car before inspection. Instead of charging me then failing me, he told me what to go home and fixed it. Then passed me. Very nice guys!

Very rude nasty over the phone because I couldn t remember exactly which a arm I needed replaced so basically asked if I should find someone who can work to understand my problems and was told yup. Basically nasty rude they just lost all my family s business
