We had a wonderful experience here. Our tire blew out nearby and we came to them for a replacement. We had new tires on our car an hour after arriving. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable, the service was prompt.

Do not EVER go to ANY of these stores. Ripped me off out of over $2k in tires which I had issues with 3 if withing 3 months which cost me over $1k in roadside assistance fees for a multitude of reasons. These imbeciles cant even order a replacement tire. Havent helped at all with the tire that exploded on the highway. This is ridiculous. Excuses excuses. Get the job done. Stand behind the products you sell. Be of assistance. You guys are worthless and should be shut down. Id trust a Walmart service center over these guys any dag of the week. Pitiful is what you all are. From the management down to the tech that did this shotty work. Disgraceful thieves is what you are. How do you charge for an alignment and then afterwards say you dont have the equipment to adjust the rear. Like seriously this is a regular HD pickup truck. Smh. Weaksauce

Very good service and very fast which was what we needed. They did great work to get fixed our car as soon they were open. We had to leave our car there in midnight and they checked it before we went back to store. Definitely recommend them!

The guys at NTB are absolutely the best. I ve bought several sets of tires (I ll never buy another AWD car), had brakes/rotors replaced and every experience has been quick and honest. During my last experience, they stayed late to get my tire replacement done before I had a trip the next day. While I was waiting that evening, another frantic customer came in and they offered to give them an assist away from the store, and after hours. They didn t need to do that. Go there for mechanics you can trust!

This is the best experience I have ever had getting tires and overall car maintenance. They are so helpful and professional. They are always willing to find the best deal for me. Warrenton location is the best. They know what customer service is all about.

The people at NTB in Warrenton have taken good care of me when I have taken my vehicles in for service/repair and also when purchasing new tires. Everyone who I've dealt with at this particular store has been friendly and professional, and from my experience they seem to care about keeping their customers happy and coming back.

Had a wonderful experience with NTB warrenton! Easy to schedule with them, ensured I was up to date on all of my maintenance, and a wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. Both my husband and I use them, and will continue to come here for all of our tire and auto needs in the future!

The staff and service at NTB/Mavis in Warrenton were welcoming and professional. I enjoyed great conversation with the staff and the service performed on my vehicle was explained thoroughly. The staff did not try to upsell products that weren t needed. We will definitely be repeat customers .again.

The staff are amazing and I have only had the best service there. Tino is so helpful and kind and Madeline too. I suggest NTB as well for doing a great job with my oil change and tires. I recommend them 100%.

Excellent friendly service.Good prices.Minor issue with tire pressure monitoring system was corrents in minutes, Very focused on customer satisfaction. The manager did an excellent job. I will be back in the future.

Stopped by for safety inspection and oil change. Service was friendly . The place was clean.Called me that car license plate bulb was out . That they could have it done in five minutes. Gave them the ok.When picking up the car five minutes later they charged me $33.00 to change the bulb. Was told they go by Book time not how long it took.

I got new tires and battery, as well as oil change and tire rotation. Work was well done, easy to schedule an appointment. Staff was friendly and very communicative. Mechanics answered my questions. Madeleine and Tino were really good at running the operation up front.

NTB has changed my oil, rotated my tires and made minor repairs in several occasions. While I m happy with their work, their service is outstanding. Everyone I ve dealt with has treated me with friendliness and efficiency. Tino went above and beyond the call. I used to work across a four-lane divided road and up a hill. Tino delivered my car to me after the shop closed. On another occasion, he brought me into the garage to show me my problem. It was a quick fix and he didn t charge me.

Tito at the Warrenton, VA NTB location is the epitomy of good customer service. I'm impressed and I was in customer service my entire working career and set the bar high. I will continue bringing my oil change service to Tito and NTB.

The folks at the NTB tire shopIn Warrenton are terrific. They are considerate, attentive, friendly and helpful. They give your car a thorough inspection to ensure that all systems are operating at maximum efficiency - and that all is well - and they do all they can to keep costs down. I drove away with gratitude for their service.

The past year, I've been asking my auto shop what is wrong with my car. They told me my car is just old many times. I took my car to NTB for an oil change, and they noticed my car was jumping when they drove it into the shop, found a rip in my control arm, which would have torn off the wheel, causing it to come off while driving. They fixed it, showed me the rip, and I'm forever grateful.

Let me tell you something for an 80 year old woman who is from the area my whole life constantly being taken for by the shops here in town NTB did amazing job helping me with what I needed down even though it was just a helping with starting my car they helped me with no hesitation thank you to Tina and Maddie for the excellent work and excellent service I will be referring ntb Warrenton to all my friends family and colleagues to this establishment
