Absolutely pleased with my experience at Country Chevrolet. I came in as a first time buyer at 18 with barely any credit established, knowing that the options of financing would be tough, their team worked hard to get me the best deal and I was able to get the car I was dreaming of having. A top notch dealer. I purchased a used RAM from Country Chevrolet even though I live in Kansas, 1500 miles away. The sales and office staff are phenomenal to deal with. I messed up on my end with the paperwork and they have gone above and beyond to help me get it correct. I wish they were closer to home, as I would be a customer for life. Thank you Country Chevrolet for all your professionalism and help.

Jonah Srun answered when I called before heading into the dealership, I couldn t have been more fortunate. I ve been wanting a new vehicle for a long time and decided to make it happen. When I got there, Jonah was just as live spirited in person as he was on the phone. A very down to earth person who is very knowledgeable at options to work with. He made the experience simple and wasn t pushy, rather, very professional and personable. It was a Fantastic experience and I got the car I ve been eyeing for a while. Thus far, no issues. I highly recommend him to deal with if you have any questions. Thanks to Country Chevrolet and Jonah for their hard work and quality customer service.

Amazing . Superb. Courteous. Great. Helpful and everything and above with Country Chevrolet. From the time I walked in and til I left the process of trying to find a new used car was super easy. Mike Brown was so awesome and made me feel at ease with everything (after everything I was going through with my prior car) Mike has wonderful customer service and listen to every word that came out of my mouth and answered every question which made me feel very calm and relax . David Wade with finances was awesome as well and thoroughly went over every document with me and was very informative and again made me feel at ease. Thank you so much Country Chevrolet with everything , seriously . You helped take a burden and weight off of me and I love my 2021 Chevy Equinox!!!!! whoever is reading this there is no question or doubt DEFINITELY GO HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!

I couldn't have asked for any better service when buying a car. I got the pleasure to have Mike Brown to help me with getting an amazing car! Mike was honest straight forward and even shot me a text a couple hours later making sure that I was happy with my purchase. If anyone is out in the market for a car right now go talk to Mike and you won't ever have to worry about getting ripped off.

Let me edit this review we had a very nice salesmen and finance was very nice but I was told that I would get $500-$600 for all weather floor mats received $400 and there was no 3rd row mat I was told at first just the first and second row and then I got a call saying he was able to get the very back too I do believe since it was still under the price I could have gotten the 3 row as well but the best part was we drove it 8times and the check engine light came (be bought the car for weekends and vacations) had to take it to the closes service department since the salesman told me that I would get a call Monday but never did that service department has been amazing since it was a torque converter and it was covered under the warranty we had bought but it took 2 days since country did not send the warranty a used car inspection now I have not even made the first payment and it s gonna be in the shop for over a week this was our first purchase from country and last

I am giving Country Chevrolet a 5 Star review, in particular Service Advisor Jeremy Alasin. My truck was in their shop because it broke down in the middle of the road. Jeremy helped me understand the issue and worked with me on the process to fix it. I had two issues, both of which were covered under warranty. While they had my truck, I was given a loaner vehicle so my family had a vehicle to use while my truck was worked on.Everyone there were professional, courteous, and helpful- Jeremy in particular. Any time I need service I will be going to Country Chevrolet. When it is time to trade in my truck, I will be there as well.Huge thank you to Jeremy and Country Chevy for helping me and my family. I will definitely be back!!

Update:There is no insinuation. I am saying others have had their vehicles stolen after recently purchasing their vehicles from this dealership. As I find out this new information and think about my experience, it is about time I wrote this review. Luke was awesome, the rest of you not so much. He communicated with me before and after. Never heard from anyone else, including Eddie after I asked for information.Purchased a used hellcat from them and it was stolen 2 days later. The dealer Eddie was no help regarding paperwork I needed for the insurance company. Fortunately it was recovered but I would not recommend this dealership. Not only were they not helpful but the circumstances around the theft are a little suspicious. I m not only one who has dealt with this from this dealer.

Wanted to give a shout out to Greg at Country Chevrolet in Warrenton. I was initially looking for a used vehicle but after comparing a few vehicles it made more sense to buy a new one. There was ZERO pressure and ZERO games played. I got a better than average price on my trade and the deal was rock solid. Also, want to note that Luke in financing was fun to talk to and he was professional at his job.All in all I would definitely recommend Country Chevrolet for a new or used car purchase!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jonah on our recent vehicle purchase. Hands down one of the smoothest, easiest car buying experiences we have ever had. Jonah was very friendly, always available for questions, knowledgeable, not your typical pushy car salesman type, and always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We traveled over an hour away because of the service we got. 10/10 would recommend Country Chevrolet and ask for Jonah!

Country Chevrolet owes me nothing! Their team is amazing. I m so happy I chose them and would gladly take that hour drive again when I m ready for my second car bc the customer service I received was unmatched. Special thanks to Mike Brown! He was so relatable, understanding and patient. He was the key to getting me in my brand new 2024 Chevy Trax and went out of his way in making sure everything was in place for me. I m getting emotional typing this bc I really just feel so blessed to have crossed paths with Mike Brown and his team. I can t thank them enough that I had to come here and express howgrateful I am for helping me get my family in a safer car by accepting my trade-in at a fair price and making it possible. Possible for me to wake up this morning in such better spirits bc life just got less stressful knowing my family will be much safer and I didn t have to make a bad deal to do it. My experience was fantastic from the moment that I walked into this dealership until I drove out with my new truck! Bryan Jordan was super helpful and the main reason I bought my new truck from Country Chevrolet. All of the other staff were very helpful and polite. I will definitely recommend this dealership!

My salesman, Patrick, was very polite and knowledgeable on the vehicle I came to look at. The test drive route I was taken on was very nice and lengthy; which is great because it really gives you a feel for the vehicle you re looking at. Patrick was very intuitive, friendly, and passionate not only about cars, but also helping and caring for people which made the car buying experience that much better. Patrick and the sales manager, Ben, were very transparent in their pricing and didn t try to push extra hidden fees or dealer added options either like most other dealers, which was refreshing. It s great knowing a dealer like this still operates. If I m ever in the market for another Chevrolet in the future, I will definitely come back to this dealer and request Patrick.

Here s how I d describe my experience: simple, straightforward, and streamlined with none of the usual rushing and bullying to sign at the dotted line. Ross and Luke were accommodating, welcoming, answered all my questions directly, and patiently waited as I read through all the contract details. No haggling, no drama, and no hidden or buried fees. Overall I d say 9/10 I d go back and I ll be sure to recommend them to friends and family.

My experience was awesome. If not for Kirk Hughes and his salesmanship I am not sure I would have followed through with the purchase having to wait all this time for a new Corvette. His constant status reports and update emails turned a wait into fun, looking forward to seeing the status of my car along the way to completion was an unexpected bonus to working with him. Going above and beyond is always appreciated. His professionalism made the whole process easy with no pressure, which is extremely hard to find in the car business today. I know from working with Kirk, as someone also in the customer service business he strives to make all your customers happy. Definitely an asset to Chevrolet I would hire him anyway. I will be sure to come looking for Kirk on any new purchases I might need and be sending all my friends and family to him and Country Chevrolet for any future car or truck needs. This is my second purchase at this dealership and have nothing but positives to say. This is just the beginning and hope to see you again soon for any regular maintenance. Thanks again Kirk for everything you made it feel like family.. Actually gonna miss our conversations..

Can't say enough about Russ & Mike Brown. Excellent customer service !!! This is my 3rd purchase from Country Chevrolet . We've bought a Traverse an Equinox and now a Jeep. These guys treat their customers with care and excellence . They came through on the financing and there customer service is hands down the best in town !!! I was pleasantly surprised when my service advisor told me that the service manager was going to cover two of the four tire monitoring sensors in addition to my military veteran discount plus providing me a loaner vehicle. This is why I bought two vehicles at Country Chevrolet and bring my three Chevrolet vehicles here for service (a 50 minute drive from home) even though there s another Chevrolet dealership 5 minutes from my house.

I purchased a 2019 Corvette Grand Sport 02/08/24 worked with Mike Brown all week since the car had just came in and needed tire and brakes to pass in inspection. Mike stayed on top of the repairs as I was very excited to pick the car up. Just a bit impatient to say the least. There show room is full of New Corvette s and some in the lot, if you're in the market for a new or Used Chevrolet call and ask for Mike Brown he did a great Job. He was Very pleasant to work with. I would differently call him again when I 'm ready for a new car....

Patrick Murphy is the man to ask for. This guy is professional, knowledgeable and sweetheart. I've been to a few dealerships the last 6 months and received some crummy help but Patrick and country chevrolet made my vehicle purchase a relaxing breeze. Big ups to Patrick! Patrick took out the time that was needed to help me. He answered all my questions and concerns, if he did not know the answered he passed questions on to the right dept/ person. It was my pleasant working with him. Patrick did a great job! He even delivered my truck, WOW right!! Also shout out to David Wade!- A "all around" job well done! So those are your two GO to GUYS!!! The staff at Country Chevrolet is phenomenal! We were greeted outside of the dealership by Mike Brown, who ended up quite literally doing everything he could to find us the exact car we were looking for! He, Danielle, Arch and the entire staff were so kind, understanding and patient with our 2 year old son who was along for the ride with us on our lengthy purchase! We couldn t have chosen a better dealership! Go see Mike when you re ready to buy your next vehicle!!! We are so happy with our 2021 Acadia SLT!!!

Dustin helped me pickup my dream car, a 2019 Camaro 2SS with the 1LE track pack. I drove 8 hours all the way from Michigan to pick it up and everyone I worked with made sure the process went as smoothly as possible. Everything was quick and done over the phone so all I had to to do was sign a few papers when I picked it up. Couldn't be happier!
