Great, friendly and professional. I appreciate Joshua(sales) for helping me and answering all my questions about the truck I wanted and I thank Rick(general manager) agreeing willing to negotiate a fair price. I also like to thank Matt(finance) for with me on the warranty and financing my new truck. I highly recommend this dealership.

Decided on a new car; 2024 Buick Envista from Lindsay Buick-GMC in Warrenton, VA. Joshua was extremely professional and helpful which made my decision that much easier. He even picked me up after another appt in town to get to the dealership so I could drive it home today. Excellent communication; not too much or too often and my questions were answered quickly. Gave me the data I needed to make my decision. He stayed within my budget and didn t push other options on me that were out of reach. Joshua demonstrated all vehicle features, took me on a test drive and finally had to install the license plates in the pouring rain (thank you). He let me look over service dept, meet some of the service team. Matt took care of my paperwork; it was ready and an easy process. I felt zero pressure and it was all streamlined. The numbers all aligned and no surprises, which is always a good thing. I asked the finance team last week, to find me a better interest rate to help with my decision and they got the job done. Liam helped me when Joshua was out of the office so I could show the car to my family and take another quick test drive. That sealed the deal. I appreciate his willingness to support me. Clearly they all work together as a team for their customers. You can feel the spirit of teamwork with everyone you speak to there. This was a pleasant and personalized experience. This store/employees are by far the most helpful, professional, enjoyable and understanding people I have ever dealt with when buying a car. There was no haggling, they gave me the absolute best deal out the door from the beginning! Everyone from Rick, Jermaine, Johnny, and Dustin went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and we were able to make the sale happen!! Would highly recommend this dealership over any other!!

I was very pleased with the service provided. I was also very pleased with the personnel and staff with whom I interacted. My only reservation is that I took my car in first thing in the morning and it wasn t ready for me until the last thing in the afternoon. I did not ask for a rush service, so I really don t have any negative feelings about this appointment.

This was the most pleasant buying experience we have had yet Shannon was our sales representative (highly recommend her if you are going there) and Bruce one of the managers went above and beyond to make sure we were happy in our new vehicle! I can t express how pleased we are with this dealership definitely top tier for putting there customers first! We are happy we purchased with Lindsay GMC I will call them in the future if we ever need another!

Absolutely the worst experience purchasing a Sierra 1500 Denali. I traveled 2 hours one-way to purchase this truck and ended up finalizing the deal on Saturday 3/9/24 and everything was smooth. I contacted the dealership on Sunday 3/10/24 to inquire about the setup of the infotainment system that was not working. I called and asked to speak to the general manager (that I met on Saturday) and the person that answered the phone didn't like my "tone" and hung up the phone. Great customer service!?? As a matter of principle I returned the truck on Sunday afternoon and cancelled the deal. Another 4 hour round trip. The General Manager wasn't helpful and gave a patronizing apology. Don't believe all the hype about how they are customer oriented. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership.Owner - So I see the same canned response to all negative reviews. Whom do I contact when the issue is Rick Foard?Obviously I'm disappointed with the events that occurred. I would have expected a different response when purchasing an $83K vehicle.Honestly I'm not interested in discussing my issue with anyone employed by the Dealership. I just hope this review assist buyers in their decision making.

Lindsay GMC is doing business the way it should be done. I drove 5 hour from NY to purchase and would have driven 10 if needed. Customer service is their # 1 goal and it was excellent at every level and with every employee. Gabi my sales associate made the process painless and pleasant from the first phone call to the driving off the lot with my new truck. John in finance laid out all the options and was able to to get me a competitive rate from bank across the country. I can't say enough good things about my experience, you can tell management cares as this dealership. I will be back for my next purchase and have already referred multiple friends. I would recommend to anyone in state and out of state even if you have to drive 10 hours.

Oil change with multi point inspection. Topped off all fluids too checked tires and provided tread remaining spec as well as break pad remaining spec. Both great for estimating time to replacement. Didn t push me to buy any extras. Just wish they cleaned the car too. lol.

Read all reviews before going this dealership. Shannon is a very bad salesperson. The dealership itself is very sketchy and not professional at all. Go to Chevrolet or Ford and get a good truck with fair pricing. You've been forewarned... all of the reviews about this dealership are real and it's a risk dealing with this place.

By far, easiest and best dealership I have been to. Gabi was a great sales person. She was responsive and met me where I had to be to get the deal done. John from finance was also easy going and personable. I was in and out within 3 hours including test drive time. I would highly recommend Gabi and John.

David B. was a terrific customer service representative. He was able to capture my concerns as a non-technical customer, translate them into mechanical jargon, and successfully get my issues resolved. David exhausted all resources to get me a loaner vehicle and ensure I was able to stay on schedule with my holiday travel. All the work was covered under my warranty - and the Yukon is driving like brand new!It s because of staff like David that I not only continue to return to Lindsay GMC, but have encouraged several other customers to conduct business with Lindsay.

Lindsay Buick was great to work with. They were readily available to get me test driving the vehicle in was interested in. Gabby(sales person) got us from test drive to leaving with the vehicle in just over 2 hours. She was knowledgeable and knew who to go to for some of my obscure questions.I would do business again with her and her team.

Recently purchased a used SUV. Scott was our salesman. He was great, we really liked him. I would give him 5 stars. The deal would have been decent. However, the vehicle was said to have been rigorously inspected. Wheels balanced were one of the performed services. All 4 tires were out of balance. The rears needed 1.5oz apiece. The alignment was okay, but going to have it redone. The oil looked fresh, but it was nearly a quart low. The front passenger strut is obviously leaking and needs replaced. I wouldn t put a lot of confidence in their service.

Had the pleasure of buying a wholesale unit from Liam. I was an out of state buyer from Ny. He took the time to take any pictures I asked for, he sent me an in depth video showing me what did or didn t work on the vehicle I bought. He gladly did his job, nothing I asked was too much. When I arrived the vehicle was pretty much as expected. He made the process smooth with no pressure or tricks. Thanks again Liam

I had my heated driver side power mirror replaced after it was completely ripped off during a carwash. Lindsay Buick replaced the entire mirror and had the paint matched perfectly. Sonja was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to have it completed in time for my move. I can t say how much I appreciated her 5 star service.

I came here to look at trucks and did not end up buying one. A few weeks later, I had purchased a new truck (elsewhere) and I had locked my keys in the vehicle. A rapper representative from the dealership had saw me on the side of the road trying to get in and asked if I needed help. The service manager drove to my location which was a few miles away and got my vehicle unlocked for me, even though I did not buy the truck there. Very nice people!

Cannot say enough great things about Warrenton GMC! Service is all around impeccable. They know what they are doing and know how to treat their customers. I drive from Woodbridge (do not use / like the local GMC - scheduled oil changes there take 2.5+ hours, customer service is lacking) These guys are great - starting from the time you call. When I had vehicle issues they took the time to listen and discuss what I was experiencing instead of telling me to bring it in first. Tom, Akiva and Ken most recently have looked out and taken exceptional care of my vehicle and concerns as well as myself - thank you gentlemen! Purchased a vehicle in 2020, have had oil changes, service and warranty service done here. Caring and considerate, all around great dealership and service department. Reliable, trustworthy, great and friendly team - treat yourself!!

I went in for a leaky tire. David gave me an estimate for the repair and an estimated time for getting the replacement and offered to give me a ride The repair was completed sooner than I was expected especially as I had arrived at lunch break. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.

1st visit there were things that weren't done that had me questioning of the work quality. For example 1 of the many things that was suppose to be done was an oil change. After I got my car back I noticed my gauge wasn't reset and there was no mileage sticker. How can I trust the job was actually completed. Among many other things. I even had a hose that was disconnected. Lucky I was able to pop that back in. But I ended up having to go back to the dealership a week later on my next day off to get my concerns fixed.

Everyone was excellent from the sales person to the sales manager and finance. When I arrived to start the purchase of my new 2024 Gmc At4 is was already perfectly detailed and filled with fuel. Every person involved worked tremendously to provide the best experience possible, with fair negotiations and explanations I was very pleased. I love my new truck and would highly recommend this dealership.

Not much to say other than I had a great experience here. Gabi was a great help getting everything taken care of and despite the fact that I was a pain trying to acquire something very specific, she was relentless in helping me find what I was looking for. A true no b.s. straight to the point FAIR dealer. I plan my on having my recent purchase for a while but if I am ever in the market for another vehicle I will most certainly do business with these guys again.

Purchased tires, everything was fine....then 700 miles later, blew out the side of a tire and bent the rim getting out of the way of our town's school bus on basically a one lane road. Called the dealership and found i did not have road hazard insurance, which i requested when I purchased the tires. They said they could sell me two years of coverage for $500.00+!!! I responded "No, we're done.Will NOT go back there.

My family and I would like to give salesman Jermaine this Five Star Rating. Jermaine's excellent customer service helped the process go smoothly. Mr. Hylton was very PROFESSIONAL, from the time we pulled-on the lot he treated us like family!!! He greeted us with a Big Smile & a Firm Hand Shake, which made us feel comfortable after traveling quite a few miles to make the vehicle purchase. I can't say enough about his PROFESSIONALISM, COMMUNICATION,& COURTESY!!!!! He's definitely and asset to Lindsey Buick GMC, I would highly recommend Jermaine to anyone looking to purchase from this dealership!!!

2019 Yukon XLRick the sales person was very genuine and helpful. He had the vehicle that I called about ready when we arrived and was knowledgeable about the product. Rick Foard, the general manager introduced himself ans was also courteous and understood our needs. The financial officer was extremely knowledgeable. After finding a simple flaw in the "gently used" vehicle we purchased, Wayne made sure that the service department would honor the issue and scheduled the resolution. This was my second vehicle from this location and because of the highly motivated and personable staff we hope to do business here again.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to caution anyone considering out-of-state transactions with this dealership. After investing two days with different sales managers, I was informed they don't accept deposits or wire transfers for trucks. This has been my worst experience with a GMC franchise store, despite routinely purchasing 3-5 trucks annually across the United States. The final disappointment came with a 100+k vehicle, essentially being told that my money wasn't welcome. If you're in the market, I recommend exploring other options, as this dealership seems indifferent to customers and their finances, particularly disheartening in a challenging economy.
