We just moved here from Idaho and have used the Walmart Auto center many times for different things. Stephen (he has a good name) helped me with a last minute auto question and was an absolute pleasure to speak to. He immediately helped me with my issues, gave me advice I needed for a separate topic, and was super customer service oriented. We will be returning to do more business here thanks to Stephen.

I called on a Sunday and made an appointment to have one tire replaced. The customer service person, called me back to confirm my appointment because the computer didn t save the appointment. He said if there was any issues, to tell them I had an appointment. When I went in on Tuesday and waited 15 mins at the desk until I was helped. I told them I had an appointment and was told to pull my car up. I pulled up and the customer service man asked what my name was. He said he didn t have me down for an appointment and he had scheduled someone else on my time on Monday. He didn t apologize or offer a solution. I told him to contact the person who booked my appointment and he did. He said he didn t inform them that he had computer issues and my appointment didn t save. He couldn t help me because he wasn t management and I could wait to talk to the manager. He treated me like I made the mistake and didn t attempt to correct the issue. I think because I am a woman, he treated me like I was the problem. I left and will never use them for any auto services. I went to Discount Tires off Dam Neck and was greeted politely and treated kindly. Don t go here.

On 30 August 2023, I tried to turn in a battery for recycling. I asked if I could just drop it off but was asked to wait. After about 15 minutes, I was told the battery couldn't be taken because there was no receipt. The battery was 5-6 years old so, of course I didn't have it. It was an EverStart marine battery sold exclusively by Walmart (I purchased it at this very store). Simply rediculous.

Been to several Walmart auto centers in the East Coast as I moved a lot and Walmart usually has the best price.This location is by far the BEST I've been to. Anthony (manager) and his entire crew were super friendly, and Anthony took time to explain all my questions in detail with professionalism.I changed 2 tires here.Made an appt for 9am and out by 9:45!I will definitely bring my future businesses here.Thank you, Anthony and the team!!

Brought my 2008 Hyundai Sonata here for a regular oil change, car was checked in at 5:56 pm and done in 20 min at 6:16 pm which seemed weird. Paid for the oil change and the cashier says the tech suggests an alignment soon but the car is fine. Manager Anthony speaks up and says you may need a brake flush bc when the guy was driving it the brakes weren t working properly my brakes were perfectly fine when I got to the facility and when I was here last time in august. When I went to drive the car out of the parking lot the brakes were completely gone and I almost ran up on the curb trying to stop. And the brake light is on. Anthony argued with me that the techs didn t touch the brakes and of course coincidentally the tech who worked on the car was sent home right before I came to pick it up. Now I have to have the vehicle towed to another place to have it fixed even though it was fine when it got there.. I d been coming here for 3 yes for my oil changes but I will NEVER come back after this!!!Service: Oil change

My wife ordered tires online. For some reason only 3 of the four were shipped to the store. The service manager made a very gracious offer and provided her with tires of a better value for the same price. Excellent customer service and pure professionalism. Very happy with them,

It might be a good place to get tires if you could ever get thru on the phone. Tried several times to call. Even called the main Walmart store number trying to get managemant and never got thru to a speaking person. Tried over a few days as well. Whats going on with Walmart. Tried a couple more stores and only once did I get thru to the pharmacy trying to get anyone to answer and find a manager. The pharmacist just sent me back to the beginning of the call to the same awful place where noone answers. So I finally had to order tires online and get installed somewhere else.

I waited for over an hour to get my oil changed, even with only one car in front of me. I encountered 3 out of the 5 or 6 people working in the service center, and not one of them was plesant to speak to, or helpful with answering questions what so ever. Will not be returning, or suggesting this to anyone. Worth the few extra dollars to go a dealership

Never ever gonna come back! Came to Install two new tires they say it took about 1,5 hours since two cars were in front me, but when I came to check after 1,5 hours they set, well you need to wait two more hours!!! And there were no cars that was before me !!!

Got a flat tire in the Walmart parking lot. (I had just had my vehicle serviced at the dealership less than 3 weeks prior. Tire tread was fine.) Walmart said the tire was UNREPAIRABLE due to the tread being worn so badly.. Took it to the dealer then next day - and they patched it - no problem. Steer clear of this location.

I bought 2 tires then went back the next week to get one more and was told the price had gone up 13 dollars and to get the original price i had to order the tire at the register and wait 5 days to get it. The manager said to go ahead and give it to me at the original price but the guy at the register couldn't add and figure out the price eventhough i had my reciept from the week before. The price just kept going up. I just left and went somewhere else. I no longer trust nimo parkway's automotive dept.

I was told they were too busy to install a tire on a rim, the person who told me was short with a red beard, when I got there, they had no customers, thankfully they had two other employees who were willing to do it, the guy who answered the phone lied to me

Cant put transmission fluid in a car... seriously.... i find it hilarious that a small auto shop will do it but u cant. Literally have to drive further now risking my car. Way to go walmart. Also have a warranty on my tires bought it there and they said it's not in the system.

What a horrible experience, i got a flat tire on Sunday night, i buy a wrong spare tire, i went back and buy another one so I back Monday at 7 am to return the tire I buy wrong, CS send me to auto care to return it there, when the guy there was new, he call the person in charge, he scan my recipe and tell me i did return the same tire days before, ( how thats posible if I buy it night before) well, he also mention people do that all the time, come to the store and stole tires and then returned, so he mean I stole a tire look it at me like I did, do I ask them to call a manager, and they can check the cameras night before .... I hope I'll never go back to that place.
