For over a decade I ve trusted these guys to keep my 2005 Range Rover running smoothly. (It s a sentimental car with a LOT of miles).Bryan and his team are professional, knowledgeable, fair, efficient, and they ve earned my loyalty. Wouldn t even consider taking the old girl anywhere else.

Absolutely one of the best experiences I ve ever had when it comes to dealing with issues with vehicles. Bryan was my immediate contact and who I dealt with for the two days that my car was with them. He was very knowledgeable. They were all very thorough, professional, and very nice. Could not have asked for a better experience and look forward to them being my constant when it comes to my Land Rover.! Thank you guys for everything. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend!

Excellent job servicing my 1987 E30 (325is). Very prompt and accurate system to communicate the details of the service. More impressive, after starting the maintenance process, it was determined that some items were not needed, which reduced the original estimate. The car runs like new!I'm dropping the BMW Dealer service and bringing my 2013 F30 (328i Luxury) to be serviced here. Great job!

I only take my Audi to EuroService Automotive. I have a great experience EVERY TIME. Their waiting room is quiet and neat. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Their service is outstanding!

Thorough and responsive. My vehicle took a week or so while waiting on parts but parts arrived and things progressed smoothly. Our LandRover feels like it's new! 2014 VW Passat TDI engine oil cooler R&R, coolant system and heater core flush. Had a lot of engine oil in coolant but no coolant in engine oil. Quick internet search told me it was likely a failed engine oil cooler. Called EuroService based on their excellent reviews and they did not disappoint. Even asked them to do a heater core flush since my heat wasn't great and heater cores commonly get clogged on these cars. EuroService was great in every respect. Scheduling was quick, they were very flexible and communicative, and my car was ready the same day they started on it. Will use this shop again and highly recommend them.

Auto repair experience was professional and excellent. However the entrance to the office I found difficult. When opening a door I expect to walk straight in. Not step up to walk in. I took a bad fall landing hard on my knees because I didn t see the step. Maybe paint it yellow with more signs to step up.

Brought my 2014 Passat to EuroService based on the already great Google reviews, and they definitely lived up to the reputation. I had just taken the car in for service at a shop back home in Michigan which didn't fix my problem. Turns out my timing chain, tensioner, and guide all needed to be replaced. I Was able to get the car down to VA safely and immediately dropped it off. From the start EuroService was friendly, clear, and concise. They took what I left for them on the description, as well as what I had received from the other shop and determined the necessary tests and recommended actions from there. Everything was uploaded to the portal and no work was done without my consent. Costs for everything we're given upfront, so there were no surprises at all, I knew what I was going to pay and that made it way easier for me to budget it. Anytime I called for an update, Stacy was super nice on the phone and Bryan was friendly, and explained everything in detail. My car is running as quietly as the day I bought it. Bryan even gave me a recommendation for a body shop when I asked. An easy 5 stars, I'll definitely take my car back to EuroService for any future service.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

As always, the work is done quickly by certified mechanics at very reasonable prices. The staff is polite and calls you to discuss what the work entails BEFORE proceeding. I am completely satisfied every time I use EuroService Automotive.

My x5's engine light was on. I was so lucky to find EuroService Automotive before having to take it to a BMW dealer. They quickly identified the issue and communicated with me with total transparency. They got it fixed as promised before the long weekend, and manager Bryan even called from his personal cell to follow up. The shop was clean, with water, soda and light snacks. Euro Service has helped me for 10+ years to maintain my 2006 Mini. They have done an excellent job & provided.a feeling of trust & security in driving an older vehicle. got a stage 2 tune on my Audi TT, the guy was super nice and helpful. If you do go to get a tune be prepared to wait around 90 minutes but I didn t care. 10/10

Bill and the team at EuroService Auto are fantastic. I recently began searching for an alternative to my local dealer after reaching my frustration point dealing with limited availability of appointments, continuous increases in pricing, lengthy repair delays, etc. I experienced none of this when dealing with EuroService. They were attentive, friendly, reasonably priced, experts who were familiar with my model of Mercedes, and very timely with their repairs. I am sold! This business is impressive. I was in town from SC for Thanksgiving and needed a place to service my car. It barely made the 8 hour trek. This is not an easy task given I am not from the area and parts and repairs are difficult to make happen around major holidays. Brian communicated throughout the process and explained exactly what was going on with my vehicle. He even gave me his cell number if I had any issues following the work they did.
