I purchased a Ram 2500 from these guys. Let me tell you Steven was an awesome and honestly one of the best salesman I've dealt with in a long time. Country Diesels made purchasing my new truck quick and painless. From my online inquiry to exchanging emails about my trade in to getting all financial work started prior to arriving, due to traveling a distance to their dealership. I definitely will be back and be purchasing another truck from them in the future! I recommend them 100% . Bonus, they we're all patient with my twins and was caring towards them as I was getting the paperwork done.Thank you guys again for your help and time. I appreciate y'all for a great experience with this sale!

Everything was very smooth from the first interactions with Steven from my Online Inquiry to Working the deal with my trade and helping get the Financing that fit what I was looking for. Kevin then took over with all the paperwork which was very smooth with his Document table. Overall one of the best Dealership transactions I ve had. Definitely Recommend these guys to help you out! I purchased a new to me Pick up truck from Country diesels. This was completely online due to living several states away. Who wouldn t worry about it as it s a big purchase and you want anything to be off. Kaley worked with me all thru ought the process and was amazing. She was very quick to answer all my questions. Handled finding me a shipper at a rate I couldnt find anywhere else. She was just very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Gabe the finance was great as well. We actually had some laughs in the short time that we interacted. He worked with me and got me the best rate he could and my credit isn t great. I would recommend this company for business!

Very disappointed to say the least! Paid more than I ever have on any vehicle and I have had nothing but issues with the electrical components on this Ram 1500. I flew in, test drove the truck and drove it home. The radio will not stay on longer than 5 seconds, it has a mind of its own and will not stay on any setting. It bounces around like a basketball to whatever it wants to listen to. Told the dealership about the issue and they really seem to care less. It has been 2 months now, I sent a text saying the issue is still happening and havent received a reply and its been several days now!!! I guess everything is a good experience with them as long as you dont have an issue. Havent been able to play the radio for months now and have been without a ride for a total of 7 days while its been in the shop 3 different occasions!!!!!! I guess the positive is I am getting brand new parts in my 1 year old truck!

I have always bought new cars because I never really trusted used ones. My son had been looking for a very particular Ford 250 and found one on line at Select. Since he was at school I was off to Select to look at this truck. I can tell you from the moment I walked in until I drove away with the truck my experience could not have been better. Brad was an excellent salesperson from answering all my questions to just being very easy to work with. Brad was easy going with none of the high pressure tactics that I have encountered while buying new cars. He was extremely patient with me while my son and I exchanged phone calls about the truck and even sent my son a video of the truck. Kevin the sales manager also made this purchase delightful. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is in the market for a diesel truck. Kevin, Brad and everyone at Select I thank you for a wonderful experience. The staff at Country Diesels were all incredibly respectful and accommodating. Kevin, knew I was driving from three hours away to look at the trucks, and had all my trade in paperwork ready to go. I was given a very fair trade in value for my truck. There may have been better prices elsewhere, but the customer service and honesty along with the professionalism would be hard to find anywhere else. In the end I have a truck I love, and had an absolutely flawless and stress free buying experience. I have already and will continue to refer all of my friends looking for a truck to the guys at Country Diesels.

Good overall experience. Brad was very helpful and knowledgeable about the differences between similar trucks and model years. The sales manager was honest and straighforward. They were willing to negotiate on price and offered a good trade in allowance. I would recommend adding them to your shopping list.

I called and spoke to Brad at Warrenton Select on Thursday. Told him the situation, he run it by Kevin. We exchanged information on the trucks. Drove up Saturday morning, and in a few hours, everyone was happy. Especially my son and I. Great group of people to work with. This is the fourth truck my son and I have bought from Warrenton. I would definitely recommend purchasing a diesel truck from this group. If you want a quality truck, great sales staff to work with, and spot on financing, these are the guys. By far the fastes I've ever purchased a car. All documents were basically ready when I arrived at Warrenton Select, a quick update adding a warranty took only a few minutes. Great experience and great team! I would definitely recommend this dealer, did I mention the variety of huge trucks on the lot. Amazing!

Very welcoming place. Great truck buying experience. Made every effort to make the deal work for me. Generous on trade allowance and very reasonable when negotiating sales price. Our sales rep Kaley was very responsive and had everything ready to make time spent negotiating and signing minimal. I would recommend kaley and the country diesels team to anyone looking for a quality truck and a pleasant and efficient purchasing experience.

Patience, understanding, dedication to customer satisfaction, and going the distance to assist customers are a few words and phrases that come to mind when I think of my buying experience with Country Diesels. Kaley was my sales associate and she worked diligently with me to get me into a Dodge Challenger Hellcat! She was quick to respond with my ridiculous questions and provided me the value of my trade in in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend if you are looking for a truck or anything else they have to offer to ask for Kaley! Great experience as always! Brad was extremely helpful, answered any and all questions/concerns I had with confidence and made the process go seamlessly. The top notch staff makes the car buying experience like no other! Will be my first choice when I'm in the market again. Incredible selection of diesel trucks and all other cars, trucks and SUVs as they are a division of a franchise Chevrolet and Gmc dealership. Don't waste your time with other dealers come here first!

I had the best experience shopping for my new (to me) diesel truck. With a large selection and the best customer service it was very easy to buy a truck from them.At first after reading the reviews below I was skeptical, but after driving an hour and a half I quickly realized that the reviews were wrong. They were very open with the truck's history and provided all paper work.I had a VERY minor issue with the truck (it's a 9 year old truck) and Warrenton covered it 100% and worked with me until the issue was resolved. When I buy my next truck I will look no further than Warrenton Select. Kevin and Chris helped me through the entire process. They made buying my truck easy and a pleasurable experience. The only stress I had with Warrenton was trying to pick out which truck I wanted due to the wide selection of quality trucks! I highly recommend checking them out!

This wasn't the very best and easiest car buying experience but would definitely buy from them again. From the beginning they were very helpful and some how got me financed when I thought there was no way I could. Then things got a little shaky when I was halfway through my 3 hour drive when Chris called and said the truck was in the shop and wouldn't be ready. But a few days later when I could get back up there I got the teuck, they got the payment down some for me and got the truck a great full detail. The truck was just as pictured and described and couldn't be happier. This dealership seems to pride themselves in making the customer happy which is hard to find.

The worst car buying experience I have ever had! Drove 4 hours to buy two vehicles (Tahoe & Chevrolet Truck). The Tahoe ended up being a rust bucket with other minor issues. So we decided not to buy it. Then the whole time we were test driving the truck, I kept asking "what is the price".. The salesman just repeated "I'll have to ask my manager". The same person he talked on the phone with multiple times during the test drive. I didn't know the price of the truck or my trade appraisal value untill the sales manager presented me with the papers approved by the bank. When it was all said and done, $500 kept the sell from happening. If a dealership is willing to let someone walk over a $500 difference (had already put 1k down) they will never get my business, my friends business or anyone else if I can help it. How hard is it to take $250 off the truck and add $250 on the trade?

I am not a "reviewer" but this experience deserves one !! We were pleasantly surprised at the customer service and the upfront and honesty of this dealership, the ease in which we purchased our truck was AMAZING! If you are in search of a vehicle dont pass them up. Kaley was truly an A+. No surprises here and no lack of respect for the customer, they weren't game players they were the real deal .

Very nice people, but be careful. I bought a 6.0 2 months ago from them. was told everything was spot on, they had no idea the truck was studded or deleted, I was told the truck passed there "inspection and everything was good to go, you got a great deal" the truck has been sitting in my driveway more than I've driven it, I've already put 6 injectors in it and a oil pump, 2 dummy plugs 2 stand pipes.

I had been looking for a gray diesel super duty for several weeks when I found Country Diesel's listing on Autotrader. I contacted them only to find out they not only had one but they had three. Chris quickly sent me additional photos of the truck that I requested and was very helpful on the phone discussing the details of the truck as I lived three hours away. I picked up the truck and found it as described and couldn't be happier with the purchase. Highly recommend this dealer! Thanks again Chris!

Easiest truck purchase I have ever had.!I worked out all the details with Kaley via phone, text, and email. Kaley went out of her way to help me with questions I had about the truck and sent additional pictures and video of the truck to me.The fiance department was able to beat my local credit union rate for the terms that I was looking for. The entire deal took no time to complete once I got to the lot.I will definitely recommend Kaley and the rest of the folks at Country Diesel to my friends!

My husband and I had a great, no hassle quick turn around experience! He sent in pictures of his trade in, we got a quote and 2 days later we went in to sign. We had everything set up and payments we wanted before even stepping on the lot! All the fellas were super awesome! Highly recommend them!

I bought a 2017 Ram 2500 from here about two weeks ago. I orignally sent a message on a Sunday night that I was interested in the vehicle and would like to take a look at it. My sales woman Kaley texted me as soon at the dealership opened Monday morning set a time that day to look at the truck. I ended up showing up about an hour early for the appointment and she already had the truck freshly detailed and ready to be test driven. The service that Kaley provided was top notch and made for a smooth and easy transaction, by far the best experience at a dealership I ve had.

If your looking to buy a clean newer low mileage diesel truck this is the place you want to buy from. Great trucks, honest people, excellent trade in value. I came down from New York just to buy a truck from them because they offered me $7,000 more in trade than anybody else I talked too. Had me in and back on the road in my new truck in about a hour.

Really surprised to find this awesome Ford Focus SE among all of the big trucks at Select. The car was in excellent shape and a great deal. Met the head honcho, Jeff... a good guy. All of the sales guys, Adam (bought the car from him), Kevin, and Chris, are super nice and knowledgeable to boot.

I was so pleased with Country Diesels courtesy, and quality of service. The guys there (Kaley, Justin and Keith) did their best serving me to get a very nice car that is well priced and very honestly advertised with respect and no pressure environment (which is very crucial thing to me). I will definitly do business with them again in the future and highly recommend them if you're in the market buying a vehicle.PS: I much liked the monsterous huge trucks they have in their lot :)Keep up the good work Country Diesels!

I bought my first truck from Warrenton select, my sales man was Adam. he was a great and helped me through the whole thing, and gave me a great deal on my trade in! If you're looking for a Diesel go there and ask for Adam! He was great!
