My daughter and I traveled from Michigan to Virginia to see my brother and our AC stopped working. We stopped at advanced parts in Warrenton Virginia. The one guy behind the counter was more than nice. He helped walk me s through the process of recharging our ac. Wonderful man. Would recommend this store ask for Mr. Heart. He s the best

I was just about to spend 231 on a new batery. Unfortunately, staff informed me that the rest room is not open to the public? They cited corporate COVID19 policy? This is just another example of retailers using COVID19 to reduce the level of customer service.

I would like to thank Dave, Eric, Josh, Jacob, Michael and the rest of the Advanced Auto team for everything they have done for me! I am always greeted with a smile and positive can do attitude when I come to this location. Dave, the store manager took my situation and made the predicament at hand seamless and it was resolved in no time. I applaud this location and their employees for always doing all they can for their customers and providing the best experience every time! I will be highly recommending this location to family and friends because I know no matter what they need they will be provided with the same care I was and be treated like family. Thank you Dave and your team for always providing a great experience!

Had an issue with a D35 Optima Yellow Top battery. Talked to Dave about it in the store, and he was able to exchange the battery for a new one because the battery had a 3 year replacement warranty. Dave was very professional and understanding when dealing with my situation. Thank you, Dave, for your great customer service!

Can't express my frustration with some staff. Some are very knowledgeable and helpful, others don't ask if you need assistance or have issues with identifying parts.

Had an unusual situation but they greeted and helped me with the problem. I came in with the part that was the problem intending purchasing another one. In stead they showed me how ti fix the one i bought elsewhere before coming in. Really stand up crew. The store is very well organized, clean and the loaner tools in good shape. Easy access and great parking. They also have a pretty good rewards program.

Quick in and out recommended by my brother. Shane is really knowledgeable idk what the other reviews are talking about they must have gone in when they were training new hires or something because most of them have a good idea of what you're looking for and the store manager was more than willing to price match me when I asked. Hell one of the associates even went to the advance website to find me a coupon not sure how much better customer service you want then to get a coupon you didn't even know about

Purchased DEF diesel fluid 2 1/2 gals on sale for $9.99. I paid $11.99 per gallon at Safford Ram dealership. William Lessor told me about the great price there. Really appreciate that saved me a lot of money. Thanks William

Logan assisted in scanning our car for codes. He was quick, polite and efficient. It's a useful service that I've used before but here, I didn't get treated like an inconvenience. Well done on customer service.

I wish I could give this store 10 stars, Stopped in to get wipers for my Silverado and the staff was extremely professional, Dave the manager helped me install them, Dave and his staff are great people, Hands down the best auto parts store around, I highly recommend them.

I needed a new pair of windshield wipers, and stopped here while I was in Warrenton for the day. I bought the recommended wipers (they are fabulous!) and the sales guy put them on for me. That must have been the fastest windshield wiper change ever !! Definitely recommend.

Very helpful! Both Dave and Daniel went above and beyond what they had to do, to make sure my son's car was good to go before he headed back to college. They didn't have to do what they did....but they did it anyway and I really appreciate it.

Went for a oil change and rotation, easy in and out under 45 mins. Had some coffee and watched TV while I waited. Awesome family feeling, it's like they knew me from childhood. Would totally recommend to family and friends.

Multiple times I've purchased a part online to later find out I have been given the wrong part. To then be told I have to come in, go through a refund and repurchase process; possibly wait for it to be available and pay more because of their mistake (like I just did). When you ask more about why you're then put on with an unfriendly manager.

Went in there this morning had my oil changed and everything checked out before we leave for vacation. I didn't have an appointment, just walked in at 12:15 and was back out with everything checked and oil changed within a 1/2hr. I highly recommend this company for all your automotive needs.

It's funny that the (I'm assuming) manager was refusing to pricematch an online price like one of their associates did just a month or so ago. It's funny that she wanted to be rude about it too. It's also funny that Advance Auto's website states that pricematch will be made to local and online competitors (plus shipping, as I had on the invoice) but then customer support says it's up to the manager's discretion. You'll be seeing less business from me. It's a shame that good customer service is of a dying breed, but prices continue to rise.

Service sucks incapable of pulling or ordering the correct parts for your application. Counterman are inexperienced and want to argue with you when they are wrong. This happens on multiple jobs and my customers experience this as well. Better off to go to NAPA AUTO PARTS and save yourself the stress!!!.....plus better quality parts. I would have given them less than one star but couldn't......bottom line = ADVANCE AUTO SUCKS !

This story ends with me leaving the store very angry due to a complete lack of customer service. Will never be back to another advanced which is a shame since in the past I've had good experiences.So I went in around 9am to get parking brake cables for my truck. The staff member assisting me was very pleasant and helpful. Got them all together and even gave some tips and tricks. Got home and a few hours later got started. Realized the intermediate cable I'd been provided was the wrong one. Went back with my original one in hand. Met Tim the cashier, Tim is vile and impatient. I was asking questions and trying to figure out the correct cable length. He offered no insight and just kept asking me if I was going to just buy another one he guessed was the right part. I didn't feel like wasting another 2 hours on a guess. During this a young woman walked in, likely sent by someone prancing her, and asked for blinker fluid. Tim laughed at her for a solid minute and offered her no explaination. She asked again if he had it and he simply said no and she left pretty upset. I mean I get that it's funny but he embarrassed her in front of the whole store.So I then tell Tim I'd like to return the incorrect cable I'd been sold. He told me he could not return it without the receipt, despite that the gentlemen who sold it to me told him 5 minutes earlier it was the wrong part he sold me. He tried looking up my phone number, but the earlier salesman had never asked for my number or speed perks info, so no dice. So I left to go find a receipt and do some more research for the right part. I found the right one at autozone up the street thanks to their very courteous staff. No luck on the receipt. Went back thinking they'd be reasonable, I bought them the same day and the guy who sold them was right there. Well, Tim once again said no receipt no return. I explained and pleaded, he asked his manager. The manager told me they could do store credit, I explained I didn't want store credit because I had to get the right part from autozone who had it. The manager informs me there is nothing he can do then. I mention that if I don't get a return I'm heading to google, Facebook, twitter, and their corporate office and that I will not be back.So I've spent a couple thousand over the last few years with advanced auto, but never again. Avoid this place. Still hoping someone at corporate will make it right.

Jeff at this store is awesome. He went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us when we were stranded on the highway. God bless this wonderful man. I would recommend this store to anyone. Thank you!!!

Two gentlemen today helped me put a new battery that I purchased in my car a 95 Buick and older model and it was not easy they really did a great job helping me and they were so nice
