I called Advanced Automotive on Friday Feb. 16, 2024 at 5:00 pm (when they were suppose to close at 6:00 pm) because I had returned from work and the battery decided to die in my vehicle in my garage. It was a Friday, suppose to snow that evening, and a holiday weekend. I spoke with BRIAN and told him my story. He and ROB immediately volunteered to drive over to my residence and check to see if it was in fact the battery, if so, then we would drive it to the shop and replace it. That is exactly what happened!! That was two guys that went over and above what I had expected. Who does that anymore in today's world!! I was so appreciative and it really put me in a great position.I have been a customer with the Advanced Automotive in Warrenton of a couple years now and every time I call or go into the facility the gentlemen are so helpful, pleasant, and professional. (knowledgeable)Thank you and I really appreciate you guys!!!I have definitely recommended this business to many people. They are honest, fair, and very friendly. I didn t get the chance to stop by here for my issue but I was able to talk with someone who did advise me with my car issue. I am very grateful for his advice even though I wasn t able to stop in by. Very kind service from that conversation

Exceptional service every time we have been. The staff are so kind and thoughtful-they recently went above and beyond to help get my little ones in the building! Clean areas to wait, and a great room for kids to play. 10/10 all the way.

Went in for an inspection and asked the person at the front desk if they could look at my windshield because it has a crack in the middle of it and didn t want to waste time. He told me that they couldn t do that, and that I would just have to sit there and waste time potentially. I ve asked the same question before it other shops with no problem. He was very rude and I will never use them for any of my service!!

We live out-of-state and got an alert between Fredericksburg and Warrenton on our right back tire with half the air gone. My husband had packed the inflator, but we got the alert again as we neared Warrenton. It was mid-afternoon and we knew we had to find a tire place fast. My car has 10K miles on it. The first place we got to was Advanced Automotive on Industrial Rd who immediately took the car back on the risers and found a large staple in the side of the tire. He advised us we needed to get a replacement as it was not feasible to have it patched because of the staple's location. He referred us to NTB & Warrenton Tire & Auto. He thought we would have better luck at NTB, but that Warrenton Tire & Auto was on the way. Warrenton Tire & Auto told us what we needed was on backorder. We went on to NTB who found a comparable Goodyear tire and worked us in as an emergency. We appreciated the guys at Advanced Automotive for troubleshooting the problem and assisting us with finding someone in the area.

Advanced automotive has always taken car of our vehicles. We ve been there for oil changes, sensor replacements, inspections, and repairs. The service is always excellent and everyone is patient and respectful.

I popped in to see if I could get an inspection. I was taken care of quickly, and with such sincere kindness. I always have to have my dog with me, because he has severe separation anxiety. There's a bench outside, so I thought, oh good I'll unload 2 kids, a toddler and a baby (and the dog) and we will sit and enjoy the weather. The gentleman inside said, we have a play area and your dog is welcome too. My kids enjoyed it immensely. If you're a parent who has to take your kids everywhere with you, this is a wonderful place to have work done. We will definitely be back.

Great service! Called earlier in the day, and they said to come on in to get my inspection done, knowing I had some issues with my vehicle. I unexpectedly arrived later than I anticipated, within 45 minutes of them closing, and they still accommodated me and got my fix done on my car and the inspection done.

Stopped by for a state inspection, they were able to fit me in and took care of it faster than expected. Gentleman up front was very polite and friendly as well. They didn't try to upsell or push un-needed work either which many other places always seem to do. Will certainly return for future inspections as well as any major repairs I can't do myself

Good service but be very wary of what they charge you. A simple inspection will turn into hundreds of dollars in unnecessary repairs.

I just want to take a moment to express how much I appreciate all the help the employees of Advanced Automotive have provided me. Most recently during my visit to their shop on June 25th. Everyone is professional and friendly. The quality of service provided is excellent and very affordable. They are prompt to keep their appointments and are extremely responsive during the work being completed. I highly recommend these guys to anyone that needs any service work on their vehicles! I have been using these guys for awhile now (2-3 years? Maybe more?) and they are great! Recently bought a car from a dealership that I knew would have some issues (that they didn t mention but you just know it will). I first took the car somewhere else for an overview. That place was fine but decided to go get back with these guys mainly because I didn t think the first one took enough time to really look at everything. To be fair they were extremely busy....These guys def took more time talking to me about the car and what they saw. Their estimate came out lower even with a few small added on things they saw needed done. I never feel rushed. Front desk always nice. Can always take me same day when I call for anything since my schedule is always changing. I have been to multiple places and I enjoy this place the most.Also If you have kids, the playroom is an amazing bonus. Great idea.

Excellent service, professional and courteous. Brought my Toyota in for suspension repair and they fit it in at the end of a Friday! Finished it up Sat morning and very fair price! This was our first visit and we were surprised and impressed how efficient the staff were. From check in to check out everything went smoothly. Chris made sure that our needs were met (tire bolt removal) and we were completely happy before we left. What amazing service. I made an appointment to have a trailer inspection completed at RCS Trucking. Never again.... I waited an hour then they pulled another person in front of me. I gave up and left them... Guess my business didn't matter to them.Advanced Automotive will now have all my business. I called and drove there within 10 minutes. My trailer was inspected within 15 and I was out the door. What amazed me was they took the time and repaired a license plate light by installing a new gasket and didn't charge me for it. Very uncommon right? Wrong, they care and show it more than ever. All of the staff is very friendly and knows what they are doing. Highly recommend you give them a chance at your business. You probably will be amazed as I am.

I Had a intermittent problem with a vibration on my old truck. I took it to two other shops one of which told me I needed tires and the other told me I needed a new transmission. I decided to get a third opinion from Advanced. I dealt with Rob who did something that the other shops did not do, he listened to me carefully and asked me a few questions about how and when I experienced the issue. After I dropped the truck off Rob called me within a few hours and told me what it needed and what it would cost to repair it. Turned out it needed a carrier bearing, they did the work and they were exactly right. I was willing to spend 3000 dollars on a transmission if it needed it but thankfully the bearing and labor was only about 500 bucks. In my first experience with Advanced they saved me thousands of dollars. These guys really know what they are doing and they have earned my respect and my future business.

I went to advance automotive, I had a great experience there, had the oil changed and a state inspection on my vehicle. I was very pleased with the customer service i was giving. I didn't have an appointment and they took my vehicle in changed the oil and filter and inspected my van and i was back on the road within 30 minutes. The shop is very clean and the service was great. I recommend everyone go there for any service on you vehicle. Thanks Advance Automotive.SincerelyWendy Sawyers

I brought my FJ Cruiser in today for the first time and had them look at a couple of potential issues. After taking a look at my vehicle, they found some issues, but I made a decision not to get the work done. They were honest and told me all of it wasn't necessary at the moment and explained in detail what my options were. I literally walked away and paid nothing, but they have me as a customer for life. I've been ripped before and they certainly could have taken advantage of me, but they did not. A+++. Thank you for your honesty :-)

Courteous when called about service needed and honest about wait time and cost. Whenever I drop the car off the desk manager is always polite and able to let me know estimate of diagnosis and then contacts me regarding cost and options. Great service!

I ve been taking my vehicles to Advanced Automotive for over two years now and it s consistently been a good experience. They re honest and do excellent work, always making sure I m fully informed about what needs to be done and checking afterward to be certain I m happy with the work they did. I trust them, and that s the highest compliment I can give to any business!

Easy to work with and up front with costs and turnaround time. They were recommended to me by a neighbor and I'm glad I brought my vehicle here. Highly recommend.Honestly a good mechanic is hard to come by... Right?
