My insurance s roadside assistance picked Joe s Service Center as the spot to drop my car after hours. Had a flat tire and no spare (sports car). The folks at Joe s were super friendly and patient and accommodating while new tires were delivered. They re not equipped to mount my specific tires but they took them to Goodyear and handled that aspect for me, which was a lifesaver as i live over an hour away. Finally, the price was incredibly reasonable for that service. Great experience, much appreciated.

I refuse to buy any car that couldn't be serviced at Joe's. In my experience, Joe's does great communication and customer service in addition to great work. Honest business, professional shop, I have never once been disappointed.

12/28/2023 I had a scheduled appointment for a vehicle diagnostics on my heat, where the passenger side blew hot air but the driver side didn't . I took it to dealerships and other shops and they all told me something different and would give me ridiculous prices. I found out about Joe's through one of my friends. They have excellent customer service, great mechanics, and are very honest people.

These guys being anywhere south of 4.5 is insanity. Fair prices, good work and most importantly, they won't gouge you for extra work, ever. You will however, have to wait quite a while for work, but thats only because of how popular these guys are, due to their reputation. 6 stars.

Extremely honest. They couldn't fix it (Chevy electronics) so there was no charge. Very pleasant people to work with.

Here is the highest compliment I can give a repair service -- I keep bringing in my car for its yearly service, and they keep charging me a few bucks to look it over and say that nothing else needs to be done. In an age where it's hard to trust a car repair shop to be honest (and forget dealerships, where they specifically have someone out front who is supposed to find ways to get you to spend money), I trust Joe's completely. They are busy because they are popular, because they are honest. Take the time to make an appointment and see them when you can. You won't be sorry.

I have been a loyal customer of Joe's for years, but not anymore. I recently took a car in for service, told them how to replicate the problem...to which they "fixed" for nearly $300. When the problem returned that evening, I called Joe's the next morning and spoke to Joe about the fact that they didn't fix the problem (which I paid them to do). He got defensive and told me I could bring it back in and they would "fix" it again...but I would be paying for that additional "fix". Sorry, I'm not going to continue to patronize a business that misdiagnoses a problem and then doesn't stand behind their work when they get it wrong. Given that I have four cars that I used to service at Joe's...they ended up losing a lot more than this $300 in the long run from me. The only reason this is a two star and not a one, is the person they have working the front desk. She has always been very pleasant and nice to deal with.

We are from out of town! Our truck lost a pulley and our belt came off. We waited for another service person to help but they couldn't. We were able to walk right in to Joe's and they fixed it in no time! They were very nice to our dogs, child and just all around great ppl! Joes Service Center is exceptional.During a Va state inspection the technical advised me that my 2013 Toyota 4 Runner with 25,000 miles on it needed new front and back brakes WITHIN THE NEXT YEAR. About a month later and after receiving a $99.00 brake pads special from Koons Toyota I decided to take it there. Upon checking in I was immediately hit with the BS up charge game. The advisor without even seeing the truck told me I would need new front and back rotors in addition to the pads. I told them I'm responding to the $99.00 coupon they sent me and asked how they could recommend services without ever looking at the vehicle first.. I told them to first look at the car and then let me know if it was necessary on a 25,000 mile vehicle that still had factory brakes and rotors. They looked at it and after 3hrs came back and of course, I needed everything the advisor initially told me I would need even before looking at it. The price they quoted me was $1,200.00. After lots of choice words I declined and took my vehicle back.. I believe Koons is a total scam.. After a previous very positive experience with Joe's I decided to go there even though it was over an hour away.. Booking the appointment was easy and I was able to get in within 2 days. When I arrived the lady at the front desk was super nice, welcoming and professional.. I explained what the state inspection center told me about needing new brakes and didn't mention the rotors. I was waiting to see if they also recommended new rotors.. After they looked at the vehicle they called me and said that I needed new front and back brakes, but it wasn't urgent and I could wait about a year.. They didn't mention the rotors.. I went ahead and had the work done and within 2 hours everything was complete. Grand total price was $257.00. I was floored after the BS Koons tried to pull.. I literally saved around $1,000. The work was exceptional and the brakes work perfectly.. This was my second experience with them and they were phenomenal..

They kept my truck for a quote. Said they were to busy. I paid to have it towed there. They finally quoted me 7000. I said u left me stranded all this time for that? Yep was response. I was very patient and kind whole time and treated awful by woman who answers phone.I paid another 180 to have it towed to Fredrickburg. Got a new engine plus tons of preventive maintence, inspection, and warranty for 1500. I had it back in 3 days

I have been using Joe's for years , great people and best repair PRICES around. They are a little busy, might take a couple days but that's a good sign, proves what I'm saying. I ALWAYS refer people to Joe's.

Honest and hard working people. 2 axels replaced, oil change and inspection done within the day and it didn't break the bank. We will be bringing our cars here as long as we live in the NoVA area.

I know actually why folks give them one star.Poor customer service! Took my car there never fixed my car but took my hard working money. When I took it back a couple of days later they had the nerve to try to charge me again for something they never fix. Don't know how people sleep at night

They have amazing first in first out service. Meaning if you got a basic issue but your car still runs, go somewhere else or your going to lose your car for three days.

i called and spoke to kelly before i had car towed there.i was told i would be next to come in to have car looked at.well here it is 4-days later and car is still outside unlocked.why? i will never never take my cay to Joe's service center again nor will my friends!.
